Huo Sishen turned and stared at her.
He had bought so many clothes for her!
How could he possibly look though each and every single one of them?!
But the way she looked…
Huo Sishen turned his head. His thin lips moved and he said, “It doesn’t look good.”
Gu Shishi pouted a bit.
She thought it was alright.
Her Snow White halo worked very well with this red dress.
Her skin was the color of snow, her dress red like blood, crimson lipstick, and her pitch black hair… it’s the definition of pretty!
She liked colors that contrast like this the most.
“Is it ugly?” Gu Shishi quickly pulled out the little mirror from her purse. “Do I embarrass you dressing like this?”
Huo Sishen’s brows furrowed.
He immediately recalled the WeChat’s chatlog that he read in the afternoon.
So those girls from the prestigious families really made fun of her for being an embarrassment?
An embarrassment…
Was that what put it into her head that she would think she was an embarrassment with every little thing?
Dressing like this…
He turned away from her, frowning.
She was not an embarrassment as his fiancée.
Quite the opposite, in fact.
It was like a toy of his when he was a child. He refused to share it with anyone else!
Huo Sishen’s temples were throbbing wildly.
He breathed three to four times before he finally was able to push that ludicrous thought aside.
She was already psychologically scarred. He couldn’t possibly pile onto that.
Otherwise, that just might bring about an inferiority complex.
He looked over at Siyi in the passenger seat coldly.
“Get out. Go get her a shawl!”
Gu Shishi was delighted when she heard that. “Oh, is that what it was about? I have it. I have it!”
She came well prepared.
“I worry that the air-conditioning in the restaurant would be too cold so I bought a silk scarf with me.”
Having said that, she fumbled through her purse.
Just like Doremon, she pulled out a large white silk scarf and wrapped it around her shoulders.
Huo Sishen glanced over at her and felt a warm feeling in his nose!
He quickly covered up his nose!
A little bit of blood started to come out…
The silk scarf was see-through. Once she put it on, the straps were covered underneath it… but also became vaguely veiled. All of a sudden, the visual effect was amplified and more impactful!
It had brought his male’s imagination up through the roof!
She might as well not have it on!

Through all the twists and turns, they finally arrived at the restaurant.
“Should we have something lighter in taste for dinner?”
Gu Shishi sat down next to the table.
She was flipping through the menu, wearing a man’s suit jacket that was obviously oversized for her.
“You had a nosebleed earlier. Must have eaten too much hot food lately.”
Huo Sishen’s lips twitched. He did not want to engage in this ridiculous subject.
Gu Shishi spent forever flipping through the menu, and he finally lost his patience.
He took the menu away from her. He’d do the ordering.
After reading the WeChat from Luo Pingting, he was determined to take her to the top cuisine in town.
A French restaurant.
From soup, dinner rolls, appetizers, all the way to entrées and desserts.
He explained to her how to pair different wine with different dishes.
Aperitif to go with the appetizers, red wine with meat plates, and white wine for seafood. Something strong like brandy after the meal was acceptable.
He also explained the different types of wine glasses that went with them as well as how to hold them and how to enjoy them.
As Gu Shishi listened to him, her eyes turned into mosquito coils. (@_@)
The names in English, the names in French, all the names… made her feel dizzy.
She had encountered many rich people in the past when she was following her master around, but they rarely went to a formal western style restaurant and paid so much attention to all the nitty gritty details.
“Listen to me carefully.”
Huo Sishen knocked on the table with his knuckles.
He would teach his girl.
He was the one who taught his sister basic etiquette at the dining table back in the days.
If Gu Shishi didn’t know any of these, he would hold her hands and teach her until she got them.
She was his and nobody could criticize her!
