Chapter 7：CHAPTER 7: KISSING MY BOSS

After I reached Jake's room, my knees were trembling. 'How stupid I was kissing my boss!' 

"Hey, finally you are here." I heard Jake greeted me as I opened the hotel room. "I hope you had a great night."

"Oh, shut up Jake." I rolled my eyes. "I will change my outfit and I am tired, needed to go home. I still have work tomorrow." I said as I go inside the bathroom. 

I changed my gown into my usual clothes I wear every day. My looks every day, the way my style always sees in me.

I know I am not like this before since Zari wanted to pursue her career as a model. I become like this after high school. No one knows I have an identical twin sister even her.

We made an agreement that never put it on her profile that we have us. Even our family too, we wanted it to be private. She uses her name as Zari Cox, our mother's maiden name. 

She does not want too either because Zari still want her private life private so do I. My personal files in the office were just state that I have a siblings but not having a twin. Nobody knows their names either just my parents. 

I had done everything in the bathroom before I say goodbye to Jake. He smiled and hugged me tight for all the things I did to them.

"Try to contact Zari again and tell her to call me. She would definite have worst words she can get from me." I said with a warning.

"Ayay Captain." Jake replied saluting then laughing.

"Stop laughing, you monster." I exclaimed. "You take care of yourself and her too. Love you!" I added and kissed him cheek-to-cheek goodbye.

I reached my condominium 30 minutes after. I parked my car to my designated place it was near the elevator just a few steps away actually. I took a deep breath before going out of my car. 

It was tiring day and I need some sleeps before going back to my original schedule every day. I still cannot take out of my mind about my boss that I kissed back at the event. Stupidity of me, to do that, I was afraid myself if I meet him again.

Reaching towards the elevator and pressed the button up sign. It never took minutes the door open and I stepped in.

It was my first time seeing that P sign highlighted but I was not eager to look who that person is. I know he is taller than I am. He was behind me and I do not know why I had a feeling he was looking at me too.

"Have we met before? You seem so familiar to me." he said, his voice seems so familiar to me. I turned around and my eyes were widely opened again.

I cleared my throat to recover from shock. "Actually, boss, I am currently working at your company. Not personally introduced, that is why I am familiar. You may be seeing me in the company." I clarified.

He nodded then lucky for me as I reached my floor because I could not breathe anymore if it takes longer with him alone.

"Have a good night, Mr. Torres." I said bowing my head without looking to his face. I walked out without turning my head walked straight to my unit. 

My heart was really trembling loud from it. I wanted to run as fast as I could just to reach my unit but I could not do that. 

It was not that far from the elevator just three units before mine. I quickly pressed my pass codes and opened it. 

I heavily breathe as the door closed. "That was scary I almost get caught. Good thing I changed myself or else he will know who he was kissing at the event." I murmured it loud for me to hear my words.
