Sebastian Lykos' POV

I was looking at Karisa's retreating figure when she was running from me after that kiss. I was stunned before I was blinking a few times. I was breathing hard before my wolf was whining at me.

'Why you don't claim her?' He asked.

'It would be much sweeter if she's willing,' I replied in my mind. He scoffed.

'She is willing. I can feel it in her bones. Now, we have to chase her again,' he said before I smirked.

And that was the fun part of this mating.

I loved to chase someone that was not willing to be with me before I break her and she was submitting to me. I know, I was an insane person. I shook my head as I was clearing my head before I went to dive again. I made a few more laps as I saw the sky was darkening above my head.

'I think we should make sure that our mate was home, safe and sound,' my wolf said as I was looking at the sky at the center of the lake. I sighed before I went to the bank and got out of the water. I put on my clothes before I took a whiff of where my mate has gone to. I followed that scent.

I was listening to any danger that might be lurking on the trail that I followed Karisa. I was happy to know that she was safe and sound, even though I doubted that she was out of the woods yet.

'She did not know these woods like us do,' my wolf defended her as I was rolling my eyes at no one.

'Yeah and if she does, I don't think she would stick around after that kiss,' I said before my wolf was smiling at my statement.

'It was a willing kiss,'

'Shut up,' I said before I was listening to the thunder in the sky. I looked at the sky and it was dark. The storm was coming and before I know it, I stripped my clothes and I was carrying it in my mouth after I shifted. I was a big brown wolf with red eyes. I think Karisa will scream after she knows the real me.

I scoffed at that notion. Why should I care anyway?

I was running through the woods as I followed her scent. It was getting stronger now that I was running to the trail that will lead back to the town. But it stopped as I was stepping into the small trail that hikers used.

Where was she?

I was looking around when I don't smell her anymore. I panicked before I caught the faint scent of her raspberry smell through the vines. It was thick vines that can block off any smell if anyone was taking shelter behind it. I wondered what was behind it.

I went to nudge my nose through the vines before I smelled her. My mate, my Karisa.

I went inside without thinking as I was dropping my clothes on the ground of the cave as I saw Karisa just came back from another corner of the cave. Her green eyes were wide before she was screaming and she pushed the only light source in the cave to the ground.

Everything was dark now.

Well, except for my night vision that I had. I was looking at Karisa that was still on the ground before she was hiding behind the table. She was closing her eyes with her hands and I can see that her tears were streaming down her face,

My wolf purred at her sight before I was walking closer to her. I was nudging my nose to her feet before she was scrambled to the bed.

"NO! Go away, wolf. I have so many things to be done. I don't wish to die yet. I was not married yet," she said as she was crying, sobbing. Then, I remembered that she was intended for that neighbor of hers. I growled.

She shrieked before she was moving backward until her back was on the cave wall. I was looking at her as she was sobbing silently. I'm sure she can see my blood-red eyes in the dark. It was more prominent when I was in my wolf form. I was pacing back and forth in front of her before she was slipping the ground.

"Please, what do you want?"

Well, that was an easy answer.

'You,' I said in my mind but I don't think she would hear that. She was gasping for air as she was trying to get away from me. I snarled at her before she was frozen in her spot. I can sense the fear in her blood was rising.

I was sniffing her as she was turning her head to the side. I saw her delicate neck as I was nuzzling it with my nose. She whimpered before I was licking it. It tasted good.

Raspberry and fear.

I was looking at her before I was checking her own. Her sundress was stained and she was breathing hard that I heard her pounding chest. She was afraid and my wolf whimpered when I did nothing to comfort her.

I growled before she whimpered again as she was sobbing silently. I don't know why that sob was penetrating my heart like a knife. I should hate this woman for being destined to me when I don't even believe mates. But of course, I have one since the Moon Goddess was a sadistic person.

"Please, what do you want?" She asked quietly when I was just staring at her. She can sense that I was near before I was thinking of an idea to get this infatuation that was the reason why I have been going crazy for one month now.

"Please, I don't want to die yet," she said before I took a step back as I was growling. She was sobbing again before I was shifting at the table that she put the lamp. I know that she can hear my bones were shifting and I was standing naked in the cave.

I took the lamp before I was holding the lighter before I was breathing hard as I was sitting in front of Karisa Papadopoulos. I did everything I can to make sure that I was not making any noise and she was listening attentively to me. I smirked.

My mate was a clever one.

She was closing her eyes but her ears were listening to my every move. I was looking at her as my night vision was still there even when I was in human form. My wolf was purring as he knows about my idea before I can sense that he was smiling.

'Take her,'

'Claim her,'

'Ravish her,'

My wolf was getting restless as I was trying to reign it in. I have to make sure that this will go on according to my plan on how to take my mate and then perhaps leave her after I had my taste. I told you, I was an insane person.

"Please," Karisa was speaking slowly as she was sniffing.

"What do you want? I know you shifted. You're a werewolf, aren't you? What do you want from me, wolf?" She said as she was still closing her eyes before I was smirking at her. I was holding the lighter closed to the lamp before she spoke again.

"Please, I do anything. Just let me live, wolf," she said before I was tempted to correct her. I was not a 'Wolf' but 'Sebastian,'. Then, I smirked as I was looking at another opportunity.

"Anything you say?" I said as I was turning the lights on and switched on the lamp before I saw her eyes were widened to know that it was only me.
