Chapter 76 - 76. Kidnap

The two men standing next to the driver's door and Elena's door pulled out a gun and pointed at them.

"Open the door!" Forcibly opened the door and looked at Elena fiercely. Scared the woman.

"Exit!" shouted the man in front of Elena and pulled Elena's arm forcefully.

"Who are you? Get off me," Elena moaned as two burly men held her hands together.

"Quickly take her to the car and shut her up," said the man who was still pointing a gun at the very driver. Looks like that man is their leader, the man who previously called the 'Big Boss' at the Airport cafe earlier.

It didn't take long, Elena was brought into the van. Her hands are tied. Her mouth was taped and her eyes were closed. Elena didn't know where they was taking her.

Now Brian and Elise are sitting in the apartment. They sat side by side on the sofa. Elise's hand was tightly wrapped around Brian's arm and her head rested on the man's shoulder.

"How was your trip to Paris?"

"The Paris Fashion Week event was amazing and I got to know many famous designers and learned a lot."

"Looks like all your wishes are going well."

"Yes, then how were things here while I was gone? Is Mommy suspicious of Elena? Then Tiara, did she bother Elena?"

"Everything is going well. No one has the slightest suspicion about Elena. Even Mommy is quite familiar with her. As for Tiara, she occasionally comes to visit. But I have something important to say."

"What?"

"About Elena's reason for accepting this deal and what the five hundred million she's asking for."

Hearing Brian's words, Elise straightened her back towards Brian and looked at the man seriously. Slowly everything Elena was hiding, Brian told Elise. Everything up to the incident two weeks ago. But Brian never said about his feelings for Elena. And how close the two of them are to Elise.

"So that's how it is. No wonder I felt something was on Elena's mind earlier. Even though she showed her smile, I still saw her sadness and anxiety. But I didn't expect Diego and Elena to be engaged."

"Do you know Diego?"

"Hmm, I just knew him twenty years ago. When he and his parents came to the orphanage. From the beginning, he was more interested and closer to Elena. But I never thought he loved Elena and wanted to marry her."

"And I can't believe Elena is doing all this for Diego's sake. It looks like they both love each other very much." Hearing Elise's words, Brian somehow felt sick and angry at the same time.

The two of them are so lost in their thoughts that Brian's cell phone ringing brings them back.

Unknown number calling. Brian immediately accepted and his forehead frowned when he heard a man's voice on the other side.

His eyes widened and his jaw tightened at once when he heard that man's words. Brian's tense and serious expression made Elise anxious. Did something bad happen?

After Brian hung up the call, Elise immediately asked, "What's wrong?"

"Just now the police called, Elena was kidnapped."

"What?!" Elise's tone was quite high with surprise and disbelief.

"The taxi driver who drove Elena said that their car was intercepted by some foreign men and took Elena away by force. And he just reported the incident to the police."

"Then let's go to the police station," said Elise quickly getting up and ready to take a step. But Brian held her arm.

"You can't go there. I'm sure they will be surprised to see you. Even though you can say that you are Elena's twin. But it is possible if Mommy finds out about this and comes to the police station too. So, you better stay here and wait for news from me. . "

Elise was silent and thought about what Brian had said. Reluctantly she nodded obediently. But her eyes couldn't stop showing anxiety about Elena's current state. The woman is pregnant, Elise is afraid that something bad will happen to Elena and the baby.

"Then I'll go first."

"Call me when you hear about Elena." Brian nodded and immediately went to the police station. Leaving a restless and uneasy Elise. He paced back and forth in the room.

Three hours later Elise was still anxiously waiting for news about Elena. Until now Brian has not contacted her. And she was very worried. The woman even ignored the fatigue from her long journey. She also hasn't cleaned up and changed her clothes. The suitcase was still in the living room, untouched at all. She just stared closely at the cellphone on the table. Looking forward to Brian's call.

Suddenly the cell phone rings, a call comes in. And Elise took out her cellphone enthusiastically. She hoped Brian gave her some good news. But her hopes were dashed when an unknown number reached her. Elise hesitated to accept the call.

"Hello."

"Talk," a man's voice came from Elise's phone, but the man's words didn't seem to be aimed at Elise but someone else.

"Who are you? Why did you kidnap me? Akh." The woman's voice made Elise glare. She knows and knows who the owner of that voice is. It must be Elena. What happened to her?

"Elena! Elena, are you okay?"

"If you want her to survive then do my word." There was again the voice of the man Elise believed the kidnapper had.

"Who are you? Why did you kidnap Elena?"

"You don't have to know who we are. All you have to do is follow our words."

"Yes, I will follow your words."

"Come along to the Empty Building in B City, right now. Remember not to contact or tell anyone. Otherwise, this woman will suffer the consequences."

"No, don't hurt Elena. I won't tell anyone."

"Remember to come here alone."

Then the call was cut off. Elise, who was anxious and worried, did not hesitate to go alone. She didn't even intend to call and tell Brian. The woman intercepted a taxi and went to the place.

More than half an hour, Elise finally stood in front of the empty building which was known as a haunted place at night. Her worry for Elena's safety erased Elise's fear. The woman stepped into the building. Look around the first floor. Then climb the stairs to the second floor. Now and then he shouted for Elena. Just as she set her foot on the third floor, someone hit the back of her head until Elise lost consciousness.

"Elise." Someone's voice called out to Elise, trying to wake the unconscious woman.

"Elise." The voice called out to her once again. And slowly Elise's eyelids lifted, blinked, and opened completely. She raised her head and looked around. A stuffy room with glassless windows covered with wooden planks and trash in some corners. Then Elise's eyes turned to her left. Elena was right beside her with a look full of gratitude.

"Elena," said Elise enthusiastically.

"Finally you realized." A small smile appeared on Elena's face. When Elise tried to get close to Elena, her body caught. And she looked down, staring at her body that was sitting on a wooden chair with her hands and feet tied. Elise sighed heavily and looked back up at Elena.

"You are okay?"

"Yes, I'm fine. They just bully and don't hurt me."

"Who kidnapped you?" Elise asked again looking around. There is a tightly closed door. And Elise is sure that behind that door there are kidnappers who lock them up.

"I don't know who they are," said Elena languidly.

Suddenly, the sound of their shoes caught their attention. The voice was heard from the outside of the room. From the beat, Elise was sure it was high heels. Elena and Elise's eyes fixed on the door in front of them.

Slowly the door opened. Two men grimly entered, followed by a beautiful woman with black glasses and two other men behind her.

The woman walked arrogantly to the center of the room. One of the men picked up a plastic chair which looked new and clean to her.

Elise's jaw tightened with sharp eyes, from the woman's posture and facial features, Elise knew exactly who she was. She is Tiara, a model and artist, Brian's ex-fiancé who is obsessed with him.

The corner of Tiara's lips lifted creating a smirk. The girl took off her glasses and sat opposite the two of them.

Elena's eyes widened in disbelief to see Tiara in front of her. She never thought that this woman was the mastermind behind this kidnapping.

"I didn't expect you to do all this," said Elise, staring cynically at Tiara.

"And I didn't expect you to create a scenario like this, Elise." Tiara's words made Elise speechless and clenched her hands.

"You and your twin sister, Elena, teamed up to trick Aunt Rena and me. You are a cunning woman, Elise."

"I've been suspicious since the news of your pregnancy, because I have a copy of your medical recap. But when the pregnancy was heard, your medical recap changed. It didn't seem yours. And finally I can find your secret now." Tiara got up and walked towards Elena.
