[What the hell?] This voice was confused. Said voice did not belong to a...body...so to speak. Within the mind of the current Spider-Man, the superior one, we find the consciousness of Peter Parker shoved into a backseat. Strangely enough, this consciousness was a different Peter Parker than the one before Dr. Octopus took over.

He had no memories. No memories, other than knowledge that he died, and knowledge about comics. And by knowledge, he means all the knowledge. Random thoughts ran through his 'mind', such as secret identities of cool sounding titles, and random facts about artifacts. In the forefront, was knowledge surrounding a kid named Peter. This consciousness received basically a crash course on Spider-Man, and he somehow digested all the knowledge in a few hours, considering that was all he could do. When he finished going through information dealing with Peter Parker, Spider-Man, amd every villain, family member, ally, friend, or minor factoid surrounding his life, he also discovered that whatever intelligence this Peter Parker had, was shoved into his own 'mind'. Comics say Peter Parker's IQ is over 250. This would establosh him as a genius among geniuses, espeically considering it was without a savant disorder.

When he could focus again, he realized that in the distance was what looked like a small window. As soon as he noticed it, he seemed to drift to it. What he witnessed was the current happenings of Otto Octavius, the mind currently in control of Peter Parker's body. Rolling his metaphorical eyes, the new Peter Parker waited until "Peter" went to bed.

Turns out, it didn't take very long. As soon as the body of Peter Parker, the current president of Parker Industries, went to bed, this new consciousness explored what he could do in this current situation. What he found was that he could affect the limbs very minutely, and almost unnoticeably. Since the eyes were closed, he couldn't do much, other than nudge the limbs here and there. Eventually, this awoke Octavius. Just in time to be flung off his bed by an abrupt flip of a switch, instigated by his hand falling off the bed. The groggy Peter Parker slammed into the wall of his room, reinforced by metal. Taking the chance while the probable concussion was in effect, the consciousness took control from Otto.

In this moment, he and Otto actually saw each other. There was, obviously, a war of words. But Otto was thrown off by the clearly less awkward Peter that awaited him. Instead, he was greeted by a very calm Peter, and a Peter that seemed to almost not even see him.

This was a ploy, as the consciousness now technically in control threw forth every ounce of intellect and memory and created an exact replica of Doctor Octopus's original machine, with some tweaks. When all was said and done, the mind of Otto Octavius was shoved into a literal Rubix Cube, while the new consciousness took control officially.

It was game time.
