82 Forgiven

"Is my sweet-" Matt stop himself from saying the sentence and stopped himself from getting any closer when he was just few steps away from wrapping his arms around her because he found out that she wasn't her girlfriend but instead Chloe Wang from the dress she was wearing, 'what the fuck is she doing here!?'

"AAhhh. mmmpph..!!" Chloe turned her head when she heard someone saying something behind him only to see Matt standing there with his arms raised and a weird expression without wearing any clothes on his upper body hence she couldn't hep but shout in shock. The reason of such a action was because she thought that Matt is here to teach her how to behave with him since he was the leader of the group but her shout was cut short when Matt jumped on her covering her mouth with his hand.

"Ssshhhh! stop shouting" Matt whispered.

Chloe used his hands to push Matt away from her but her strength wasn't enough to make him budge.

Chloe started to imagine the worst and even had water filled in her eyes seeing which Matt understood that she was thinking in the wrong direction hence she removed his hands from her mouth and stepped back from her.

"Whatever you are thinking stop that!? I am not going to do anything to you. I thought you were Susan when I saw you sitting in the living room from my bedroom, hence I cam to scare you but I stopped when I recognized it was you. But since you had heard my voice, you turned only to see me like this and shouted. I covered your mouth only because I didn't wanted anyone to hear your shout and see us like this and create misunderstanding that's all" Matt hurriedly explained seeing that Chloe had almost started to cry.

"Than why aren't you wearing any T-shirt!" asked Chloe then she felt her cheeks becoming hot when she remembered how her hands touched his body when she tried to push him away from herself, his broad chest, his 8 packs, his triceps and biceps. Being an actress she has seen her fair share of handsome men with great bodies and Matt was just one of those until she felt his body with her own hands, unlike any body she had felt before Matt's body was hard as rock, which shouldn't have been possible as his body wasn't bulky type but a lean body with compact muscles which were more focus on dexterity.

"Well! I was taking a bath just now and when I came out, I heard some footsteps and hurriedly wore my lower before seeing who it was and thinking it was my girlfriend I didn't thought it was necessary to cover it," Matt stated scratching the back of the head embarrassed a little then remembered something, "Yeah! Why didn't you knocked when you were coming in or called when you entered the room and saw that I wasn't in the living room?"

This time it was Chloe's turn to become embarrass as she replied "My mind was preoccupied when I entered the room and forgot to knock and when I saw that you weren't in the living room I didn't had the courage to call you out"

"Hmm.... Do you have something to say to me?" asked Matt

"Yes!" Chloe said standing up from her seat, she bowed her head and said "I am sorry for my insensitive words earlier, I didn't think it through and tried to blame you for the mistakes of the government"

Even after saying her piece Chloe still kept her head down and didn't raise it until Matt called her out, "It's fine! I know your behavior was only as such because of your unstable emotions, after what you went through anyone would react like that when they find there was a chance that they could have been saved from such an experience, After all if I did what you said then this thing would have blown up earlier and people would have became more vigilant of these things."

"You saved our lives and then we tried to blame you for our states it wasn't correct. Many people must be in worse situations then us so we should be thankful to you for saving our lives and treating us well" stated Chloe

"Yeah! That you can say is right. Because if it was some normal man who rescued any of you then he wouldn't have been able control himself from sleeping with a Hollywood star, after all who would stop him in apocalypse anyways" Matt stated

Hearing Matt's comment Chloe shuddered in fear thinking what could happen to her in such situation.

"Hey I was just joking nothing like that will happen to you hear, every men here knows how to respect women" Matt stated, "Though I hope you and all other women can learn to take care of yourselves, we won't be always there to protect you all"

"Don't worry I learned hand to hand combat for my role and am still continuing to learn it or was learning till now" replied Chloe.

"Yeah, don't try to punch a zombie even if you are black belt 10th dan, weapons are the only thing protecting you from getting bitten" Matt replied

'"Umm...I learned shooting as well! But only with pistols" replied Chloe

"Still better than nothing right!" Matt stated with a smile to which Chloe could only nod her head.

"Now for the apologize how about we don't talk about what happened here to anyone and I forget what happened earlier" Matt said

"O-OK" said an embarrassed Chloe, "But you still haven't wore any T-shirt or anything"

"Shit! Sorry about that" Matt said as he ran in his room took out a black V-neck style T-shirt and wore before going back outside.

"Let's forget my clumsiness as well" Matt stated

"hehe... I will try" snickered Chloe

After talking with Matt some more, unknowingly she became close to Matt after talking with him after only some time, Chloe left the room after saying goodbye a minute after she left Emma came followed by Abigail and Grace all asking for forgiveness from Matt and since he had already forgiven Chloe he forgave them as well.

"Wow! who would have thought that there would be a day that famous Hollywood actresses would becoming to me one after another asking for forgiveness.....
