"You are so beautiful," a simple remark that made Elena's cheeks heat and add blush to her face.

Brian's eyes were now glued to Elena's lips. Focusing on those lips while pulling Elena's nape closer. Puck those lips slowly before gently rubbing them. It made Elena's eyes widen in surprise and a second later lulled her eyes and closed her eyes.

A kick from inside Elena's stomach was instantly felt in Brian's stomach, causing them to release a kiss with their eyes meeting each other. And a second later Brian and Elena laughed together.

Maybe their baby is warning them that this isn't the right time to make out because they have to leave right now.

Their locked eyes radiated great love and affection. Elena's hand rubbed Brian's lips, wiping the lipstick marks there. Brian did the same to Elena.

Elena stared fixedly into Brian's eyes, enjoying all the love that his gaze implied in her. Elena stroked Brian's cheek lightly. Brian has stolen her heart and makes Elena turn away and fall deeply in love with him. Such a caring man who overflows her with love and affection. Can she live with Brian forever? Raising their twins together?

The desire is like picking the moon, impossible and will never happen. Brian is Elise's husband and Elena is already engaged to Diego. How could they break Elise and Diego's heart for that dream? Dreams that could not possibly come true.

Elena's eyes get teary. She looked away. Don't want Brian to realize her sadness at this time.

"Aish, my makeup must be messy and I have to put some more lipstick on," grumbled Elena who turned to face the dressing table glass, quickly rubbed the corners of her eyes and rubbed around her lips to remove the lipstick marks.

Brian hugged Elena from behind. Put his arms around Elena's belly.

"Don't use lipstick anymore," said Brian, who now rested his chin on Elena's shoulder.

"Why?"

"I'm afraid, I can't help but kiss you at the party if you wear lipstick."

Elena chuckled irritably but the corners of her lips were pulled slightly. She took Brian's word. And put back the lipstick that she previously held.

"Let's go," said Elena, looking straight at the shadow of the two of them. Brian just stared silently at their reflection in the mirror.

"I ... want to be with you longer like this. Raising Sean and Dean together. Calling your real name in front of Mommy and growing old with you."

Elena was silent listening to Brian's words. Those were things that Elena had been thinking about since earlier. If all of this wasn't temporary, I wish they could be together forever. But everything is too difficult to turn into reality. There were a lot of hearts that would hurt if she pushed herself to be with Brian. Hardening her heart Elena took Brian's embrace and grabbed her handbag.

"Come on, go," said Elena who moved ahead of Brian. Made the man stare at Elena's back for a long time before catching up with her. There was a look of sadness in Brian's eyes. He was eager to grab Elena and hold her to his side forever.

. . .

The Fernandez Corporation birthday party takes place grandly and festively in the ballroom of a five-star hotel owned by the Fernandez family. Many big businessmen and important officials attended the event.

And Elena must be able to adjust to the crowd and the atmosphere of the party. Like this time Brian was talking to his business partner and Elena was standing by his side. It's been half an hour since Elena stood and accompanied Brian to greet the guests. Her legs were getting sore.

"Are you tired?" Brian seemed to know what Elena was going through. Shocked and amazed the woman because Brian realized it.

"Sorry, just a moment," Brian said to the middle-aged men and led Elena to the table and sat the pregnant woman in one of the chairs.

"You sit here huh." Elena just nodded obediently.

"If you need anything tell me." Again Elena nodded and Brian went straight to his business partner again who was standing not far from where Elena sat.

Elena smiled at Brian who was back talking with the men. The conversation that he did not understand and sounded boring to his ears. Elena turned her head, observing the atmosphere and decoration of the ballroom. Very majestic, luxurious and beautiful. Some flowers adorn some corners of the ballroom.

Suddenly Elena got up to go to the toilet for a while. Brian, who had been stealing glances at Elena to keep an eye on her, immediately turned his head with a raised eyebrow when he saw her rise. Elena walked over to Brian and whispered.

"I'll go to the toilet for a bit."

"Need to take me."

"No need. I can do it myself." Brian smiled a little.

"Be careful," said Brian who was answered by a nod of his head by Elena.

The woman walked over to a servant and asked where the toilet was. Then he went to the corner of the ballroom and came out. He walked down the hotel hallway before finding a small hallway above which depicted a toilet. Then get in there.

A few moments later Elena came out of the toilet, she walked with her head lowered slightly. Walk down the hotel hallway to the ballroom.

A faint voice sounded far behind him. Elena didn't hear and kept walking.

"Elena!" The call was now heard clearly in Elena's ear. Make the woman stop walking and fall silent. The roar of footsteps approaching her from behind made Elena's heartbeat increase and beat fast.

The footsteps stopped not far from behind Elena.

"Elena." The voice grew clearer.

That voice ... Elena recognized who the owner of the voice was. Her body trembled. She wanted to run away but her body seemed to freeze, as if a nail had locked her foot on the floor.

Someone tapped Elena on the shoulder and pulled her to turn to face backward.

Just as Elena thought. The one who called her was Diego. Elena's eyes widened in shock. Shocked by what happened at this time. How can she meet Diego now? When she was still pregnant. Elena hasn't contacted the man in two weeks, she doesn't know if Diego has been discharged from the hospital.

"Elena," called Diego again. The man stared at Elena's face. The glow of longing shone clearly in the man's eyes.

Elena clenched her fists. She not ready to meet Diego right now. It's not like her previous plan was that she would come back after giving birth and tell Diego about taking Sean with her. But, why must she now meet Diego?

"S-sorry, you're the wrong person. I'm not Elena," Elena lied to avoid Diego.

"I'm het twin, Elise." Elena continued again. Diego's forehead frowned and he watched Elena from the ground up. His eyes got bigger when she saw Elena's belly. It made Elena's heart stop right then and there.

As Diego looked back into her eyes, Elena lowered her head, avoiding the man's gaze. Several seconds passed in a tense state. Elena was worried, restless and scared. She wants to go right now. But Diego's sharp gaze seemed to flay her.

"You are Elena. I can't possibly mistake you for it. You can't lie to me by saying you are Elise. Have you forgotten, since I was little I could tell you two apart? So, you must be Elena." Diego clearly remembered Elena's eyes were brighter than Elise's dark eyes. And he remembered that Elise had a small mole on her left cheek while Elena had a faint dimple on her right cheek. Plus, for years he has lived with Elena, of course he can recognize Elena clearly, even though now she looks like someone else.

Cold sweat had appeared on Elena's forehead. The woman forgot that Diego could tell the difference between her and Elise. However, she did not want to admit this. She was not ready and unable to reveal all these secrets now.

"Don't talk nonsense. You're the wrong person. I'm Elise, not Elena!" shouted Elena pretending to be annoyed. I don't know where I got my strength. Elena turned and walked away. Diego grabbed his wrist.

"Don't avoid me, Elena. I know you are Elena. All these years we lived together, how could I not recognize you."

Elena turned and pulled her hand from Diego's grip. But it was too difficult because the man gripped Elena's wrist tightly.

"Let go of me, you have the wrong person," Elena moaned as she continued to pull her hand.

Suddenly another hand was holding Diego's hand. Pulled it from Elena's hand and blew a flash against Diego in the face until he took several steps back. Not receiving Brian's punch, Diego pushed forward punching Brian in the stomach. The man had just been discharged from the hospital two weeks ago. But his body is much healthier.

Brian fends off the attack and hits Diego back in the stomach until the man falls to the floor and coughs. Elena screamed.

As Brian raised his fist again to hit Diego again, Elena screamed, "Stop!"

Elena caught Brian's wrist which was still up. Hold it to stop.

"Don't hit him again."

Brian turned and looked at Elena's face, who was now crying. Elena let go of Brian's hand and walked over to Diego who was still coughing with pain in his stomach. Elena came closer and looked down at him. His potbelly made it difficult for him to squat and only ducked his head towards Diego.

"Darling, are you okay?" Elena asked worriedly. Elena's words successfully surprised the two men. The two of them immediately looked at Elena sharply.
