"VIXEN!!!" a voice yelled from behind Vixen as he walked down the hall.

Vixen didn't bother turning around to look at the person intruded on his quiet time since he already knew who the annoying voice belonged to.

"VIXENNNN!!!" The voice continued to call, the sound growing louder as they neared. "VIXEN!" the voice called again, this time their hand clamping down on Vixen's shoulder to grab his attention.

Vixen cringed from the spot that he was touched on and shook his shoulders violently before calming down when he felt the hand fall off. "Please refrain from touching me. I do not know where your hands have been and I do not want to know either. Do NOT stain my clothing with your germs."

He turned and glared at the person behind him, "if they're even yours, Adam."

Elegantly, Vixen continued his way down the wide and bare hallway, his cart clanking beside him.

"Ah, come on Vixen, don't be like that!!" Adam chuckled, raising his hand and slapping it against Vixen's butt, "what do you have against my hand?"

Vixen glared at Adam and at his hand on his butt, his stare growing harsher at Adam.

"Okok, I got it," Adam sighed, taking his hand off.

"Are you drunk right now?" Vixen asked, "it's barely noon yet and you've already drank."

"What else am I supposed to do when I'm stuck in this place?" Adam shrugged, swinging his arm around Vixen's shoulder.

"I will sue you for workplace assault," Vixen growled.

"Yes sir," Adam took his hand off Vixen's shoulder immediately, "I have enough debt as is. Don't need more."

Vixen fanned the air around his nose to prevent having to smell alcohol as he continued down the hall, "you could always work to pay off those dues and then get the hell out of this place and far away from me."

Adam paused in his tracks and then continued after Vixen, "I know you don't mean that, pal," he playfully punched Vixen's shoulder.

"Second strike," Vixen muttered, making a mental note.

"Geez. Such a mood killer," Adam sighed, "if I had the motivation to keep working I would."

"I thought you nights visiting room 215 was enough to keep you motivated," Vixen snapped.

"Have you been spying on me?" Adam smirked.

"Do you think I have enough time to waste on you? Don't fool yourself," Vixen retorted.

"Point taken," Adam nodded, "I guess I'm famous then."

"Famously loud," Vixen returned as he reached his next cell to feed.

"Another point for that one," Adam nodded.

"Shut up," Vixen instructed as he rapped his hand across the surface of the door. "Lunch is here, can I come in?"

"Ah, yes, the door is unlocked," a female voice replied from the other side.

Vixen pushed open the door and pushed his cart inside. He was about to continue inside when he heard footsteps following behind him.

"Such a gentleman," Adam scoffed.

"Wish I could say the same to you," Vixen sighed and continued inside the room. "Sorry for the disturbance outside, Media," Vixen pointed to Adam and apologized with a slight bow.

"No problem, I was waiting for you anyways so I'm glad you made it," Media smiled.

"Thank you," Vixen replied, returning her friendly gesture with a smile, "today's meal is spicy chicken legs with a side of fruits and water as a fluid to go along with the meal."

"Geez… no sodas or anything?" Media sulked.

"This week is soda free but any other juice or water fluids are acceptable," Vixen explained as he pushed his cart to Media's table. He locked eyes with her and gave a little wink, "I'll make sure to save you some of the first sodas brought in next week."

Media blushed, looking away from Vixen shyly momentarily before turning back to him when he started to set her table.

"Ah, I'll help!" Media suggested, walking over to Vixen's side and grabbing her drink from the cart.

"No!" Vixen grabbed her hand, holding it as he grabbed the drink from her hand.

He felt her flinch and turned to her, reassuring her with a smile, "I'm here to serve you, not the other way around, so please relax," he helped her to the other side of the table and sat her down.

"Ah...ok," Media blushed, clutching her hand after he let go.

She watched his back and then stared at his face as he set the table. "Do you treat everyone like this?" She asked, "you're so gentle with me, like I'm a fragile human who can break easily."

Vixen's hand paused as he placed down her drink. The question was so familiar to his ears and for a second, he thought he heard Brianna's soft voice. Shiver ran down his spine when he snapped out of it.

"I treat you the way you're supposed to be treated," Vixen smiled slightly, looking up at Media and locking eyes with her, "gently."

Media's face heated up even more at Vixen's comment. "Really?"

"Of course, every lady needs to be pampered," Vixen chuckled, placing down the plates, "I'm simply giving you what you deserve."

Media grinned, watching Vixen as he finished setting the table and placed down the napkined cutlery. She was going to be able to see this sight everyday, but it got harder to look at everyday as he seemed to get finer each day. It had been a week since she transferred to this side of this building and she was immediately met with appeasing male servers but it was a miracle that she was able to be served by Vixen. He was the special server that only 5 people have the pleasure of being served by while the other females got to watch him visit others rooms at feeding time but she was one of the special five since she won a bet against someone who was in this room before her.

She could see why he was the only special server in the entire building of hundreds of servers. As the son of the building owners, he was stunningly handsome and sent someone into dreamland with just one smile. She had heard even his annoyed face was striking from rumors when she was on the other side but now, as she had spent one week in his presence, she knew she was blessed.
