175 Welcome to the home

Next day Mrs Smith discharged from the hospital. Zinu and Dolly planned a grand welcome family party for her. Actually, it was a surprise for her. Nobody, except John, went to the hospital to bring her home. Mrs Smith was expecting Zinu and Ronnie also. But when she saw only John, she was saddened.

"Where are Ronnie and Zinu? Dolly or Charlie are also not here. Why he had not come to take me home? I thought they would be here too."Mrs Smith asked sadly.

"Grandma, they are busy in some works. So, they could not come. They are at home waiting for you. Let's go. Your discharge papers are ready."John said with a smile.

" Ok."Mrs Smith replied in a sad voice and got up from the bed to go home.

When they reached home, everyone was waiting for Mrs Smith near the entrance. The entrance was decorated with her favourite flowers. Mrs Smith surprised to see two of her friends also waiting in the entrance with others. Zinu invited them also. She knew that Mrs Smith would be very happy, to meet them.

"Stella and Shine! You both are here! Oh my god! Am I dreaming? Are you two really here? It has been a long time since we have met." Mrs Smith said with tears in her eyes.

"Welcome to the home dear. You are really lucky to have such a happy and nice family. Your granddaughter-in-law is also so nice. She invited us here to meet you." Stella said with a smile.

Mrs Smith nodded.

"Yes, dear. You are correct. I am very lucky. My family is the best in the world."Mrs Smith replied.

"Welcome back granny."It was Ronny. He offered her a bouquet of flowers.

"Thank you, dear. I was very unhappy, as you did not go to receive me from the hospital. I never thought you were planning all these."Mrs Smith said with a smile.

" Mom and Dolly aunt planned everything. Come inside. You will be surprised more."Ronnie said with a wink and hold her hand and pulled her inside.

"Ok.dear.Let's go." Mrs Smith replied and followed him.

When she entered the living room she surprised to see the scene. The whole room was decorated very beautifully. There was a big banner in the middle, on which 'WELCOME BACK TO HOME' was written with flowers. There were many people waiting for her. Mr Wilson, Sofia, two other friends of her and also Tonny Heck was waiting for her.

"Oh my god! Why have you done all these!"Mrs Smith said in a surprised tone.

She could not believe her eyes. Everyone offered her small gifts. She was overwhelmed.

" It was not necessary."She said with a smile.

"Why is it not necessary grandma? You are the main person in this family. So, your welcoming should be in a grand manner." Zinu said.

"Yes, grandma. It is nothing. We should do more to make you happy. You are a real fighter. You have beat death. It is our duty to welcome the great fighter."Dolly replied.

Tonny Heck came forward and handed her a beautiful gift box.

"Grandma, I am Tonny Heck. Nice to meet you."     Mrs Smith raised her brows and looked at him in questioning gaze.

She never heard about Tonny Heck.

"Grandma, he is also your grandson. He is the grandson of Lucas. So, he is my cousin. I will tell you later about him." John whispered in her ears. Mrs Smith nodded.

"Ok. So, you are my grandson! Oh, dear. I am glad to meet you." Mrs Smith said with a smile.

"Grandma, I am also very grateful to my John brother, for giving me the opportunity to meet you. I always read about you in the newspaper, today I am happy to meet you." Tonny Heck replied.

Three hours ago, John invited Tonny Heck to their house in Mrs Smith's welcome party. He too released from the hospital that day only. After discharge, John's security sent him home. He never thought that John would let him go home so easily.

After reaching home he felt relieved. He took a shower and have his lunch.

When he was relaxing on the balcony, his phone rang. His heart skipped a beat, to see the caller ID. It was John Smith.

'Why is he calling. Will, he again keep me as a captive?' He thought and replied to the call.

"Tonny, today grandma is coming home back from the hospital. My wife is throwing a surprise family party for her. Will you like to join us? You are now also a family member of our family. Would you like to come and welcome her?" John asked Tonny.

Tonny Heck was stunned. He could not believe in his ears.

"Wh....what did you just said? You....you are married? What a surprise! Why I did not get any information about it? And are you really accepted me as your family member?"

"Yes, Tonny. You are my family member. So, there is nothing wrong in accepting you as my family member. And it is a normal thing that, you do not know about my family. There have a lot of things that you do not know." John replied with a smile.

"Yes, my John brother. Now I understand why you are the most influential business tycoon of the world. I salute you. And Yes. I would love to come to your house. I would like to attend to your family party. I would love to get me introduced to my newly found family. Thank you for the invitation."Tonny Heck said sincerely. John smiled.

" Ok. I will send the guards to fetch you from your house."

"Ok.Thank you." Tonny Heck said and hung up the call.

Tonny Heck was very happy. He could not believe in his luck. He never thought that he would get a family like this.
