When they reached Yang Manor, they saw that Lucille and Mandy were sitting in the Main Hall.
Mandy looked at Wade with a wide smile and saw the face of her dream guy through him.
"Hello, cousin. Good to see you!"
She said enthusiastically.
'He still hasn't answered me when I asked him about that guy who looks like him!'
She was frustrated at not being able to gain any information about 'The guy'.
"Hello, cousin!"
Lina and Wade replied in unison and then laughed.
"Jinx! Whoever talks first will go bald!"
They both yelled and held each other's nose.
This was a little game that the *Fierce Four* had invented when they were kids. Whoever breathes through their mouth or talks first will lose the game and have to buy the other person an ice cream.
While they were having a staring contest to see who loses, they heard a loud voice.
"Let go of your noses this instant!"
Mrs. Ping had come out to greet the two children and saw them holding their noses. Lina's face was turning red but she refused to lose the bet.
Hearing the loud scream, they instantly let go.
"I won!"
Both yelled together again but shut up when they saw Mrs. Ping's scary face.
'Shit!' Once again in unison.
"How many times must I tell you not to play this stupid game! Young miss never concedes first and often ends up fainting because of this."
She lectured them and they put their heads down like obedient children.
"Juvenile, hmph!"
Lucille said and flipped the pages of the fashion magazine in her hand.
Since Mandy wanted to get on Wade's good books, she yelled at Mrs. Ping.
"Who do you think you are to talk to them in such a tone! You are just an old servant, don't forget your status in this house!"
She roared while pointing her finger at Mrs. Ping.
Stunned at her outburst, the three who were talking earlier stared at her.
"Mandy, chill! She's an elder and it's her work to educate us. You can't yell at her that way." Lina explained in a soft tone.
'What is wrong with her? It's not like she was the one who got yelled at.' Lina frowned.
"Yes Mandy. Mrs. Ping has been in our house for decades, you mustn't talk to her like that." Wade, who was just recovering from his bad mood, felt that it was dropping once again.
"There's nothing wrong with what she has said. The servants need to be put in their place or else they might think that they are the masters."
Seeing her daughter being cornered by the two siblings, Lucille stood up for her, figuratively.
Still flipping through the pages, Lucille gave a serious look at Mrs. Ping then turned to Lina and Wade whose faces changed at what she had just said.
"Aunt, you have just entered our Manor and you do not know the rules yet, so this time we can call it your ignorance but there mustn't be a next time. All the people who work for us are a part of our family and we treat them that way."
Not liking Lucille's tone, Lina spoke with an overbearing tone.
'We are tolerating them here but that does not mean that she can be disrespectful.'
She stared at Lucille with her hazel eyes glowing.
'SInce when did this puppy start being so scary?'
Lucille wondered as she stared into Lina's eyes.
"Miss it's fine. I'm used to their behaviour by now. You don't have to bother about it. Go get changed, I'll prepare dinner for you."
Mrs. Ping held Lina's hand and patted it.
"You see how she's behaving! She acts like she's doing us a favour by tolerating us!" Mandy pointed a finger at her once again.
'That finger is really starting to annoy me now!'
Lina focussed on the red nails waving around right in front of her face.
Not being able to bear that long painted nail any longer, Lina caught hold of her finger.
*Krakk..*
With just a little pressure, Mandy's false nail just snapped off.
"Oops.. Looks like you need a salon appointment."
Lina held her hand over her mouth innocently.
"What is wrong with you, Lina? You did not have to get physical to prove your point!"
Lucille yelled and her tears flowed out as she held Mandy's now bleeding finger.
'Here comes the water works.'
Lina rolled her eyes internally but kept a poker face on the outside.
"Aunt, don't cook up stories. I just don't like people pointing their fingers at my face."
She looked at Mandy's finger.
'Just a tiny tear on her cuticle, she's acting like I ripped the entire nail off.'
She applauded Mandy's skill of tearing up at any time.
"But I did not poin…"
Mandy spoke through her tears but shut up when she saw Lina's cold eyes.
"Doesn't matter who that finger was pointing at. JUST DON'T DO IT."
She commanded and just walked away.
'My mood has gone to the dogs. Fuck!' Cursing at her luck, Lina climbed up the stairs.
Lucille gritted her teeth as she could do nothing when Lina so blatantly disrespected her and Mandy just now.
"It's all because of you!"
Mandy blamed Mrs. Ping who was quietly standing to the side.
'I can't believe that she's still blaming others.' Wade was disappointed in her.
In an instant, Wade and Butler Ping stood in front of Mandy defending Mrs. Ping.
Seeing Wade's angry eyes, Mandy finally realised that her plan to get on his good books couldn't work if she continued this way. So she immediately put on a sad and aggrieved face.
"Big Brother.."
Before she could continue, Wade held up his hand to stop her.
"I think you should go back to your room to think about what you just did. Aunt, please accompany her."
He did not give them any chance to defend themselves and waited for them to leave.
Though reluctant, Mandy was dragged away by Lucille before they were further humiliated.
After they left, Wade stood in front of Mrs. and Buler Ping.
"I'm sorry, all this happened because we were playing that game. Please don't be angry."
He pleaded with cute eyes.
Mrs. Ping stood on her tippy toes and reached out to ruffle his hair. Seeing her outstretched arm, Wade bent forward so that she could reach him easily.
"My good child, it wasn't your fault. Why are you apologizing for someone else's mistake? I know you think that being kind to her is a good thing but you need people who appreciate that kindness and I do not think that she is one of them."
She shook her head.
Mrs. Ping knew that the news of being a rich heiress must have gone to Mandy's head and made her arrogant and unruly.
She was still at the crossroads in her life. Whether she would choose the good path or the evil one would decide her future, but seeing how Lucille influences her, the chance of her choosing the latter was much higher.
After seeing that Mrs. Ping was alright, Wade headed to Lina's room to see how she was doing.
'Nana only resolves to violence when her patience runs out. I better be careful when I meet her now.'
Wade cautiously stood in front of her door.
----
Butler Ping followed Mrs. Ping to their bedroom and hugged her from behind when they were inside.
"Is my Mrs okay?"
He asked as he rested his chin on her shoulder and nuzzled her neck, peppering her neck and ear with kisses.
"Why would I not be okay?"
She spoke while giggling and tried moving away from him.
"Well because you were attacked by a vicious fox and her pup."
He held onto her tighter, not letting her go.
"But I had my three knights guarding me, how could anyone harm me?"
She turned around and smiled at him. Pulling his collar, she brought him to her eye level and gave him a peck on his lips.
"How is that going to satisfy me Mrs."
Whined Butler Ping and was rewarded with a long and hard kiss that left them breathless.
Sitting on their bed, with his wife in his arms, Butler Ping spoke while running his fingers through her hair.
"Should I add laxative in their milk tomorrow morning?"
He questioned with an innocent look on his face which made Mrs. Ping to laugh out.
"Why tomorrow? Won't it be better if you give it to them for dinner and it starts working tomorrow in the morning?"
She pointed out the flaw in his devious plan while pinching his nose.
"Mrs, these are those special laxatives that Master Patrick uses. They only need a couple hours to start working."
He reminded her and saw her red blushing face.
"Don't think about other men when I'm right beside you."
He breathed into his ear and holding onto her waist he pulled her back.
As they fell onto the bed, Mrs. Ping giggled and tried to push him away.
"I still have to prepare for dinner."
She tried to reason with him but he was already gone too far to stop now.
"The chef can handle it on his own, plus I know you want me too."
He said with a hoarse voice that sent shivers down Mrs. Ping's spine.
She gulped and leant forward to kiss him back.
'Chef, I leave the kitchen in your hands.' Thinking that way, they were soon lost in their own world.
