After traveling through the night, Luke, Rina, and Shalia only found a few monsters along the way to increase the size of their undead army. It was a pity that they didn't find more, but it made sense when the sun began to rise, and they found another group of dark elves fighting ahead. Shalia was right when she mentioned that thing before...
"It is rather easy to find them, huh," Luke said.
"Like I said, we are numerous, and we are scattered," Shalia said. "Not to mention, we don't run from a fight."
Rina didn't like to hear those words since it seemed like an insult to her people, but Shalia wasn't thinking about the elves at the moment. She was being completely objective. Regardless, it didn't take long for the dark elves to notice the approach of the skeletons. So, they gritted their teeth in anger when they saw another alien leading them. When they prepared to fight, though, Luke made his army turn to the side and then took a roundabout path to reach the monsters that the elves were facing. It was obvious that they didn't feel like talking, so Luke decided to avoid the headache of doing so.
The dark elves frowned when they saw what Luke was doing, he apparently didn't want to fight, but they assumed that it was just a trap… Luke ignored them and then noticed that something was in the air. Still, he couldn't quite tell because there was a mountain on fire in the distance, and the smell of smoke was dense even several kilometers away. Luke only realized what that smell was when he saw the new enemies.

"They are here too… is this a coincidence?" Luke muttered. "Ah… I get it! Shalia, is there any island that you know of? We must be close to the ocean, and Danielle's home was essentially a massive island."
"I don't know any island… while we got close to the ocean many times, we never had the need to cross it," Shalia said. "Sylah shouldn't know either."
If Danielle missed home, it would be better for her to return to Cuba, but she knew that she wouldn't find what she wanted there. In any case, wasn't it weird that she felt homesick so suddenly? Luke got worried…
Before the dark elves could act in any way, Luke sped the pace of his army and left the area toward the direction in which the Sahuagins came from. Still, he had a bad feeling about that. After three hours, he reached the ocean and then confirmed that his instincts were telling the truth… the sahuagins were also coming from the ocean. Their crystal was underwater… and probably at a place that he couldn't easily reach.
"I can't see any island in the distance… if Sylah doesn't know any, if Danielle found one, then it was purely by coincidence," Luke said and watched the beach in all directions. "The Sahuagin are coming from random spots, so I guess I will have to divide the skeletons while we search."
It would be a pain if suddenly dozens of sahuagins appeared in a single spot, so Luke divided the skeletons into groups of fifty and made them cover a larger area. They didn't have large mobility, nor could they fly like other skeleton wizards, but they had range and firepower. In any case, Luke will have to return to that area pretty often to increase the size of his army.
"Let's go south today while following the coastline," Luke said. "If we don't find anything, then we will search in the opposite direction."
"I am starting to get annoyed by this. I hope that broccoli thing is as nasty as you make it to be," Shalia said. "I will make Sylah eat that and nothing else for a month."
Even Luke wouldn't go that far… Nevertheless, it was hard to say if Shalia would be satisfied with that much punishment. She was a woman of emotion, and without physical punishment, Sylah would have to endure another type of hell for her to be satisfied. In any case, her mood improved a little because after heading a few hours toward South, they found an island in the distance.
"I can feel it… they passed through here," Shalia said.
"This is strange… they didn't leave any traces that they fought the enemies in the area," Rina said. "What was she looking for when she headed to that island?"
"Solitude…" Luke replied. "A place where no one can bother her… shit, maybe I have neglected her too much."
"You think she realized that all of this is real?" Rina asked.
"We spent a lot of time working in your world… Danielle must have realized that we were working seriously to achieve something," Luke replied. "Not to mention, the base has been attacked several times, and the attacks were pretty intense. Looking at the people fighting for their lives, she must have realized that this is very real."
This was bad… if that was the case, the last person she would want to see would be Luke since he was the first one to tell her that lie. Even though she came out with that idea herself, it was Luke that made her think that she wasn't wrong. The others just went along with it. In any case, Luke couldn't just let her be in a place like that.. Danielle didn't have much mobility, and it was only a matter of time before the island was surrounded by an army of sahuagins.
