"If you don't want to leave, just stay here!" Derrick had planned to ruin Charles' image so he could look better in front of the shareholders. He didn't expect that Nadia's real identity would be exposed and ruin his plan though. He felt nothing but anger and disgrace, leaving in a huff.
Looking at Frederic, Joseph smiled awkwardly and hurriedly followed Derrick. "Dad, I'm your son. How could I not go with you?"
Shaking his head, Frederic sighed, "Derrick is corrupting Joseph!"
All of a sudden his body began to shake and he fell over.
Fortunately, Hardy was there. He leapt up to save him and asked, "Dad, what's wrong?"
When they saw the paleness on Frederic's face, they rushed to surround him. "What's wrong? Call the doctor!"
"No, Charles. Tell me, is Nadia really yours?" Frederic struggled to ask.
"Yes, Grandpa. She's mine. Please believe me!" Charles said affirmatively.
"Okay, that's good. I'm fine. I'm just tired. Remember, you don't h
ready half asleep.
"Daddy, I'm so tired!" Nadia rubbed her eyes.
"Yes, I'm also tired!" Bobby added.
"We are going home." Nancy stood up and picked up Nadia.
"Since they're so sleepy, let's not go back to Edward's house. There is a hotel hear and I have a suite. We can stay here tonight." Charles then picked up Bobby.
"Okay. That's fine, Daddy." Nadia yawned.
Nadia was so sleepy that she didn't care what they did, as long as she could sleep in a bed.
"Okay," Bobby said lazily.
"What if Edward goes home?" Nancy asked excitedly.
She knew that Edward had this habit. When they lived together abroad, he would wait for her no matter how late she came back.
Once, it was raining when she went to a party. The rain was getting heavier and heavier and eventually she couldn't come back for a while.
It was already three o'clock in the morning and Edward just drove to look for her.
Since then, Nancy hadn't spent a night away from the house.
