Luo Fei finally decided to leave the academy as he felt that as long as Yang Jie was around, he wouldn’t be able to improve his abilities. Right at this moment, Luo Fei heard a series of notifications in his mind. Along with the notifications, Luo Fei could clearly feel a warm current gushing out of his body, and he instantly felt an increase in strength.

‘Automatic Improvement System?’ Luo Fei paused slightly. His expression was slowly filled with excitement as he experienced the changes in his body.

‘Two years! Two years! You have no idea how I have been living for these past two years!’ Luo Fei was unable to fully express the mixed emotions he felt at that moment.

Luo Fei felt his strength continue to grow while his footsteps became lighter and faster as the ‘+1’ notifications continued to ring in his ears. 

After a series of assessments, Luo Fei finally understood the mechanism of the system. He found out that his strength and speed increased as he trained. “This is how life should be!” With the system, he would be invincible. There was nothing better than owning an Automatic Improvement System. 

Luo Fei then started to run around happily.

As Luo Fei accelerated, the frequency of the notification in his ears increased simultaneously. Luo Fei was thrilled listening to the sound of the notifications as if they were simply a blessing from nature.

Luo Fei did not expect that his speed would actually increase just from running around. The warm currents that surged through his body when he ran left him in high spirits, and he felt more energetic than ever.

As he ran, he felt his body weight becoming lighter. He immediately ran to the running track in the nearby field and completed multiple rounds around the track. 

“Yes! This is the feeling! Amazing! This is so amazing!” Luo Fei enjoyed the feeling of warm currents surging through his body which increased concurrently as his speed increased. He would have attracted a lot of attention if there were anyone else around the running tracks.

Luo Fei noticed his speed had already been upgraded to an intermediate level. His entire body was traveling so fast that he couldn’t be seen with the naked eye. It was as if he was teleporting from one place to another with only a glimpse of his illusory images spotted at certain places.

‘This Automatic Improvement System is super amazing!’ Luo Fei subconsciously praised the system as he felt his limbs and bones continue to strengthen.

At this moment, five or six people walked toward the main road outside the field. Coincidentally, it was Yang Jie and his sidekicks who were at the training ground earlier. They were joking around with Yang Jie who was being unscrupulous. They talked about moments where Yang Jie would bully the disciples who stood in his way. 

“Brother Jie, look. Isn’t that Luo Fei?” One of the sidekicks pointed out with surprise. Everyone looked at Luo Fei who was tirelessly running around the running track.

“Yeap, it’s him. He is really hardworking!”

“Haha! Brother Jie, it seems like he hasn’t given up after we chased him out of the training ground!”

Yang Jie narrowed his eyes and showed disdain as his sidekicks talked about Luo Fei.

“What a loser! He is just unwilling to accept that he is just an ordinary person! Does he not know that he is inadequate to train as a martial artist?” Yang Jie said scornfully.

“I agree with you! No matter how hard he tries, he will still be a loser!”

“Brother Jie is right, a person should know his own limits! With his low martial art status, he will never be able to become a martial artist in this lifetime!”

“I really wish to see the look on Luo Fei’s face in the future when he finds out that Brother Jie has become a martial artist!”

Yang Jie was extremely happy with the glory he received from his sidekicks and enjoyed the fact that they continued to criticize Luo Fei. The few of them thereafter left the field, unconcerned of Luo Fei who was training hard in the field. 

Meanwhile on the running tracks, Luo Fei had caught eye of Yang Jie and the rest of his sidekicks. However, he restrained himself from acting rashly and instead, planned to take revenge only after he had become a martial artist. For now, he wanted to focus his energy on his training to increase his strength, and considering his current condition, his time for revenge was just around the corner.

The day was over in a blink of an eye. Despite running for the entire day, Luo Fei did not feel tired. Instead, he felt more energetic as he ran. He also realized that the wind that was initially obstructing his running had also turned into tailwinds. The wind boosted his speed and he felt as if he had become one with the gust of the wind.

Soon, it was nightfall. Luo Fei realized that the sky had become eerily dark and spooky. Hence, he put a stop to his training even though he was still lively and full of energy. 

“I think I should be able to end Yang Jie’s life now with one punch.” Luo Fei said with extreme confidence as he clenched his fists and felt the enormous strength coursing through his body.

Luo Fei sensed that his training today had increased his speed and strength far more than what he had trained for the past two years. However, he would still need to head back to the academy to assess the exact amount of improvements from the day’s training with the strength and speed measurement machine.

Luo Fei looked up at the dark sky and decided to visit the training ground tomorrow instead. He then left the field and returned to his dormitory.

Luo Fei was a loner and an ordinary disciple who was used to staying alone in his dormitory. Therefore, he was not answerable to anyone even though he returned to the dormitory later than usual. Luo Fei only went back home during the weekends as his place was too far away to be able to travel frequently. He was also never worried about his sister, Luo Xue who since young had been comfortably staying at home.

Luo Fei washed up and laid on the bed. His mind was full of great hope for the future. With the Automatic Improvement System in his possession, he would be able to become one of the strongest martial artists even with the slightest effort! 

With his mind full of anticipation of his future, Luo Fei slowly dozed off into a deep sleep.

The next morning after Luo Fei woke up, he quickly freshened up and rushed to the training ground. He was filled with excitement and eagerness to evaluate how much his strength and speed had improved overnight.

As he reached the training ground, he ignored the gazes from other disciples and rushed straight to the strength measurement machine. He then stretched his muscles and took a step back.

Luo Fei punched three times at the machine. As he punched the machine, he felt a powerful force that surged through his right arm into his fist and it was followed by three muffled punching sounds that echoed through the room.

In an instant, the numbers on the screen of the measurement machine began to increase frantically, calculating the punching force that was dealt by Luo Fei. After a while, the numbers finally settled with three sets of data which shocked Luo Fei tremendously..
