Chapter 271 - Uncomfortable Feeling

"Are we just going to the clinic, madam?" asked Fin, focusing on driving. Sometimes he glanced at Bryana who was sitting beside him.

Fin smirked as he focused on driving. "Never mind a wife, I even don't have a girl," he replied.

"With my mediocre life, I have not dared to find a mate. Many women today want to have a husband who has a permanent job, a big salary, a private house, and ... That's all I don't have," said Fin again with a low attitude.

"If there is a woman who is willing to marry with thoughts that refer to material things, it means she is willing to marry not for love," Bryana said.

"But a lot of women are like that," said Fin desperately.

"Hopefully you can find the type of woman who has the attitude of accepting a partner as they are because not all women only care about material things. Materials can be sought, but sincere love comes from the heart," Bryana advised because she also saw Dean, not from material things.

At the photoshoot, suddenly Elsa, who was taking a break to change clothes and add make-up, was approached by Carlos. In the room filled with several models getting make-up, she looked annoyed at the man in the black suit.

"Why are you here?" She asked annoyed.

"To pick you up," Carlos replied.

"To pick me up? Are you imagining I'll be willing to come with you? You better not dream!" Elsa got up and let the make-up spray some kind of oil to make her chest shine as if sweating to add to the hot impression because she was an adult magazine model. Elsa was about to enter the studio for a photoshoot but Carlos grabbed her hand and said, "Come with me tonight. I want to give you something."

"I will not overdo it after you are willing to meet me tonight," Carlos said conditionally.

"Yes, I will meet you!" Elsa said pressing, then released Carlos' grip on hers. She rushed into the studio before the man got even more desperate.

Carlos returned to his car and immediately asked the driver to drive him to the office where Alex had already taken his place to meet some clients. 'Inviting to make love to a friend's wife, seems like a challenging thing. I can make Elsa fall into my arms, and Alex..let him try to pursue Bryana's love again,' he thought with an evil grin.

Reluctantly, Fin answered the call, "hello!"

"Hello, Finn. are you okay?" Lucas asked over the phone.

"Yeah, so what?" Fin asked curtly back, Because he didn't like it if Lucas forbade him to approach Bryana.

"I'm worried about you, Fin. The house you are now living in is the house of your late father's enemy. if any of the people in the house knew you were the son of lord Gustave, they would definitely make you miserable!"

"No one knows who I am. You better shut up and run our business well. I make sure one day I will come back with Bryana as my life partner!" he shouted firmly then hung up the phone. He was silent again and thought about what he should do to make Bryana pay more attention to him.
