Chapter 272 - XIII Neo Origin Corporation

Earth, 2150. In the flying structure also know as Delta City, The Blake Foundation had stood as tall as ever with Leonard Blake took over as CEO and expanded even further by deepening their relationship with a fairly new company named Neo Origin Corporation leaded by the researcher Eli Branches that first discovered the miraculous Origin.

Since its debut many years ago, The Neo Origins have spread all over the world with Eli's Secretary, Sarina takes care of all the management. They had branches in almost every country, and their catalog of origins was bigger than ever.

The discovery of the many things a Neo Origin could bring made even the most powerful men and women in the world beg for one. Now, almost every human would assimilate with an origin soon after birth. Well, who wouldn't want to have superpowers?

It was the morning soon after the new year and most people were either in their homes or celebrating on the streets. A bright light, then appeared within the dark lower city as a young man with long golden hair appeared together with two people. A thin old man and a mature lady.

"Your Highness, is this the place you told us about. It's the first time I have been to a different cosmic realm, and this one even has the same worlds... I find it hard to believe mortals could build such place." Yawen's Great Grandmother, Void Time gasped when seeing the huge Delta City from afar. For a being who lived as long as herself, buildings such as these could only be made by a few even among those she knew.

Well, Delta City had become twice as big compared to before, and its population was even more scary. Elijah spread his senses, he could feel his parents and a few others in the same building he used to live when he was here.

As for Sarina, she was there as well. With his present achievements, it wasn't hard for his senses to probe the entire cosmic realm, and he could even sense the level of everyone within it, which was strange as he felt the cultivation of this place was mostly focused on a ghostly path similar to the spiritual path. Standing next to him, Void Time and Golden Time were watching the surroundings in surprise.

"I shouldn't intrude when she's clearly busy, then I'll see my parents first." Taking the two enforcers with him, Elijah moved to one of the tallest buildings in the whole Delta City. When he opens the door, he saw the familiar faces of his parents as they sat on the couch, watching a movie. The moment he entered the room, Sarina was the first to notice him.

"Elijah!" A surprised voice rang out. Despite sounding a little hoarse, it was as graceful as ever. She walked out, and walked in quickly. At moment Elijah thought that even after this body have given birth to a son, she hasn't changed. Well, it wasn't that long since they last saw each other after all. 

Only her beautiful face grew even more exquisite as well as the increase in the motherly feels around her. He quickly walked over when Sarina pounced into his arms. Other than his parents, a few elves and friends such as Zaid all approached him after receiving the news of his arrival. Almost everyone gathered in his home, the excitement of their reunion was indescribable.

"Uncle!" A little girl, Zaid's daughter shyly walked over from behind a a beautiful female elf. Elijah had heard about her before, she was born about eight months later, after Elliot, but they haven't before. It was only that she grew up hearing stories of this uncle of her and felt curious about what type of person was he.

"What a shy little girl is you." Petting her head, Elijah took a small white bracelet with a golden stone on it and gave it to her.

It was a special artifact that could change forms and have numerous functions just like his own phone, but with a few security options he put on the artifact in order of not having much killing power.

Having them all in the same room, Elijah looked at all the familiar faces overwhelmed with emotions. Gently letting go of the little girl, Elijah was staring at his mother, because of the gods losing their powers. Humans who have been blessed were also affected, his mother's family pink hair, she inherited from Afrodite's blessing had turned black, wrinkles appeared all over her face as the elegant aura she once had was a lot thinner than before.

At this moment, Elijah sighed with emotion. From what he could do now, he had used most types of control of time and if it was just to return her to her past self wasn't that hard. For those who cultivated in the laws of time, this great and supreme law was divided in different sections being, manipulation (Time Slow, Accelerate Time and Time Stop.), Transportation (Time Travel, Past or Future Vision and Time Leap.), the last was a branch of manipulation called great manipulation (Time Lock, Time Erase and Time Destruction.)

For him, however, he was a bit more free. His powers could extend to the timelines of every reality and cosmic realm, or he won't be able to affect Edward who was a version of himself from another reality. Different when others tried to control time, he could easily see all the results that could happen when doing something like a single choice he made could create countless realities. Yet, his powers would prevent that, and no reality would be created no matter how much he messed with time unless he wanted for it to happen.

After thinking all of this, Elijah shook his head. For now, he decided to spend some time with his family without thinking too much, he would enjoy these moments for now rather than worry because he was not sure how long it may take for him to see them again.
