Chapter 10: The Elopement

Dana Agnes' POV

I have been watching Silas' brown head as he was talking with the minister for our marriage certificate. We have everything that we need and I was smiling that I was wearing the engagement and wedding band now.

I was finally Mrs. Silas Agnes.

I cannot think of anything but my husband right now. He was smiling and laughing before his hazel eyes were on me, caught me red-handed as he smirked at me. I felt my face was blushing before I was looking at the floor.

"Thank you so much for the help," Silas said before he was coming at me. I was looking at him as he was carrying the documents that we needed to present for the marriage certificate.

"Ready to go?" He asked me as Silas was offering his hand to me. I smiled at him before I took the hand and stood up from the seat that he left me as he was talking to the minister.

"The certificate will be ready in 3-10 days. So, for now, we have the temporary one," Silas said as he was waving the paper that he was holding on top of the envelope at me. I smiled as I was nodding before we were out of the office.

"Well, what do you want to do now?" He asked me as I was looking at the morning sun. I was smiling before I was thinking of something.

"Hmm, I don't know. What do you have in mind, Mr. Agnes?" I asked him as he was putting his hand on my lower back when we were heading toward the Lamborghini that he showed me on our first dinner date.

"I don't know. Maybe get some food for our empty stomach then we can start planning our day from there," he said as he was opening the door before he was helping me to get inside.

"Anything you say, husband," I said before Silas chuckled.

"I think I love it when you call me that, love," he said before I giggled and he closed the door to get to the driver's seat. He got inside and started the ignition before we were on the road again.

"So, what do you want to eat? Riganato?'' He asked me as I was shaking my head.

"I was thinking more of the traditional Greek cuisine," I said as Silas was laughing.

"I think I know where it is that we can indulge in it," he said as he was speeding toward the unknown destination.

Silas parked the car and helped me out of the car and I was putting my hand on his arm as we went inside the restaurant. It was a very traditional Greek restaurant as we were greeted by the host. He showed us the table and we ordered some moussaka, taramasalata, dolmades, grilled fish, and olives with extra virgin oil.

The food was delish and I think I was having the best time with my husband on the day of our marriage. I was smiling and Silas would touch me absently as if he cannot think of not touching me. I was smiling at him as we were eating and then, I was asking him to go window shopping in the farmer's market.

"Why do you want to go there?" He asked me as I was pulling him to get there. We walked from the restaurant as I know there will be something to show my husband on the market.

"Just to look around. And who knows, maybe you will love it," I said as I was moving around the market. There was so much to be seen as I was giving the sample of the food to Silas to eat.

He was like a child that just discovered taste. I was laughing at him when he smiled at me and he told me that he never had hummus before.

"There's too much to learn in the market. You will get to know the local produce and groceries. Farmers will be happy to tell you that their product is organic and without pesticides. This means it will be much more good for you to eat," I said as I was picking some fruits that we might eat later. Silas chuckled when he was choosing some peaches.

"We're going to my apartment?" I asked him as he smiled at me. He was gripping my hand before kissing it.

"Well, yes. I think we need to put this food away before we can go explore the city again. I don't think I ever see this city through your eyes," Silas said as I was arching my eyebrow at him.

"What was that supposed to mean?" I asked him before he smiled at me.

"It means that I was sticking to my point of view. It was refreshing to see things through your view once in a while," he said as he was caressing my hand as he rested it on his thigh. I gulped as I was thinking about what will happen to tonight.

"What are you thinking, agapi mou?'' Silas asked me as I was looking at him. He was so handsome with sunglasses that concealed his hazel eyes and he looked so delicious in the casual wear that he was putting on.

Black shirt.

Black pants.

Sunglasses.

Silas was like a Greek god right now. I think my thighs were clenching before I felt the heat on my face.

"Agapi mou, why are you blushing?" He asked again as he smirked at me. I scowled at him.

"No, I am not blushing. What do you think I was blushing for?" I said as I was crossing my arms in front of my chest. Silas laughed before he was shaking his head.

"I thought you were thinking about me just now as you were staring at me quite a lot,"

"Ugh, in your dreams," I said as I was looking outside the window, trying to conceal my smile.

"But of course, in that dreams, you will be begging me to please you, agapi mou," he said before I was gulping as we have parked on the sidewalk before we were inside the apartment.

"You can put it in the sink," I said as I was putting the fruit on the table, and Silas was carrying some fish that I will be cutting before I stored it inside the fridge.

"No worries, I got this," Silas said as he was cutting the fish and I was smiling at him, focusing on his task and I was putting away the groceries like the married couple.

"Well, I don't think that putting away groceries will be taking so much time," Silas said as he was sitting on the couch before I was handing him cooled water.

"Thank you," he said as he was drinking them. He was thirsty and I was watching his Adam's apple bobbing up and down in a sensual dance.

"So, what do you want to do now?" Silas asked me as I was blinking a few times before I was sipping on my water as well.

"It's a weekday," I stated before Silas was looking at me.

"Yeah, so?" He asked as I was smirking at him. I think I have the right thing to do before we can tumble between the sheets. Besides, the night was still young.

"Let's go out," I said as I was touching his thigh. Silas laughed.

"And go where?"

"To the club. I think I have the club in mind that you would like," I said as I was smirking wickedly at me while Silas' hazel eyes were darkening with lust right now.

"I think I have a better idea," Silas said as he was coming closer. I shook my head before I was smiling at him.

"Come on, we need to live a little and I think you will not be disappointed tonight," I said as I was caressing his chest.

"Okay, as long as tonight will end up with us both in the sheets, I'm in," Silas said as I was smiling.
