"Since you won't give me your number, give me at least your name." He sounds ordering rather than asking for it while rubbing my cheek with his thumb.
Now that I can see him clearly in broad daylight with my head clear of spirit and hangover, I'm awed at my luck for having a one-night stand with this man. He's unbelievably handsome. Ever since this morning after waking up beside him naked and tangled in sheets, up until now, I still can't help but be mesmerized by his dashing looks.
I'm one of those girls who are hopelessly addicted to novels, reading throughout the night and neglecting sleep. Even how much an author describes the male protagonist, I still can't picture a clear face for it in my head. Now that I'm standing in front of a delicious, handsome Adonis, he'll definitely be the male protagonist that'll star in every story I read from now on.
"I cant." I finally answer regretfully as we both stand at the pier. "What happens in the ship remains in the ship."
"Hmm, how pitiful." He answers as his attention now turns to my hair, tugging and brushing the ends across my neck. "So you plan on playing the serendipity card on us, eh?"
"What do you mean?" I frown up at him.
Unable to fight the urge anymore, I slide my hands from his chest down to his stomach. Ugh, hard grooves! I know what were doing is like foreplay. But with all the people doing the same around us, even others are flat out making out in the public, no one's paying attention. After all, the cruise ship is such a wonderful experience, everyone still has the lingering romantic or sexual vibe in them.
"You know, if we meet again, it means were fated together." He draws my waist and inhales into my neck.
Although I'm starting to get aroused with all these touching, the laugh I release is of ridicule while I shake my head. I'm sure were not fated because I'm bound to get married to another man. What we have is just a brief interlude. A memory that I'll be looking back once I get old and will be sharing the thrilling story to my children or grandchildren in the future. Hah! Pathetic.
"We won't be meeting again." I tell him instead.
The man huffs like a petulant child before turning around and flags down a cab. When he turns to me again, he hugs me tight and gives me a long, passionate kiss. Once I feel my jaw starts aching and my lips swollen, he finally pulls away and slides inside the waiting car before waving his hand at me without a backward glance.
Instead of getting annoyed that he didnt offer me the cab first, I just smile at the departing car. At least, during my youth, I'm able to snag a wonderful memory to cherish while I start living my married life with a man I know I'll find hard to fall in love with.

"We're already here, miss." The driver says when I dont move from the backseat.
Won't it be late to run away now? I'm already outside the gate of the villa but I think I still have the chance. I should've ran away with that mysterious lover earlier. He seems to be really into me. I grip my handbag as I begin having ideas in my head.
"Miss?" The diver prompts me once again.
Someone suddenly comes out of the gate and knocks at my window. Shit! I may not know the person but I'm certain it's one of Lucios men, being told to wait for my arrival and is now fetching me out of the cab. With a sigh, I pull some bills from my bag and hand it to the driver before stepping out.
"Welcome to Damari Villa, Miss Diana. I'm Desmond." He bows before me in a gallant way that I'm a little taken aback and amused at the same time.
