229 He was absent-minded

"Tonny Heck, David, did he say anything to you two? Or have you seen any unusual signs in his behaviour?" John Smith asked, who was sitting silently after coming to this house.

"He said nothing. But he asked a few normal questions like what do you like to eat, wear and also about are you married or not. I replied everything as we planned. I think he asked these questions out of curiosity. Nothing else. " David replied.

"As I gathered his information, he was a really good man. He turned himself to a puppet of Lucas only after his mother's illness. He is surely loyal to Lucas, how can he leave the party in the middle. That is why I think his actions today were really suspicious. He was with us, if he was leaving with his own will, he at least should have told us that he is leaving. He was with us for almost all the time, we were talking like friends after all."He thought for some time and said again.

"Yes David,I think you are correct. Although he did not ask us anything in details about John Bro or speaking with us as a friend, I felt that he was absent-minded today. During the party, I asked him about the location of the washroom, but he did not reply to me for a long time. I observed him then. He was lost in deep thought while looking at you, John bro. It looked like he was thinking about something which was related to you. You were on the stage with Mr Lee and Lucas at that time. He snapped back to the present when Lucas called him to serve you with drinks. After some time, he left the hall without telling anything to anyone. He only looked at his mobile before leaving the hall. I think he got some message from someone. He looked pale at that time. All the blood drained out of his face. So, out of curiosity, I followed him, but could not get. When I reached the corridor, I lost him. He never returned to the hall after that." Tonny Heck.

"Where can he go? What if he is now sleeping in the same room, on which I saw him in the morning." David said thoughtfully.

"But how is it possible? We have checked this house just now. Except for these three rooms, all the rooms are locked from outside. And Lucas had given John Bro only one key to open the room he specially prepared for him. I don't think that Jackson would be in that room. Lucas told that they had prepared some gift for John Bro, in that room. Except for that room on the first floor, all other rooms are locked. So we three are the only people in this house. If this is Jackson's house, then why he had not returned to this house yet?"Tonny Heck said in a thoughtful voice.

"Boss, what about you go up and see the gift prepared by Lucas?" David asked John Smith who was sitting there silently and lost in deep thought.

"Then let us go and find Jackson," David suggested.

"What? Are you serious David? Is it possible for us to find out him that easily?" Tonny Heck said in a surprised tone.

"I think David is correct. We can not find Jackson, but we can find out some information about Zinu in the room, on which he had seen Jackson. We should go to the room and find out. But as we have no keys with us of that room, we have to think some other ways to enter that room." John Smith said.

"Yes, John Bro. You are correct. I have not thought about it. Yes, we can get some information about sister-in-law in that room. We should try to get into the room."Tonny Heck nodded and said.

"David, Tonny Heck but we must be careful in this house. It may be a trap for us also. Lucas is not a fool. He has sent us in this house like that, so he may be keeping an eye on that room if there is some information are kept in that room. So, first of all, we have to check that, if there are any cameras installed in this house or not." John Smith said thoughtfully.

"You are correct boss. Let me check ."David said and pull out another device from a bag and turned it on.

It is a CCTV camera locator, which can find out all the camera locations within five hundred metres of its radius. The device beeped for twice with beaming two little red light. David switched on some buttons and looked at the screen of the device.

"Boss, I have found it. There are two cameras installed in this house. Both the cameras installed on the first floor of this house. Both the cameras are not inside the room. As per the location showing here, one camera must be in front of the room on which I had seen Jackson today morning. Another camera is on the same floor but it was three rooms away from that room."David informed. John Smith nodded and lost in thought. He had to find out a way to go inside of Jackson's room.

"John Bro. I think you should think about what David said. You should go to the room now, which Lucas has prepared for you."Tonny Heck remembered something and said suddenly.

"Tonny Heck, how can I just sit down there, when we have not got any news yet about Zinu? I am here to get her only. Not to enjoy the gifts given by that cunning fox." John Smith said angrily. John Smith felt like his brain is not working. Now he can not think anything other than rescuing Zinu.

"John Bro. Think if Lucas is keeping his eyes on us through that CCTV camera, then he must be waiting to see that you enter the room, which he has specially prepared for you. If that is the case, then you should go to the room as soon as possible. He would get suspicious if you do not go to that room. I and David will find out a way to enter the locked room of Jackson. You go there and take some rest. We will inform you everything through message. It is almost one hour past we have entered the house. So you should go now."Tonny Heck said.

"Yes, boss he is correct. We both will do our best. You please go."David said.

John thought for a moment and nodded. Although he wanted to search for Zinu himself, he knew that it would be harder to find her if he does not act along. He is here as Mr Simon, not as John Smith. So he must have to act as Mr Simon.

"Ok. I am going. You two inform me whatever way you two find out to get in that room. Try to find out the location of Lucas's base also. I think they have kept Zinu there. I will come out somehow from that room. You just try hard to find the location."John Smith said and got up to leave the room worriedly.

"John Bro. Please don't worry. We will find sister-in-law very soon."Tonny Heck said.

John nodded and forwarded towards the upstairs. He was more worried now. They have not left much time now.

'I have to find out a way to come out from that room after some time. I have to find her 

today itself. Otherwise tomorrow it will be hard for us to find.'John Smith thought.

He knew that it would not be very easy to find out Zinu on this island. He guessed that Zinu must be held as captive in Lucas's base. So he was waiting for the offer from Lucas to visit the base. But as Lucas has invited him the next day to visit the base, John Smith felt frustrated. He knew that it will be hard him to search for her tomorrow, as he would have to leave tomorrow. So he decided to go to the base in that night itself.

John reached in front of the room, which Lucas prepared for him. He felt the key in his jacket pocket.
