Jay rose from the bed and proceeded with his morning routine. And while he was washing his face and brushing his teeth, what happened yesterday flashed through his mind. He carefully recalled every detail of what took place and couldn’t help but sense something unusual.

Immediately, he changed into his business suit and hurried to his office. "Hanson, get in here!" he called his bodyguard through the intercom.

Hanson was usually the first one to arrive at work, and he had never dreamed of his boss clocking in so early like today.

So as soon as he came in, he said jokingly, "Good morning, Mr. Fang!"

"Good morning. Check what happened in Dream Bar last night and see who those women are," Jay ordered right away. His right hand rested on his right hip while the other slightly rubbed his temple.

"Which women?" Because the command was so sudden, and frankly unexpected, Hanson looked utterly curious at his boss.

"Stupid!" Jay’s voice thundered in the entire office. And as if his blaring tone was not enough to exhibit his anger, he jabbed his fist on the desk and added, "Those vulgar women who drank with me. I need to know if they are from the bar or not!"

"O-Oh, okay. I'll check it right now!" Not wanting to be his boss’ punching bag, Hanson stormed outside to do as told. He then directly proceeded to order some men to investigate the matter.

At the same time, the flared up Jay drew a heavy breath before calling his assistant to discuss his planned acquisition of the Dream Bar.

m, I'm scared. Can you sleep with me tonight?"

"Nadia is younger than you, and she is not afraid of sleeping alone. Why do you still need someone to accompany you to sleep?" The old man certainly saw through Bobby's trick, so he didn't agree.

"Well, Uncle Hiram, timidity has nothing to do with age, okay?" Bobby asserted—much like a wise man—while wiping his hair dry with a towel.

Nadia, who eyed her uncle with a pair of innocent eyes, said obediently, "Yes, Uncle Hiram. I can sleep alone, so you can stay with my brother."

The man could only shake his head helplessly while striding towards the children's room with Bobby.

Much to their convenience, Bobby's bed was incredibly massive for a kid, so Hiram fit perfectly.

Not soon after they laid down, Hiram heard the little boy's even breathing beside him. And as he intently scrutinized the sleeping angel, he thought he could leave now. But as soon as he was about to get out of bed, Bobby stretched out his little arm and wrapped it around his neck tightly.

So, left with no choice, Hiram could only look up and utter a silent prayer before laying back down helplessly.

And after repeated attempts of breaking free from the little boy, he finally resigned and soon fell asleep.

When he woke up again, it was already dawn. The sun was preparing to set and defeat the darkness that had hovered all night.

Beside him was Bobby, who was, surprisingly, already awake and glaring at him with his complacent eyes while flashing a smug smile on his lips.

This young man was really one hell of a cunning boy!
