Elijah received a reply not long after contacting the leaders of the mortal alliance saying they would be glad to exchange Peuh for more origins. Soon, many spacesh.i.p.s could be seen flying out of Peuh leaving only Elijah's people behind and a few others that had nowhere to go.
Taking the citadel of the A region and reforming it to be the Trinity Society headquarters, Elijah ordered every person who could not leave Peuh to occupy the empty Cities before he made an announcement where he would transmit to the whole planet through the new network that is going to be installed. At this moment, Elijah was in his office looking through all he doc.u.ments, laws and registers of Peuh before changing the set of laws. Being a noble, he learned a small bit of this when he was small, but being a higher world, the legislation is much more complicated than what he learned.
Leaving the differences apart, Peuh as a world of cultivators just like his had many problems regarding battles and violence in public. Each grievance would end in a life or death battle where the surrounding houses and buildings as well as the streets would be damaged. In the end, Elijah had a reunion with his people to see their thoughts about his plan to have several institutes open in every city to nurture talents and make his force grow while maintaining a friendly relation with the Mortal Alliance.
"Trinity Master, what about establishing a special force to take charge of any breaking of a law as well taking care of public order?" One of the human cultivators, a old woman in the peak of the Immortal(Fake) realm thought for a while before speaking. In her tribe, fights every day were common and they decided to make a group of the most powerful and talented young cultivators to take care of any problem.
"You mean a police force? It's a really nice idea, but I think it is too early, let's wait for the institutes to be finished and we start recruiting more people then we just take the most talented ones and make of them our police force together with Keith and Luna. Let's finish our meeting for now, there is something I need to do." Leaving everyone behind, Elijah teleported to the underground Primeval Lake.
"It's now or never." Leaping toward the lake, Elijah dived into the cold waters where he felt a powerful force pulling him down toward the depths of the lake.
"Misty, can you feel the entrance to the crypt?"
"Yes, just swim a few dozen meters to your left, there is a thin vortex there."
"Thanks, I will reward you later." Reaching the vortex, Elijah noticed there was no way he could enter the vortex. Two months passed since the invasion on Peuh and the energy density is close to zero and maybe that's why the vortex had become so small, the size of a hand.
Feeding the vortex with his energy, the entrance expanded before his eyes and he stepped inside. Elijah immediately found himself in a gloomy world. The land is burning, literally. With purple divine flames wreaking havoc to everything that's even remotely moving, but Elijah walked forward as he knew this flame would be useless against him. And just like he thought, when the flames launched an attack the moment it noticed his presence, however there was not even a speck of dust in his clothes.
Seeing a giant metal cage far away, he knew it was the right place. Appearing inside the cage, Elijah's eyes revealing a particular light as things no one could see started revealing itself before his eyes.
"The Prime King's residual essence..." Taking a few empty bottles and filling it with the residual essence, Elijah stored most of them while leaving only one in his hand. Closing his eyes, he made a few hand seals before pressing his middle finger against the top of the bottle from where the essence was released and condensed into a eye-sized thin pill. This pill was constantly releasing a powerful primeval energy, no, it was much better than the old primeval energy and more pure too.
"Good, with this Prime King's Essence Origin, the density of energy will return to normal at anytime." Now that he finished what he came here to to, Elijah was about to leave when he noticed a bit of disorder in the spatial laws in the vicinity. Having spatial disorders meant there is a chance of a spatial channel being hidden here and with his present understand and power of spatial law, he could easily tear space open and reveal the hidden channel. However, having the knowledge of the origin in his mind, he could already guess the place where the channel would lead him to.
"No, I need to find my world first and strengthen the foundation of my own force. I not a rogue cultivator anymore." Elijah was in no hurry. Instead, he entered reclusive training in the primeval lake, and he meditated over the countless origins within him as his thoughts turned to his home planet.
"Dad, Mom, Sis, I'll surely find you all!" Elijah thought loud before immersing in his cultivation.
....
Not far from the previous A-region citadel, a grandiose celestial city was erected. The new capital of Peuh and the headquarters of the Origin Institute. The walls of this city were about 700-750 kilometers tall and 10 meters wide as well as a even bigger tower that could be seen behind the walls. Children from nine to fourteen years old headed to that celestial city with their parents.
Without any major forces in the planet, Elijah had the complete power in this place. With the heritage he left of many resources and origins, he would accept any child in his institute and have them learn about the path of origin.
The Basic Origin Institute is the basic institute established in the smaller cities and would be would teach the students about the basic foundation and principles of Origin. Any children at least six years old is ordered to study in a origin institute for three years before having to make the Final Test. Those who pass will advance to the headquarters together with their family to live in the capital while the child goes to the institute.
Cultivation only starts on the first year of the intermediary study where every student would be thrown in the Origin Valt with ten minutes to merge with a compatible origin. From then on, there is many tests and competitions to measure their current stage.
In the past six years, there is three peak origin Apprentices as well as fifty in the early phase. And today, Elijah received the message of the Immortal Palace telling him that the previous three immortal lords of Peuh and a few people of the different faction of the mortal alliance are coming to visit him.
Elijah was waiting for them at the empty docking station thinking how much their minds would be blown when they see the changes in Peuh where children of twelve years could fight on equal terms with a sixth realm cultivator. Soon, many young elites all over the space would compete intensely just for a chance of receiving the qualification to study in his Origin Institute.
