259 Lady boss!

"No Jackson. She is here. Look over there." Jackson pointed towards the counter where Zinu was paying her bill.

When he saw the person to whom Jackson was pointing, his eyes nearly popped out of his head. Zinu was there! He ran quickly towards Zinu. Jackson followed him behind in hesitation.

"Lady boss!" David asked Zinu in a surprised tone.

"Oh. David! It is you. Thank God. You are here. I was too worried that I would never find you all."Zinu said in loud voice. She was equally surprised to see him.

"What are you doing here? I mean, why are you here? Were you just discharged from the hospital? How did you reach here? "Jackson asked in a worried voice.

"I am here for my husband. First, you tell me how is my hubby now? "

" Boss is fine. But why are you here? Did the boss called you?"

"I am here to see him. I was at the phone with him when the bomb blasted. I ..... I was too worried about him. But I could not contact him, as his mobile phone is switched off. Where is he now? Please tell me."Zinu asked with a tearful voice.

"Lady boss, please don't worry. As I told you, he is fine. He has gone for an important mission. So his mobile phone is out of reach. Lady boss, Please let us sit somewhere and talk." David told in a calm voice.

Now he could understand what would have happened to Zinu. He remembered that John Smith was calling someone when the bomb blasted. He could feel how much stressed she might be for her husband. He felt pity for the pregnant lady in front of him.

"Please come this way please." He said and signalled Zinu to follow him. As he stepped forward, suddenly he remembered about Jackson. He looked around, but could not see the man anywhere.

"Where had he gone?" David murmured and dialled his number.

Jackson received the call immediately.

"Where are you? Why am I not seeing you anywhere?"

"I am sorry David. I remembered something important, so I left the mall already. I informed the driver to bring another car for you. He will be there in five minutes." Jackson said and hung up the call.

David looked at the phone with a confused look. He could not understand what happened to the man suddenly. He came here to accompany him. But ....

"David, what happened? Who is that? Why are you looking at the mobile like that?"Zinu asked David.

"Oh. It's nothing. Let us go." David said and forwarded towards the restaurant.

"When did you arrive here? Are you staying at a hotel?" David asked after taking a seat in the restaurant.

"No, I came here with someone. He left for some urgent work. I am here to meet someone."

"OK. Now let us go. I want to see him now."Zinu said and got up.

"But, lady boss, you can not go there, "David said in low voice.

"Why I can not go there? I am here to meet him. I can not go back now."Zinu said in an angry voice.

"Ok. Lady boss. Please calm down. We will discuss it later. Let us go to the place where others are staying now. Someone will fetch your luggage from the hotel you have checked in.

"I told you that I did not bring anything with me here. So I left nothing there. Please send someone there and inform them. Now let us go."Zinu said impatiently and left the restaurant hurriedly. She is here already. So she must meet her hubby as soon as possible.

David looked at the lady walking in front of him and sighed. Maybe this is called love. When she could have take rest at home, she came here running to meet her husband. David smiled. They get in the car waiting for them and left the mall and reached the resort, where the whole team of the Smith's were staying. On the way, he called a guard and instructed him to go to the hotel on which Zinu was checked in and inform them about her departure.

"Lady boss. Let us have your lunch first and take a rest. You must be hungry by now." David told and entered the dining area with Zinu. She was really hungry. So she has her lunch without speaking a word.

David surprised to see her eating. She must be not eating properly for a long time. After lunch escorted Zinu to John Smith's room.

"Lady boss. This is the boss's room. You please take rest here for some time and have lunch. will discuss meeting boss, when Charlie boss would return. He is out of town now." David said and left.

He already arranged everything she needed for her in that room. Zinu nodded and thanked David. She was too tired. She sighed in relief and lay down in the bed and closed her eyes. Although she could not meet John Smith yet, now she was feeling more relaxed. At least John Smith was fine here. That is a great relief for her. She wanted to meet John Smith as soon as possible, but she knew that she has to wait. She did not want to make things harder for John Smith. Although she did not want to, she fell into a deep slumber soon after she lay down.

Charlie was out of town for some important meetings with Mr Simon's people. He was returning to the resort when David called him.
