"Zhao Fu, look, I caught another!" She slithered over with a pitch black rodent. "I caught it for you..." She shyly placed the rat down, moving it closer to Zhao Fu with her snout.

He was curious about the bloodline system and the complictions behind it. Zhao Fu wanted to learn it all. 'If I take it, I won't evolve, but Gu Lin will. It will be helpful if she is stronger. Once she is rank 2, she will likely be as strong as me, give or take.' He was special in battle because of the system, but also because he was a mutant.

It helped her see Zhao Fu as a more amazing and caring snake. She slowly started liking him even more, wanting to please him more too. She wanted to be a proper snake wife.

'I will just let her have it, I want to see what her evolution will be. System, would our mating cause a change in her?'

"I do, but it isss better for you. Eat it, you will ssssee what I mean." He smiled and watched her nod her head and then swallow the rat.
