Chapter 279 - Anger And Jealousy

Carlos approached Elsa and gently caressed her cheek by looking at her so sadly. "Elsa. If Alex doesn't make you comfortable, tell me. I will be the first person to make you comfortable and happy. The door to my heart is always open for you."

"Don't overdo it, Carlos. I can't promise a future with you. I need to think long," Elsa exclaimed as she brushed Carlos' hand away and then continued her activities to clean up.

"I know you love Alex very much, but I hope that if you can't be together anymore, you're willing to be with me," Carlos said sadly.

Elsa was silent, then walked to the table near the sofa to take her branded red bag. She opened the bag and took out her smartphone.

"Gosh. He must be very angry," Elsa muttered when she saw that there had been so many calls from Alex since last night.

"If he dares to be rude to you, you should tell me. You are like this because of me, so I will be responsible!" Carlos shouted firmly.

"You don't have to worry," Elsa exclaimed then walked out of the room with her small bag. "I'm home now."

"Be careful," said Carlos as he looked at Elsa who slowly passed out of sight because she had left her room. He feels aground because it turns out that after being willing to make love to him, Elsa doesn't understand his feelings either. 'I'm sure Alex will be rude to her. I have to come and keep her safe from Alex's tantrum!' he thought by tightening his jaw.

After repeatedly persuading, seducing, and even giving French Kiss more than ten times, Bryana finally managed to make Dean willing to go to the hospital to be examined as well as to visit Dany. She could have called a regular doctor to check on her husband, but she felt she had to visit Dany who was already seriously injured to protect her because she had not seen the Bodyguard for almost two days.

with lazy steps, Dean followed Bryana who carried Aidyn to the car. He already looked fresher in his gray jeans combined with a black hoodie and covered his head with the hoodie hood.

"Fin, take us to the hospital where Dany is being treated," Bryana shouted when she arrived on the terrace and saw Fin was on guard with the other Bodyguards.

"Okay, ma'am," said Fin then immediately walked to the garage to pick up one of the luxury cars that were neatly parked in a row with other cars.

Dean, who was in a bad mood and dizzy, let Bryana ask Fin to take them because he didn't want to argue. after all, Fin wouldn't get a chance to get his wife's attention because he would always be giving attention.

When everyone got into the car, Fin immediately drove the car to the hospital where Dany was being treated. During the trip, he often noticed Bryana who was sitting with Aidyn in her lap in the passenger seat with Dean who was silent.

"What do you feel now?" asked Bryana glancing at Dean who looked weak and even leaned his head.

"Nauseous ... dizzy," Dean replied then rested his head on Bryana's shoulder.

"Could your stomach acid rise?" Bryana asked suspiciously.

"I don't know," said Dean. He looked at Aidyn who was always comfortable in Bryana's lap. he smiled and stroked the baby's cheek, and the baby smiled at him.

"His smile is so sweet."

"Just like you." Bryana glanced at Dean then kissed his forehead. "Hopefully you get better soon after getting medicine from the doctor."

"I didn't think I'd be so sick all of a sudden," Dean muttered.

"Did you eat late yesterday?" Bryan asked.

"I guess so," Dean replied.

"Next time even though you are busy, you must still make time to eat or, if you're in the office, I'll take the time to make lunch for you," Bryana exclaimed with her right hand stroking Dean's jaw.

"No need. You've been busy at home with taking care of the kids, exercising, and sometimes taking medication. it would be very inconvenient to have to make lunch for me. I'd better go home and eat at home," Dean said languidly, his hands even clutching his nauseous stomach. Ouch, just like pregnant people.

"Why? Are you going to throw up?" Bryana asked a little panicked.

Dean shook his head. "Just always nausea and pain," he replied.

Bryana turned to look at Fin who was focused on driving. "Fin, hurry up, please. We have to get to the hospital," she shouted angrily, worried about Dean's condition.

"Okay, madam," said Fin and then increased the speed of the car he was driving. He was not calm, but emotional because he felt he was jealous of Dean and Bryana's harmony. 'Ughh... Why is it like this? I have to separate them, then I will approach Bryana. I won't hold on to this feeling any longer. It hurts to see them making out like that!' His mind is full of her evil image.

In his house which is not as luxurious as Bryana's, Alex is carrying Haikal in the living room. He hasn't even had time to take a shower because he keeps trying to calm his son who is cranky looking for his mother who turns out to be cheating on him.

A car horn sounded from outside the gate. the maid in the house rushed out of the house to the gate and then opened it, letting the car that was driven by Elsa just enter and she closed the black gate again.

Alex came out and stopped on the terrace. he looked at Elsa who just got out of the car with a gaze so cold. Anger and a heart filled with anger made him feel like slapping the face of his self-righteous wife, but he held it in because he didn't want to make his son sad and cry again.

"Where have you been? does the fashion show require you to stay overnight? Are you just going to use your phone as a display, because I called many times and you didn't even answer?" Alex immediately rushed to Elsa with a question.

Elsa sighed, looked down at Alex then grabbed Haikal and carried him. "I'm tired, I want to rest. Later I will explain why I didn't go home," she said curtly.

"Explain now!" cried Alex furiously.

"Alex, don't you see Haikal is here? please hold your attitude!" Elsa rushed into the house carrying Haikal, while Alex immediately followed her impatiently.

"Where did you sleep last night? I called your manager, and he said you've been home since afternoon. Where were you last night?"

"I just want to calm down, because I'm tired of seeing my husband who is still expecting his ex-wife!" Elsa said as she walked up the stairs to the room.

"Expecting an ex-wife, what do you mean by saying that?" asked Alex.

"Didn't you see Bryana last night just because you wanted to get close to her again, right? Don't be a hypocrite. She does have everything, but that doesn't mean you ignore my feelings as your legal wife!"

"I went to her house just to see Calvin!" Alex confirmed.

"That must be just a reason!" Elsa said as she walked into the room.

"Don't carelessly accuse me just because you cover up your ugliness! Now tell me, Where did you sleep last night?" Alex continued to rail on one question that made him curious. He wondered where his wife was staying the night.
