Another week has passed by with me sitting in bed due to the bullet hole in my side. And yes every morning I woke up to Weston and Francois fighting about the ideal woman.

Was I sick of it?

Of course I fucking am. Could I stop it? I'm too fucking tired to.

"Rise and shine bitches!"

And yes this was the usual greeting that I got every morning from Jacia. I turned on my left side as I winced from the pain. The wound still hurts but I should still be able to walk. My injuries are getting way too frequent for God's sake. I pushed back the covers and winced as I bent slightly to stand. Weston and Francois looked gorgeous when they woke up.

I watched them bicker as Weston smirked.

"Hey Francois, I've recently read in a journal that there is a species of animal which has spiked hair."

"Oh Weston what is its name?"

Weston looked at me as he smirked.

"It's called a porcupine."

I raised my hand and flipped Weston off. Yeah, yeah I looked like a porcupine from my severe bad hair. Daniella and Clarabella screamed when they came to me yesterday morning. My face was without makeup and I had dark circles under my eyes. They said that i I resembled a witch. Well thanks guys. I'm sorry that I'm not a drop dead gorgeous queen like you. I walked up to the door only for it to slam open. I held my forehead.

"Hey can't you see where you're walking you dumbass?!"

My eyes tested up as I rubbed my injured nose.

"Oh I apologize my dear guest! I will get the physician promptly."

I stood in silence as I looked at the Marquis whose house we were in. He looked like my father in more ways than one. They both had the same thinning hair and serious expression which would melt away when another needs help. I bowed my head to show respect to him as tears fell down my cheeks. I really missed my parents. Especially my dad who is always strict but still loves his family.

The Marquis chuckled as he said.

"Little Miss you don't have to apologize. I could never imagine the daughter of the duke of Avalon curtsying to me a mere Marquis."

I flinched at his words. Ah. I forgot that status was something that existed during this time period. I quickly stood up and took the Marquis's wrinkled hands in mine.

"Mr. Marquis, please do not talk to me as if you are of a different status than me. We are both humans who breathe air and bleed red. Talk to me casually and call me Mila."

The Marquis smiled as he answered me.

"You truly are your father's daughter."

I smiled. I guess that the father I have in this world is similar to mine back home. The Marquis then took off his dark blue coat and set it on my shoulders.

"I wouldn't suggest walking inside of my home only with a corset on. I do have three adult sons after all."

"Please refrain from teasing my wife Marquis Adel. Only I can do so."

The Marquis and I turned to look at Baron leaning on the door. Today he was dressed in a dark blue coat and white slacks along with black boots. He wasn't wearing a hat. His smile was as bright as usual.

Tch.

Even he looks perfect when he wakes up. Why am I the only person that looks like a mess?

Suddenly a commotion sounded in the hallway. The yelling voices grew nearer as three men appeared from behind Baron.

I turned my face as my nose bled. Jesus! Why are all the men of the 16th century complete hotties?

"Father! I've come here to ask that you bless my marriage with Miss Mila."

"Father I've come first to do so!"

"No father! I was the first to see her."

I chuckled as the three men bickered about marrying me. The Marquis wiped the sweat from his forehead with a handkerchief nervously.

I felt a chill come over my body as I looked at Baron's fetal expression. He then calmly smiled and answered the Marquis's sons.

"I'm sorry boys but I was the first to bed her, so she's my wife- Hey What was that for?"

Without thinking I threw my shoe at Baron to stop him from talking. My face burned as I remembered our first night together. I then did the motion of cutting his neck as I whispered.

"Baron dear, please refrain from speaking or I can't assure your survival."

Baron shut his mouth as the Marquis laughed. I looked to see the Marquis's sons shake and hide behind one another. Fear me motherfuckers!

"Oh Mila, I wanted to tell you that we will be going out to the village tomorrow. Are you capable of doing so?"

I looked at Baron and answered with a smile.

"It's a date!"
