10 Abduction

The next morning when Aliya got up, she as usual checked her phone. '10 missed calls from Mumma and Pops'.

'OMG! Not again! I'm so stupid to keep my phone silent. This time it's my parents. Are they ok? I need to call them back.'

Aliya tried to call her dad but his phone was unreachable.Aliya then called her mom. Her mom didn't answered her call. Aliya panicked. She again tried to call her mom and this time she picked her call.

"Hello?"

"Mumma where were you? I was calling you. I saw your missed calls. Is everything ok? Are you ok? Where is dad?.....

"Aluu everybody is fine here. I know you. Instead of my warnings you still kept your phone on silent. You have to talk to your dad."

"Mumma who knows me better than you. I contacted but I told you before that his phone is unreachable. Where is he?"

"He is in the office."

"Which office?"

"FASHION AND THE CITY."

"WHAT!! BUT WHY?"

"I dont know my dear. He received a call yesterday night from a man and the two of them were talking for hours. He tried to contact you many times. He left home saying that he is going for a jog. But when an hour passed I called him. Some unknown voice replied that he is in that company with him. I asked him to give the phone to your dad. Dad said to inform you that you have to meet Mr.Rishi ASAP."

"He said that he is going for a jog. But then he himself told you to inform me. Hows that possible? Has that bloody creature abducted dad? I wont leave him. The office and your house are too far from each other....

"My dear just go to the office. And please have a control on your temper. Both of this father-daughter duo are angry birds. Solve the matter peacefully. Dont mess up. Okay?"

"Let's see."

Aliya hung up the phone and headed for FASHION AND THE CITY.

FASHION AND THE CITY

Aliya furiously pushed the gateman and went forward. She entered the waiting hall. She found her dad sitting on a couch with Rishi and Mr.Gera.

"What an insolent person are you! Did you just abduct my dad? I had rejected your offer and you decided to cross your limits? Answer me Rishi?"

Her sudden entry and allegations on Rishi made the three men stunned for some moments. Mr. Sharma ( Aliya's dad ) spoke

"Aluu, after a long time huh? Thanks to this gentleman. I finally got the opportunity to see my daughter."

"Dad are you alright? This man forcefully took you to his office. And you're calling him a gentleman!"

"Who told you that I was forcefully brought here?"

"Mom told that...

"Your mother has the habit to imagine things by herself. At least you dont do the same thing. Baby I came here by my own will."

"Here in this office? But why?"

Rishi interrupted

"I had called him yesterday. I narrated him everything. You weren't understanding...

"So you decided to convince my dad?"

"In a way, yes. But I thought that your dad may not be as foolish as you to reject my offer. So...

"How dare you call me foolish! Mr.Rishi you are crossing your limits. I've said no and 'no. means .no'."

"Of course you are foolish. Mr.Rishi told me everything. What happened with you shouldnt have happened. But to compensate he already fired the manager...." Her dad was about to complete when Rishi interrupted

"Not only manager but also all of them who were in the panel to take interviews. I've done this much just to bring you back. Can't you be a little grateful towards me?"

"Grateful? You've convinced dad thinking that I'll accept the offer because I respect him. You are a true businessman because you know to use things and people both. You removed nearly 7-8 of your employees, right? But did you asked them to apologise for their mistake to me?"

"Actually, I didn't because....

"No excuses Mr.Rishi. I knew you wouldn't have done it."

"But I can ask to apologise to you. I'll make sure they say sorry."

"One can feel sorry but no one can force him to feel sorry. If they had to apologise, they would have done it without the need of your orders."

"Then what should I do now?"

"My dad and your manager are the witnesses. I promise you that because I wished to join this company before, I may accept your offer in future, IF AND ONLY IF you fulfill my 2 conditions."

"And what are they?"
