John Smith and others were waiting in front of the emergency room for almost three hours. John Smith looked at Mrs Smith and Ronnie. They both slept in the place where they sit down.

'Looked like they have not slept nicely these days.' John Smith thought and reached Mrs Smith and wake her up.

"Grandma, you should go home with Ronnie and mom. I am here .Don't worry about Zinu. She will be fine. Dolly is alone there. She might need something."John Smith said.

"No John, maids are there. We don't want to go home." Alicia said.

"Yes. She is correct. How can I leave my granddaughter-in-law here, when she is in such danger?"Mrs Smith said annoyingly. 

"No mom. Look at grandma and Ronnie. They both are tired. Grandma would get ill if she sleeps here like this. Please grandma."John Smith said with a worried tone.

"Ok. Just call us, when the doctors will inform about her."Alicia said.

Alicia knew that both Ronnie and Mrs Smith could not sleep properly these days. She was also worried about them. So she decided to leave. John Smith reached near Ronnie and wake up him.

"Ronnie dear. Look where are you sleeping. Please go home and sleep properly."John Smith said. Ronnie looked at John Smith and smiled.

"Dad, how is mom? I have not seen her yet. Granny said that I will get a little brother or sister after a few months. Is it true?"Ronnie held John Smith's hand and asked.

"Yes, Ronny. Your Granny is right. You will get your brother or sister very soon. Your mother will be fine. Nothing bad will happen to her. You are waiting here for a long time. Now you should go home. The doctors are doing all types of tests. So it will take some time."John Smith said with a smile.

"Ok, dad. I will go home now. But let us know what doctors tell about her."Ronnie said and left with Mrs Smith and Alicia.

Although he was worried for his mother, he was happy to get the news of his mother's pregnancy. He was waiting for a long time to get a little brother or sister. When he came to knew about Dolly's pregnancy he could not sleep for a long time that night. He was very happy. He decided to ask his mother to bring a brother or sister for him too. But he could not get the chance to ask, as she was already kidnapped. But the next day he heard about Zinu's pregnancy when Alicia and Mrs Smith were talking among them about it. He was that much happy that he jumped in joy until he got tired.

John along with Mr Han waiting outside of the emergency room, he saw a doctor came out. He hurriedly reached near him.

"Doctor, how is my wife? Is she ok?" John Smith asked in a worried voice.

"Mr John Smith, would you like to come to my chamber. We can speak there." The doctor said. John Smith nodded and followed the doctor.

"Doctor. Now tell me? What happened to her? Is it serious?"John Smith asked worriedly.

"But? What happened to her? What do you mean by she is not hurt physically? Is she hurt in other ways? Please tell Doctor." John Smith said loudly.

"Yes. Actually, we could not detect the actual reason, but Mrs Smith is not well. She has gone to coma." The doctor replied.

"What are you saying? She ..... what? How is it possible? She..... she is pregnant."John Smith almost yelled.

"Mr John Smith. Please calm down. Mrs Smith is now in a coma. But surprisingly the baby is totally healthy. Most probably she was severely drugged by someone. We have tested her blood. We got a large amount of drug in her blood. It was fatal for her. But she survived somehow along with the baby.

Apart from the drug, she must have gone through some mental stress. That is why her brain also needs some rest along with her body. But don't worry. She will be fine. You only need to support her, she needs you all. Try to sit and talk to her. She will come back to you. I already contacted with the best experts. We will try our best."The doctor said.

John Smith was in great shock. He could not speak anything. He left the chamber and forwarded towards the entrance of the hospital.

'How is it even possible? My Zinu is now in a coma! It is all my fault. I should be in her place now. I am a big loser.'John lost in his thought and forwarded towards the road.

A car was coming from the opposite side at high speed. As John Smith was lost in his thought, he did not notice the car. It was coming straight towards him. The driver of the car in a drunken state, so he too could not control his speed. As the car almost hit him, someone dragged John Smith to the side of the road. The car did not stop. It left the place as nothing happened. John snapped back to the present with the pull. It was Charlie and Karl. They returned from their mission some time ago.

"Are you fine, boss?"Karl asked. John Smith nodded.

"John Bro. Are you out of your mind? The car was about to hit you."Charlie said angrily.

"I am sorry," John said an left the two men in the surprising state.

"Where are you going?"Charlie asked in a surprised voice. But John Smith did not look back.

He forwarded towards a park and sat down on a bench. Charlie and Karl followed him and looked at John Smith worriedly.

"Should we go to him ?"Charlie asked.

"I think we should leave him alone. As per the report, the condition of the lady boss is not good. So it is a normal reaction for that. We should go to the hospital and talk to the doctor. Let's go. There are bodyguards here. He will be just fine." Karl said thoughtfully.

"Ok. Let's go."Charlie said and left the place with Karl.

John Smith could not control his tears. The most beloved person in his life is in such a state. How can he tolerate it? He was blaming himself for her misfortune.

"I am sorry darling. I am not a good husband. Otherwise, I would not have let you be like this. I don't know what will happen to you. I don't know what will I do without you."John Smith murmured.

John Smith sat there for almost two hours. He could not gather his courage to go to the hospital. How can he show his face to her? He is the most powerful man in the country and his wife had to go through all these, and he could not help her. As he was lost in deep thought, he felt someone's hand on his shoulder.

"John Bro. Let us go to the hospital. You should not leave hope like this. Zinu sis will be fine. You have to be with her now. What she would be thinking when she would not get you near her? You know the doctor said you to talk to her, as much as possible. I am sure, she will response soon. Please John Bro. You must control your emotions. Ronnie and others will be worried if they see you in this state. Tonny Heck has shifted to the ward. The doctor said that the operation was successful. Let us go. You should meet him." Charlie said with a worried tone.

"What will I do Charlie? I am a bad husband. I could not save her. I am not good enough for her. She is suffering from me. I am bad luck for her. Her life worsens, from the time I entered her life. "Ok. Let us go."John Smith said and left the park with Charlie.
