Chapter 62:Elf Village near the Spawn Point?

"Are you the one who did this." He says while pointing towards the body that the parasite took over that was lying on the floor with a hole in his head.

"Yes, he attacked me with the intent to kill so of course, I protected my self." I say while looking at the Elf in the eye.

"It seems not all humans lie compulsively." he says as he stares at me with a look of curiosity and then turns around and speaks to the other elves in a different language.

"Sauer Voiel Dragus Umph Ningen Gnere." He says to the other Elves as the all sigh in relief and put their weapons down.

[New language detected... Translating language... Done.]

[Congratulation! A new language has been unlocked "Elven"]

As the system give me the notification of the new language being unlocked the elven speech becomes understandable and more clear to me. The words that the main Elf spoke before replay in my head.

"It's okay, this human's aura is Green." As the words replay in my head I can't help but question his words. What does he mean by my aura is green? Why can't I see the color of my aura? Does aura have colors?

As the Elven Language was automatically translated the other Elves responded to the leader as they put their weapons down.

"Thank the Lord!" One elf says as he throws his hands up into the air happy.

"The savior has come!" Another elf comments as she stares at me.

"His aura last time was as scary as a high leveled monster. If his aura is green this time then something has happened to him since the last time we saw him. Lead him to the village, We'll ask him for a favor then." The lead elf says as he looks back at me and puts on a smile.

'Looks like they need some help but it can only be done by a human.'

"Human, we would like to thank you for finishing off the vermin. We would like to give you a reward for killing the vermin. Please follow us to our village/" He says as he turns around and speaks to the other elves.

"Let's head back, we couldn't catch it and the young elf was completely gone anyways. Make sure to give compensation to his family." He says as he starts walking back the way they came.

As they all follow him one of the elves turn around and motion for me to follow closely behind them.

"Don't get lost, it won't be good for you." The lead elf says from the front of the group.

I guess out of all the elves here only he can speak the same language as humans. Now that I notice it the humans here all speak English. I thought that was just the world language but maybe language is divided by race?

As I follow behind the elf group I continue trying to get a line of sight on the lead elf since he was talking about the color of my aura but I can't get a constant look at him. One of the downsides to appraisal is that I need to look at the target constantly and if I look away then the appraisal will go away as well. As the status keeps appearing and disappearing almost as soon as it appears I just appraise the elf that is walking in front of me instead of the leader out of frustration.

'Well then, do all Elves have the fucking Fire Spirit Ifrit as a contracted spirit or is this one just a special case?' I say while dumbfounded by the presence of the name Ifrit in her status. If this is the same fire spirit Ifrit as the one from stories on earth then this may be a problem.

'Seeing that could they let her walk around as she likes Ifrit probably isn't dangerous or she is strong enough to control him. Who knows maybe the Ifrit of this world is rational and doesn't randomly go berserk like the stories of how it was depicted on Earth.

As I follow the elf group of men and women we continue to walk through the forest as the forest becomes thicker. We eventually come to a stop as the trees around us move as if they were alive and I begin to check the movement of the elves but they are completely unfazed as the trees continue to move and make a circle which lights up and becomes a portal leading to our destination, The Elf Village.
