207 We will fight together

"John Bro, I can help you with my connections. I know about some places where Lucas had visited in the past. As I told earlier, I could not do anything to him as I had no back then."Tonny Heck said with a smile.

"That is good. I think We can get rid of that Lucas easily if we join our forces. What do you think John Bro?"Charlie asked John Smith, who was thinking something.

"Yes."John Smith said in low voice.

"OK, then it is decided. We will fight together. We have to start our mission as soon as possible."Tonny Heck said.

Everyone nodded. A security guard came inside and informed that the leader of the fingerprint expert wanted to meet John. John nodded.

The leader entered the room and nodded to John Smith and others. John signalled him to continue with his report.

"Boss we have matched the fingerprints with the Neil Partick and his family members. One member of his family matched with the fingerprints we got in the secret room."The leader informed.

"What? who is it?"Karl asked loudly.

"Boss that is Robert Partick. We have not informed them about it yet."The leader said.

"Robert Partick? How dare he? Charlie yelled angrily.

John Smith's face darken. He could not think about how he can betray them. He knew how much Neil Partick, as well as his grandmother, loved that boy. Although he was an adopted child, nobody ever let him feel it. Mrs Smith tried to give him all the facilities he needs. Apart from all his expenses of his studies in a foreign country, she sent him a good amount of pocket money every month. All his classmates always thought him a rich heir.

"Call him here immediately, "John growled.

Everyone present there felt like trembling hearing John Smith's dangerous tone. They knew John Smith was very angry now. Actually, not only John Smith but everyone present there was also very angry at Robert Partick.

A security guard hurriedly left the room and entered with Robert Partick. He could not understand why he was summoned here suddenly.

"Sir, why did you want to meet me? How can I help you?"Robert Partick asked John Smith in an indifferent voice.

"Will you tell me clearly everything?"John Smith said in a calm voice.

Robert Partick nodded. He remembered the fateful day when he was very happy to come back home. He hailed a taxi to go to the airport. His parents called him a moment ago and informed him that Mrs Smith is going to throw a welcome party for his arrival. He was thinking about the party as his phone ring. He saw it was an unknown call. It was from a private number. He confusedly received the call.

"Congratulations on your graduation. I think you are very excited about the welcome party, which is going to be a business meeting of Smiths."A dangerous voice said in mocking voice.

Robert Partick was confused to hear him.

'Who can be it? How he can know everything? My parents just informed me about the party. How he also have the knowledge about it?' He thought.

"Who are you? How do you know me? How do you know about the party, which just had decided?"Robert Partick asked confusedly.

The man who called laughed loudly. It was more like growling than laugh. Robert Partick's heart skipped a beat. He already knew that this man had called him for no good reason.

"What do you think? Who I might be? Obviously, I am very close to you and your parents. I can see your father is reading a newspaper and your mother is cooking rice. Ha Ha Ha."

'Again that creepy laugh.' He got goosebumps to hear his creepy laugh.

"What! Why are you silent? Don't you want to know my identity? Ha Ha," The caller could not stop his creepy laugh.

"Listen, I am not interested in your rubbish talk. I am very busy now. So will you please leave me alone?"Robert Partick said loud enough to the cab driver looked back at him curiously.

Although Robert Partick was very frightened to hear him, he wanted to show him courage. He knew that the caller was trying to frighten him.

"Oh, our little boy is now showing a lot of courage. I am impressed. Ok, now you have reached the airport. You have to follow so many formalities now. So I am leaving you. But don't miss me too much, as I will call you soon. Hope you would not try to speak about me to anyone.Ha Ha."The man again laughed and hung up the call.

Robert Partick looked at the outside through the car window. He was surprised to see that they were really entered the airport area already. He stunned to see the reach of the man. He felt his body is shaking. He now could clearly understand that he as well as his parents were has been followed by the man.

Robert Partick was really scared to hear his warnings. Robert Partick was a very simple-minded guy. He neither badmouthed anyone nor fights. He always tried to avoid clashes with any person. He did not know why this person is behind him or his parents. Although the man did not tell anything clearly to Robert Partick, but he could feel a disaster has to come in their life. He sighed and got down from the taxi.

When he reached home, he was very happy to meet with his parents again, but he was very worried about them. That unknown man was haunting Robert Partick everywhere. Robert Partick knew that he would call him again.

His speculation was very true because he again got the call from the private number on the first day of his arrival in the country. When Robert Partick saw the caller id as a private number, he did not receive the call. His mobile was ringing again and again. At last, he received the call annoyingly. 

"Hello dear. Don't you want to receive my call? Do not even dare to do so in the future. I am not that good man you know? I have not that much patience that I have to keep trying to speak to you. Ok, now leave it. I think you would not do this in future. Are you trying to sleep? How could you sleep, when I am here could not sleep properly for a long time."The man said in a serious tone. Robert Partick could feel the voice of the man this time was more dangerous and serious. He decided to record the call. So he clicked on the record option of his mobile.

" What do you want from me? Why are you calling me again and again? Who the hell are you? If you don't tell me who are you, I am going to hang up the call."Robert Partick said angrily this time. He wanted to get rid of this creepy man. He did not want to spend a moment more with this man over the phone also.

"Yes. That's like my brilliant fellow. I like this spirit. I like the men, who always liked to help me with things. Thank you dear for your kind consideration."
