(I think were good now, good ahead and read!)
--Streets of Mandalore the following day--
Diesel and company went into the city planning on starting investigation the following day. They planned to take a trip around the city exploring the sights of Mandalor. Rather that's what they wanted everyone in the lobby to think before they left. Today, they wanted to lure out the Death Watch assassin team. Diesel, understood from the pass that assassins would often attack when the target seemed most vulnerable. He needed Padme to look like she was having a good time without any worries.
The day slowly passed, nothing really happened, not much movement. Diesel began to wonder if the information they received from the last night was correct. He kept his head on straight, he wouldn't let anything happen.
"Diesel, were seeing a lot of movement on the rooftops"
"Alright, keep your eyes peeled and make sure it's Death Watch before you engage."
*Ka'boom* The street in front of Diesel became a ball of fire, making it impossible to pass and the streets behind was blocked by a loading truck. The side of the truck opened up revealing eight Death Watch. While another seven landed with jetpacks on the fire side of the street. On the rooftops another ten Death Watch members revealed themselves.
The Death Watch wanted to use this a moment. They wanted to make the Naboo Mandalorians show weakness. Deterring more Mandalorians from settling on Naboo. They wanted to force them to surrender the ambassador to them. Later killing them all. One of the Death Watch took a step forward to make the demands.
"Destroy them. Leave no survivors." Instantly the Naboo guards deployed the upgraded forward shields completely surrounding Padme. While Dith and Weinz squads appeared behind the Death Watch on the roofs engaging them. Ruray and her five engaged the group of seven on the left.
Death Watch was caught completely off-guard. They never expected an immediate reaction to their attack. Before he could even speak, he was completely crushed into the ground by Diesel. The firefight on the roof didn't last very long either. The Death Watch being outnumbered twelve to ten and being caught off guard quickly dropped their numbers by half.
Dith and Weinz launched themselves forward with their jetpacks crashing into the unsuspecting Death Watch members killing another two. The battle below for Ruray was a bit more difficult; she wasn't as talented in the art of war like her two brothers. She could hold her own, while protecting her fellow squad-mates. But, She knew she wouldn't win in a straight up fight being outnumbered. So figured she would try out her new invention, she named it remote shield distributor or RSD for short.
Pulling out an odd shape weapon, pulling the trigger towards two Death Watch, it launched a pellet. That pellet turned into one of her forward shields. Knocking and pinning both of them in the fire. Giving her squad the overall advantage of the fight now.
After crushing the Death Watch member Diesel, look up at the remaining seven. "You're all gonna regret coming here. Terrorists don't live very long. This will be your very last mistake. Now come."
The remaining seven charged at him with blades and pistol drawn. One of them took a swing at Diesel, only for him to grab a hold of the blade lifting into the air and over his head slamming him into the ground. "AHH UGHH" (just imagine a very loud in pain sound). Immediately turning and punching another completely caving in the man helmet, killing the man on the spot.
Another tried to overhead slash Diesel with his vibroblade only for it to be busted and to be grabbed by the head. He was completely lifted off the ground and used as a shield from others who filled him with blaster bolts. In a matter of a few seconds the number of Death Watch Diesel was fighting dropped down to four. Two of the remaining one tried to use their hooks to slow Diesel, only to grab the wires and smash them together in the air. Pulling out his Modified Battle Rifle (MBR) he finished out the two.
"Honestly, Death Watch is much weaker than anyone is led to believe. This is pacifism." He turns towards Padme walking away from the last two. They figured they would be let go. Instead two shots rang through the battlefield, killing the remaining two. "Good Job, Ril'ah you've pass."
