Um ah, due to my inconsiderate actions in the earlier chapters, I would like to update my rarity scale.

Common>Uncommon>Rare>Unique>Exotic>Epic>Semi-Legendary>Legendary. Special Items are a rare case because they might be as weak as common items but some might be as badass as Semi-legendary items.

Tiers of Rarity: Low>Middle>High>Peak>Pinnacle. This is only for qualified(?) items.

Description: A Permit used to instantly create a building

Rarity: Middle-Tier Rare Pickaxe

Description: A pickaxe somehow made by the force of nature due to an overwhelming will left behind a Legendary miner.

Effect: Miner sub-class level +2. Unbreakable.

Passive Skill:

1. Quick Mine: Shows a shining spot in the vein hitting the shining spots will quicken the mining speed.

Requirement: Miner Sub-Class.

[OM-50 Nemesis]

Rarity: Middle-Tier Uncommon Sniper Rifle

Description: San 511 or more popularly known as OM-50 Nemesis. A .50 Caliber bolt action sniper rifle that is equipped with a Silencer made by Swiss manufacturer Swiss Arms as a derivative of the French sniper rifle, Hecate II made by PGM Précision.

Effect: Due to it being generated and modified by the system, it has increased its magazine size to 10 bullets and it's sound when firing is drastically reduced. Its bullets can easily penetrate the skin of creatures with Physical Defense less than 30 and can penetrate bones of creatures with Physical Defense less than 15. When equipped it produces a pouch that regenerates a .50 Caliber bullet every 20 Minutes with a maximum of 70 bullets.

Damage is dependent on the Physical Attack of the User.

Rarity: Common resource item

Effect: A giant stone that has at least 1000 units of stone and at most 2500 units available for mining.

[Blacksmith's Tablet]

Rarity: Epic Upgrader.

Description: A Tablet inscribed with many different recipes and knowledge about smithing.

Effect: Merge with a Blacksmith Workshop to upgrade it into a Blacksmith Pavilion.

[Re-usable Healing Salve]

Rarity: Peak-Tier Uncommon Healing Ointment.

Description: A gourd that was made from the roots of an ancient tree, due to its almost infinite vitality it condenses its vitality in the form of a Salve inside the gourd.

Effect: Slowly refills the gourd with Salve in 4 hours. Salve can be transferred to another container but effects are limited to 60% of its usual effects. A full glass has a total of 10 uses.

Usage: Ingesting the Salve causes its effects to flow to each part of the body, this will increase HP regeneration by 1 hp every 4 seconds for 10 minutes. If severely injured ingesting the salve will heal you for 50 HP instantly and reduce the duration of the heal by 9 minutes.

[Ore Locator(One-Time Use)]

Rarity: Special Item

Effect: When used it detects every ore within a 20-kilometer radius and tells what the ore is and whats its level. Creates a map that records the ores within the 2-kilometer radius.

David held the [Necromastery] skill book and opened it but a red panel arrived in front of him as it said. "As this is a Legacy Skill book, learning this skill would let your future professions to lean toward the attribute of Death. Will you learn the skill."

He said "Learn It." and another red panel arrived in front of him as it said. "Are you sure." David got pissed and said. "Learn the skill."

10. Servant Contract LV:1. Creates a contract that will turn that person or creature into a servant. Once the contract has been made the servant will not have thought of betrayal and will serve the master wholeheartedly but the servant can break the contract if they are strong enough if they chose to.

As it was still 5:10 am in the morning he still had time so he went outside the Village as he wanted to find an Evolved beast to form a contract with.

He went deeper into the forest, he was finding a beast with the strongest aura. He had yet to find the beast he was looking for but after 20 minutes of continuous searching, he had found a pack of wolves going inside a cave carrying bodies of different animals. Those wolves had golden brown fur with reddish tips, each of the wolves had a low-order servant stage cultivation. (1st Order is Servant Stage for monsters)

When he saw that certain species of wolves, he knew that it would be a massive jackpot if he managed to make their King Alpha wolf his servant.

He immediately arrived beside the wolf and kicked it down toward the ground but before it could touch the ground David performed a series of both kicks and punches on the wolf causing both bruises and wounds.

But before he could continue his combo to the second style the wolf tried to retreat by jumping back to get some space but David was relentless in his assault as he grappled the wolf the moment it tried to leap back and slammed toward the ground.

David leaped and landed on the wolf as he wanted to continue his assault but was stopped by the sorry voice of the wolf in his head. "Human, Please stop, I will submit." David got a hold of himself and said. "I think I overdid it somehow."

The wolf nodded as the black insignia went inside the wolf's head and headed straight toward its soul. "My pack will also be under your command, Master." The wolf told David.

David took out a wooden gourd and told the wolf to open its mouth, he dropped a drop of salve into the mouth of the wolf and suddenly some of the wounds and the bruises on its body got healed quickly.

"Master, Thank you for using such precious healing potion on me."

"No need to thank me as your master this should be the least I could do."

"Master, There is something deep inside the cave that attracted us to live near it."

David nodded as he asked the wolf to show him the way. When they arrived it surprised David because it was not a treasure nor a piece of equipment but it was considered a valuable asset during this time of the Apocalypse, it was an ore vein specifically a level 2 Black Iron Vein.
