257 In Country C

"Zinu, are you fine? Why did you left for the country C suddenly? How can you leave all of us like this? Tell me .What happened there? Is John is also there? He must be. I heard Charlie has also left the country yesterday for country C.I don't know what are you all doing after all."Zinu heard Mrs Smith's loud voice through the phone.

Zinu knew that her grandmother -in -law must be angry at her. But what can she do? She just could not wait there and when she knew that John Smith is in a danger.

"I am sorry Grandma. I know ,I have done wrong this time. But I ..... I missed him. I ..... I could not stop myself to come over here. I know that you would never let me come here ,if I told you this earlier. Please forgive me Grandma for this time."Zinu said in low voice.

Mrs Smith paused for a few seconds before speak anything. She knew that Zinu and John Smith both loved each other and due to recent incidents, they had to stay away from each other for a long time.

"Zinu, who told you to ask from me forgiveness? It is not your fault after all. It is all that Bastard Lucas's fault. I know you are my strong grand daughter -in -law. You have done right thing. If I were in your place, I too would do the same thing. You don't worry for us. Just take care of my grandson and bring back him to us in good state."Mrs Smith said with a smile.

"Thank you grandma. I promise you to return with him very soon."

"That's good. Have you met John yet or not? If not ,just call him. Ok?"

"Ok Grandma .I will. How is Ronney ?Is he throwing a tantrum?"

"Oh. No. He is much more mature than his age. It was Ronnie who guessed that you must have left to meet John .I could not thought any place where you might have gone. He He He. He is so adorable kid. You don't worry for him."Mrs Smith replied.

"Thank you grandma. I am really grateful to you .I was too worried for you all.I thought you will never forgive me for what I have done. Thank you."Zinu said with a smile.

"Zinu. You need not to thank me. I should thank you instead. You have given me so nice family. You have turn my John's heart as well as life to a beautiful garden from desert. Thank you dear. Please be careful there. OK?"

"Ok Grandma. Thank you. See you later."Zinu said ang hang up the call.

Zinu sighed in relief .She was worried that Mrs Smith would scold her for her sudden departure .She only wrote down the note that she will be away for a few days for some important task.

"I should buy some necessary things for me and eat something. I am really hungry. After that I will find out a way to find out my husband."Zinu said and got ready to go out.

She had not eaten anything properly since yesterday. She went to the restaurant of the hotel ,she was checked in and have her breakfast and left the hotel to buy some necessary things. She hired a taxi to go to the nearby mall which was almost five kilometers away from the hotel. On the way she keep trying to call John Smith, but his number was not reachable.

'What will I do now? How can I find him? Should I go to the police station and ask them about the bomb blast victims? Yes .That will be better than I just searching him everywhere.'Zinu thought.

"Miss. We are here."Zinu snapped back to the present with the voice of the taxi driver.

"Oh. Thank you very much." She paid the fare to the driver and entered the shopping mall.

David and Jackson left to meet the person, who would deliver them a parcel. They had to hand over to the parcel to the assistant of the Defence Minister of the Country C. Both of them reached the Garry mall at ten minutes to ten.

"Jackson, will you go inside or wait for me here? It's almost time . I have to go inside now. The person must have reached here already." David got down from the car and asked Jackson.

"You go in first. I will come later." Jackson replied.

David nodded and entered the shopping mall. He looked around .He could not find any person as described by John Smith. David waited there for twenty minutes, but the person did not arrived .

'What happened ? Why is he not here yet? I should check other stores of the mall also.' David thought and left the store .

He roamed around almost all the stores of the mall and again returned to the ground floor, as he could not find him anywhere. He looked at his watch. It was ten forty already.

'I think he will not come here today. I should leave. It is forty minutes over than the designated time.' He thought and about to leave the mall, but stopped to see a person came running toward him. He was in his white shirt.

"Are you David?" The man asked him in urgent voice.

"Yes. Who are you?" David asked him in surprised voice.
