“Brother Dongfang, even if you have no feelings for her, you grew up together with her. There must be a deep bond of friendship between you two. Didn’t you say you treat her like she’s your sister? Isn’t that reason enough to see her?

Dongfang Ming sighed for a moment and then continued, “If I go and visit her, it’s because I care for her like she’s my sister. But she doesn’t think like that, and she’ll live on with this misunderstanding!”

Dongfang Ming told Wang Xixuan everything that was on his mind without any reservations.

Outside, Ming Yan heard the entire conversation. Slightly frowning, he felt sympathetic towards Wang Xiangyun too, but at the same time, he believed she deserved it!

He rejected the request once more, because it was the right thing to do!

He resorted to kowtowing, but the other man stopped him.
