Liu Duo cleared her throat to cover up her awkwardness. She didn’t answer his question and changed the topic. “Yang, I really want to bathe now, so go out. You guys also need to bathe later.”

Little Tian put the food on the table and said, “My lady, come and have dinner.”

Wang Xiangyun was sitting by the window and spacing out when she heard her. She got up slowly and walked over.

She felt that her lady was a different person ever since she came back from Liu Duo’s house. She didn’t have any strength at all.

She sped up her pace and after she finished putting the bowls and chopsticks away properly, Little Tian went behind Xiangyun. She would go wherever her mistress went!

Wang Xiangyun arrived at the front of a clinic in town. She stopped at the door, looked inside, but didn’t step in.

When Little Tian saw this, she asked concernedly, “My lady, do you feel unwell somewhere?”

Why else would she come to a clinic?

Wang Xiangyun ignored Little Tian’s question. She looked at her and asked, “Little Tian, do you think I would succeed this time if I imitate what I did two years ago?

When Little Tian heard her, she frowned and it was obvious she disapproved.

Dongfang Ming had fallen for it because he didn’t have his guard up against her back then. Although it had by no means succeeded, his attitude towards her lady ever since then was that of annoyance every time he saw her.

If she did it again now, it would definitely not succeed! Moreover, she felt that if she really did it again, Dongfang Ming definitely wouldn’t do as he did two years ago and pretend it never happened to cover it up on Wang Xiangyun’s behalf!
