Gina had seen all the pictures, read the articles, and even watched the clips and videos. Jinny, the blonde haired mysterious girl was dating Xiong Shun and was the whispers of everyone’s mind. Gina hated it. How could this person get so popular so fast! No one knew who she was, but Gina knew exactly who. She had known since the very first time the female showed up. She had known since they had looked at one another.

She knew exactly who it was.

Suu Jin.

When Xiong Shun met up with her for the next couple of days for premiering their single, she could tell how happy he was. The light in his eyes reminded her of Suu Jin. The excitement and smiles… they all reminded her of the pinkette. The silver haired man was gaining followers and fans quickly. So many of them loved the new star and Gina forced a smile on.

‘This… could work.’

“How was working together? The song was such a beautiful ballad, we all fell in love with it,” the host sighed and the audience cheered.

“Gina came up with the song, I only lend my voice,” Shun smiled and looked over at the female beside him, “She’s really talented.”

“Thank you, Ah Shun,” Gina grinned and wrapped fingers around his hand, “You are always so kind to me.”

“Uh, yeah,” he grinned and nodded, attempting to slowly pull his fingers from Gina, but the female tightened her hold.

“I was nervous when Shun asked if I could sing with him. I… don’t have a good reputation, but Shun gave me a chance and I am very thankful to him. I owe him a lot.”

Gina smiled and Shun offered a smile, although he wondered why the female was acting strange.

“Oh, I see,” the host nodded and glanced at the interlocked fingers, “Speaking of your reputation, is there anything you want to tell people, Gina?”

Gina nodded and looked at the camera.

“I am not perfect and I make mistakes, but my goal had always been the same. I know… I know a lot of people blame me for what happened and I regret how it went. I lost a lot of support and the only person I had left was my manager. I owe him a lot as well for caring for me when I was at my lowest.

I wanted to kill myself. I was done with everything because I lost everything, but he helped me a lot. It took me a long time until I felt ready to return here. I know many still hate me, but I appreciate and love those who stuck by me through everything.”

Shun saw light brown eyes looked to him and he offered a smile.

“I had the opportunity to meet Shun and…” Gina laughed softly, “It’s hard not to love him.”

Shun’s blue eyes widened and he parted his lips wanting to speak up, but he wasn’t sure what to say or do. They were live. There were people watching. He couldn’t do much but-

Lips touched his and Shun felt his eyes so wide, he was sure it covered half his head. It was quick, short, but it happened. Gina kissed him. His ears were ringing and his mind was running around unsure what to do.

“Oh,” the host laughed and looked over at his co-host, “Gina, don’t tell me you are Jinny this whole time!”

Gina grinned and spoke up before Shun could recover from the surprised kiss.

“Yes.”

(Later that night)

Suu Jin had finished filming for his new music video. Smiling and thanking his staff, he moved to his room and changed. Grabbing his phone, he saw he received 5 voicemails and 13 texts from Shun.

“Miss me that much?” Jin chuckled to himself and checked the text first.

His smile inched to a straight line to a frown. His brows furrowed down as he read the strings of text from his lover. Then he saw another text from a new number. Clicking it, his eyes went cold as the blood boiled underneath his skin.

The attached video started automatically of Gina kissing Shun with the text, “I know.”

‘That bitch!’

Suu Jin squeezed his phone. He scowled, gritted his teeth, and punched the standing mirror. It startled those outside of the room and Manager Yaotzu knew, in the pits of his stomach, something bad happened. Rushing to Suu Jin’s room, he slammed through the door and his eyes widened behind his shades.

The pinkette’s fist was bleeding and the blood dripped down through fingers. The manager quickly yelled at the shocked staffs to grab towels and get the car ready. He pulled the emotionless idol away from the broken glass and searched the pale face.

“What is it?”

“…”

“Suu Jin!”

Manager Yaotzu shook the pinkette and grabbed the towel to wrap around the hand.

“Dammit, you,” he pointed at his assistant, “Cancel the rest of the calendar.”

‘This is bad. It’s that same damn thing again!’

[“Jin! What the hell?” Manager Yaotzu said to his 18 year old client, “Why are you drinking? You have work to do.”

“She left me, that… that bitch left me!” Jin cried out throwing the bottle against the wall, “I fuckin’ gave her everything! Gave up my family, my money, just for her and she fucking left!”

He watched the pinkette, hair redyed a few days ago, crumpled to the floor and pulled another bottle of beer to his lips. He looked around to see the empty bottles lying around, the closed curtains to cover the sun, and the unkempt room. He came due to Suu Jin not replying to any of his phone calls or texts. He had to reach out to his parents to find where the boy was hiding away.

Now, seeing his client in this condition, he almost gave up on him.

“So, what are you going to do? Cry about? Drink away your pain?” He bent down beside the scowling pinkette, “Then prove her wrong. Show her you don’t need her. You can do better.”]

Since that day, Suu Jin never picked up any alcohol again, but he worried that history was repeating itself. He frowned deeply at his silent client and squeezed the towel on the injured hand.

“It is happening again,” Manager Yaotzu narrowed his eyes at the pinkette and the man looked at him.

“I am going to kill her.”

“…”

“…”

‘Shit.’
