216 Jackson and Zinu

In the farmhouse of the green Island, Jackson was sitting on the sofa of the living room. He was waiting for Zinu, who had gone for a walk in the garden.

If anyone looked at him, they can guess that there is a storm running in his mind. He was lost in deep thought.  He was in a dilemma. He could not decide what he should do.

He remembered Lucas's warning. Lucas called him some times ago. Jackson was in the study room. He was sorting out the things that Lucas asked him to do. He received the call without wasting his time.

" Jackson, have you talked to that girl already? What is she doing now? Have you able to get any new information about her?"Jackson heard Lucas's serious voice through the phone.

"No boss, I have not talked to her yey. I am just studying the data we got about Miss Windy. There is nothing new in the information we get today. She is really an orphan. I think she has no close relationship with John. We had not able to get her mobile phone yet. Otherwise, we would have got some new information. It must be dropped somewhere and switched off. If it was switched on, then also we could find out it very easily." Jackson replied in a calm voice.

"Listen. I just called John Smith. That bastard did not respond to my proposal. I think he would not accept the deal. I will surely destroy him. And listen, you need not have to be kind-hearted to that girl.

I think that girl is not that much important for John Smith. He did not respond properly when I told him about the girl. I think we have done some mistakes here. As John Smith was speaking to me, he did not sound much worried for the girl. If this girl is his girlfriend, then he would have a more powerful reaction. She must be mere an employee of Smiths, whom they used to search the map. I think she is not that much valuable to us.

Although we can use her to get some money from John Smith, apart from that, she is not useful.  We only need to keep her alive only a few hours to see what John  Smith would do.

If we see that John Smith had not taken any action to rescue her, then you have to kill her. Although she looked timid, she may pose danger to us. She would reveal all our secrets if we let her go.

But before that, you have to try to make her tell everything, she knows about the Smiths. Although she is not in relation to John Smith, she might know about them and the map.

I want to ask her a few questions myself. So, bring her to me tomorrow morning."Lucas said angry tone.

"Yes, boss. I can understand it. I will follow as you say. But would it be good for us to kill an innocent woman? She might have no idea about our grudges against John Smith. Please, don't get angry boss, but could you think twice about killing her? I mean she can live here in this house if you want." Jackson tried to convince Lucas to leave Zinu.

Jackson swallowed hard. He knew that once Lucas thinks of something, nobody could change it. He did not want to kill an innocent woman for Lucas's grudged against John Smith. He got a lot of information about Zinu, for which he felt pity for her.

Actually, John Smith was prepared for all these before sending Zinu to old Smith House. He got ready everything in Windy's name so that nobody can even suspect her identity. Jackson also could get all the information about Zinu, which John Smith wanted to show them. They got much information about 'Windy'.

As per the investigations done by Jackson, Windy is an orphan. She had spent her life in the orphanage and the job in Smith hotel is her first job. She is an introvert from her childhood and did not like to go out for any party or picnic. She was found in front of an orphanage twenty years ago. So, she had no any family also. She was living in a rented room for a few days before her abduction. She does not have any boyfriend or close friends.

Jackson thought for a few seconds before reply to Lucas.

"Boss. I am sorry if I am taking any side. But as I got the information about her, she would not pose any threats to us. So why killing someone, who is not that much dangerous for us? Please boss. Think about it." Jackson tried to convince Lucas.

Jackson waited for some time for his reply. It took almost a minute to get any reply from Lucas.

"Ok. You can save that girl. I will not kill her. But, if she dares to run away from the house, I would not spare her. And don't forget to bring her tomorrow to me." Lucas replied and hung up the call. Jackson sighed in relief and forwarded towards the living room to find Zinu.

Almost after half an hour, Zinu entered the house after a walk in the garden. She was waiting for the master of the house to be returned. She needs to know so many things, as the maid did not want to speak anything about her arrival in the house. She tried to ask her many times, but each time she replied that she had to ask everything to her master. Now Zinu was more worried. It is almost afternoon, but the master of the house has not shown up yet. She was more confused, as time passed by.

She could not understand why she was kept in that house. Now she was sure that apart from Lucas, nobody could keep her in the unknown place. But why Lucas is keeping her as a guest? And who is the master of this house? Is it Lucas? Why is he not coming in front oh her? She was lost in thought as she entered the living room. She did not notice the man sitting over the sofa.

"Hello miss Windy. How are you? I am waiting for

you here for a long time."Zinu startled by a voice. She almost jumped up in shock.

"Ah! Wh...who are you?  I am sorry. I did not notice you." Zinu replied.

Jackson smiled. He found Zinu's reaction too cute.

'She is really beautiful. I must try my best to keep her alive.' Jackson thought.

"Hello. I am Jackson." Jackson replied.

"Are you the master of this house?"

"Yes. It's me."

"Good. I was waiting for you. I asked Miss Ellie about my presence here, but she did not tell me a thing. She told me to wait for you. Now it is good that you have returned. Now tell me." Zinu asked hurriedly. She wanted to know everything as soon as possible.

"Miss I will tell you everything. Please follow me."  Jackson said and left the room and forwarded towards the study room. Zinu hurriedly followed him.

"Please have a seat," Jackson said in a serious tone. Zinu nodded and silently took a seat.

"Now tell me, "Zinu said impatiently when she saw that Jackson was not telling anything even after waiting for almost ten minutes.

" What do you want to know?"Jackson asked in his low voice.

"I want to know everything. Which place is this? Why am I here? Why are you keeping me in this house? Please tell me everything." Zinu asked.

"Look, Miss Windy. I am going to tell you everything, but you have to promise me that you would not do anything which could harm you." Jackson said in a serious voice.

"What the hell is this? Why do I need to promise you? You are not a friend of mine. I am asking you again, why am I here? I want to go to my home." Zinu said angrily.

"Look, Miss Windy. It is not that, I want to hide anything from you. Please don't get angry. Listen carefully. Otherwise, you will be in danger."Jackson said in his calm voice.

"Mr Jackson. What are you thinking about me? Am I not in enough danger now? I am here in an unknown place with unknown people. I could not go home yesterday. Don't you think that it is bad enough for me? Leave it. Just tell me, why am I here? Why did you kidnap me? Are you Lucas's man?" Zinu asked in a cold voice.

Jackson stunned to see the courage of Zinu. He thought that either she would cry in front of him to go back to the home or she would have been scared to him.
