There were no bad thoughts in his brain. Just out of curiosity what her boyfriend is for — the man in the black car loitering outside during office hours. Elena sighed feeling tired because Brian's car kept going and didn't stop. Despite feeling tired in both hands, Elena still tried to follow Brian's car.
Elena was a little confused when she almost lost track of Brian's car. Why did Brian go this far and with whom is his girlfriend currently gone. Elena slowed down when she saw Brian's car start to slow down and pull over. He continued to follow Brian's car which was now entering an elite Mansion area.
Elena parked her car right behind Brian's. But Brian didn't seem to notice his presence. Elena rolled her eyes when she saw Brian get off the car with a sexy woman. Suddenly his heart pounded painfully when he saw the woman clinging to Brian's arms and walking hand in hand.
Elena got out of her car and took the initiative to follow Brian. Brian didn't seem concerned, but he didn't refuse either. Could this have something to do with work and the company. But today is Brian's first day working, it's impossible if Brian is directly assigned to meet clients outside the company area. After all, does a client have to be so close to the leader of the company?
Elena stopped her footsteps right in front of a door that Brian had just entered. Armed with high curiosity, Elena opened the Mansion door, but it didn't work because the door was locked from the inside. Elena who was confused immediately took her cellphone from the bag she was holding. He fiddled with his cell phone and dialed Brian's number.
"Brian, are you working now? Are you in the office?" Elena asked without further ado.
"Oh!! I'm at the office honey. What's wrong?" Elena hung up the phone unilaterally. Brian lied and he hated it so much. What exactly was Brian doing there, and why he had to lie. The questions kept circling in his mind. Elena stretched out her hand intending to ring the doorbell of the Mansion.
Elena tightened her grip on the bag she was currently carrying when she saw a woman emerge from behind the door wearing shorts that didn't even cover half of her thighs. While at the top the woman only wore a thin, tight shirt and sleeveless.
"Are you looking for someone?" Bella — a woman with a beautiful body looked confusedly at Elena who just stood frozen in front of her.
"Can I meet the man you were with earlier?" Bella looked probingly at Elena.
"My lover?" Elena nodded her head although inside she was growling.
"What for?"
"Something fell off. Can you call him? I do not have much time." Bella nodded her head.
"Brian come here!! Someone wants to meet you!!" Elena started to get ready in her place. He clenched his fists when he saw a handsome man emerge from behind Bella's back.
"Hello Master, I found your dropped item in the corridor." Brian widened his eyes when he saw Elena's presence in front of Bella's Mansion.
"Take this." Brian suddenly felt paralyzed when he saw the item Elena had handed him. Her wedding ring, Elena took off her wedding ring and gave it back to her.
"I'm sorry."
As if regaining his strength, Brian immediately ran after Elena who was already quite far in front of him. Time and again his mouth cursed his stupidity. He had hurt Elena — the woman who was so precious in his life. Elena must have thought badly of him. Moreover, he had lied to his lover. Stupid, Brian realized he had made a big fool.
"Aishh!! Stupid." Brian cursed when he saw Elena's car was speeding out of the Bella Mansion area. Not wanting to waste too much time, Brian immediately got into his car and drove fast trying to catch Elena's car. It will definitely be a big problem after this.
Brian could breathe a little relieved when he saw that Elena had returned to the Mansion where she lived. He immediately got out of the car and walked through the long corridor rushing towards his Mansion. He stopped right in front of his Mansion door. He took a deep breath before finally typing the password on his Mansion door.
Brian immediately took his two feet towards his room. He froze in the doorway when he saw Elena standing stiffly by her bedroom window. His eyes were blank and his shoulders were shaking. Brian knew Elena must be crying right now. Slowly he stepped closer to Elena.
"Sorry, sorry, sorry. Please forgive me dear. Trust me, I didn't do anything in there. She is the model for the new product that will be launched by the company. I just took him home because the manager didn't come. I beg you to believe me dear. I only love you" Brian explained as he wrapped his arms around Elena's body.
"But the woman said that you were Brian's boyfriend."
"Not. It's just the past." Brian's words sounded a little low in Elena's ears.
"What do you mean?" Elena let go of Brian's embrace and turned her body to face the man who was her lover.
"He was my ex-girlfriend at Senior High Sfernandezol. I also didn't expect him to be the model for the company's new project."
"Ah.. Ex-lover? No wonder you lied when I called you earlier." Elena glared furiously at Brian.
"I am sorry, dear. I'm just afraid that when I tell the truth you'll be jealous and angry with me." Brian returned Elena's piercing gaze with a pitiful look.
"I was even more angry when you lied to me Brian!!" Elena snapped with tears starting to fall.
"Please believe me honey." Elena was slightly surprised when Brian suddenly knelt down and hugged her leg tightly.
"Don't be like this Brian, get out of the way." Elena tried to push Brian's body away, but to no avail. Brian just tightened his grip.
"Tell me what I have to do for you to forgive me. I know it was my fault for lying to you dear, so tell me what to do."
"Follow me." Elena roughly let go of Kyuuyun's arms on her legs and walked out of the room. Meanwhile Brian is now getting up and starting to follow Elena's steps who are currently entering the kitchen area. Brian frowned when he saw Elena standing in front of the sink. Even though he didn't understand, Brian still approached Elena.
"Honey, what do you want to do?" Brian was increasingly confused when Elena turned on the faucet.
"If you can hold this flowing water towards the dining table without spilling any of it, then I will forgive you. I'll be waiting for you at the dinner table." Brian could only gape at Elena's request.
"But honey it can't be __"
"The sooner you do it, the sooner I will forgive you." Cut Elena quickly.
Elena walked towards the dining table which was actually not too far from the sink. He started to sit himself down in one of the chairs and began to pay attention to Brian. He knew holding water without spilling it was impossible. Actually he believed in Brian, it's just that he wanted to see Brian's sincerity to get forgiveness from him. Even though he had forgiven Brian since the first time the word sorry left Brian's lips.
While Brian now looks so serious with his efforts to be able to hold water. Sometimes he sighed when the water in his hand fell dripping on the floor. Time and time again he had to repeat it. Because when he was half way to the dining table, the water that was in his hand was gone. But he can't give up. He had to be able to get Elena's forgiveness.
"Aish!!" Brian ruffled his hair in frustration. All the water that he tried to hold in his hand always dripped on the floor. It feels really hard.
"You can do it Brian." Brian mumbled to cheer himself up. He had to be able to do it for Elena. Her wedding ring had to be put back on Elena's ring finger.
"Come on Brian." Brian was a little exasperated at himself that it didn't work.
"Ouch, it hurts." Brian slipped into a puddle and ended up falling backwards. Elena who saw it suddenly got up and approached Brian.
"Brian, are you all right?" Elena looked worried as Brian continued to wince in pain.
"I'm sorry, I haven't managed to hold onto the water for you yet." Brian said while holding the back of his back which was throbbing in pain.
"Aish, never mind. Let's go to our room now."
Elena led Brian towards the room. He felt guilty when Brian continued to complain of pain in his back. He sat Brian's body slowly on the edge of the bed. He took off Brian's clothes to see if there were any bruises on his girlfriend's back. He breathed a sigh of relief when he saw that there were no bruises or scratches on Brian's back.
