Doris imagined Samuel’s face appearing in front of her with a ferocious expression on his face. In a panic, she clawed at the air and accidentally scratched Jay.
"Bastards! All of you bad men are scums! You’re rubbish! You’re all being cruel to me on purpose!" Whenever Doris was angry, she never knew what she was talking about. She never made any sense.
One could say that she was venting out her anger. Doris was never one to swear, but after meeting Jay, her cursing had become more colorful.
It seemed as though the more she cursed, the more she felt the pain inside her heart.
Jay dodged away in fear of hurting Doris.
Occasionally, his arm would get scratched by her. The two of them struggled against one another in the living room for a long time. When Doris finally exhausted herself, she collapsed on the sofa, gasping for breath.
After she had finished letting out her anger, she felt much better.
"Oh, you're finally exhausted, huh?" Jay questioned her as he gasped for air. He unbuttoned the first two buttons on
before because she had a troubled relationship with her family…"
Jay gradually tightened his grip on his phone, his knuckles turning white. His eyes looked as if he were ready to kill. Well, well, it turned out that Doris had already "lived together" with Felix, hadn’t she?
"Is this true?" Jay asked again, not willing to give up.
"It should be true," Hanson replied gingerly.
Jay narrowed his eyes and remained silent for a long time.
Hanson finally broke the silence after he realized Jay would not speak. "Mr. Fang, what should we do next?"
Jay snorted, "Don’t let anyone find out about this. I want to see what Felix will do next!"
"What about Samuel?"
"Let him be for now," Jay replied coldly.
"Yes, sir." Hanson ended the call.
Jay worriedly rubbed between his eyebrows.
‘Doris, how dare you keep this from me?’ he thought.
All of a sudden, he tightened his hold on the goblet. With a bang, the goblet shattered into pieces, and the dark liquid spilled out. Scarlet blood flowed from the side of his hand.
