Chapter 96 - She Truly Is Evil

Jenell was currently listening to Kola rapping and Star singing softly to her music. Lisa was working on her vocal warmup, while she was just scrolling through the news outlets. Manager Bon was currently talking to someone from the radio show, while they were waiting in one of the rooms.

She sighed and rolled her blue eyes when Star shrieked, Kola laughed, and Lisa went over to calm whatever situation arise. She normally would enjoy the fun, a bit of chaos, but today she wasn’t feeling it. She felt moody and would rather just sit and watch movies all day. What? What if she was on her… you know what! No one needed to know, but her!

Trying to distract herself, she looked at the shippers she had been following. Her brows furrowed as she read what other fans were saying and she stood up sharply.

“What!” She scrolled down the thousands of posts, “What is this! Jinny was Gina this whole time!”

She turned her blue eyes to her friends and they came over to look.

“That can’t be right… Gina is shorter than Jinny and she doesn’t have green eyes, unless it was contacts? I don’t get it! Why even hide herself?”

“Wait,” Kola grabbed her phone and searched up pictures of Gina and compared it to the images of Jinny, “It is so obvious it isn’t her. Why do people think it is true? So dumb…”

“Ah Shun… I wonder how he feels about this. I remember he said he liked Gina, but he is also friends with Suu Jin and Suu Jin and Gina…” Star added with a slight frown and worried brows.

Lisa was listening and catching up on this new gossip. She saw the video that every outlet and social media was spreading, causing her eyes to twitch and narrow. She played it and showed the girls to see each one with anger simmering underneath their eyes.

“So,” Jenell stated emotionless, “She truly is evil.”

“Seems someone needs to put her in her place,” Kola stated cracking her knuckles.

“I agree,” Star stated in the same deadly tone as the others.

All three turned to their leader with the same cold stare and Lisa felt the same. To lie to the world that she was Jinny and to fake a relationship with Xiong Shun, Gina truly knew no shame! Nodding her head, she tapped her chin for a moment as she thought about how to get back at Gina and save Xiong Shun.

“Should we call Wen Dong and Ping Ping?” Star suggested.

“They should know,” Kola nodded and added, “Kaiden and Taemeng too.”

Lisa hummed and nodded, glancing over at Jenell who was the quietest she had been. Jenell and her had their ups and downs plenty of times. Their personality clashes a lot, but she envied the blue eyed female and how easily the female found excitement in things. She reached over to Jenell and the visual of the group turned to her with a flat face.

“It will be fine,” Lisa assured and the female’s eyes narrowed.

“What?”

Jenell looked at her phone and was doing something for a moment. Kola, Star, and Lisa stared at her, then at one another confused. They waited and when Jenell was finished, she held up her phone to show what she was doing. A side by side picture of a smiling Jinny with Suu Jin. There weren’t many close up pictures of Jinny, due to the female always tucking her face into Xiong Shun’s neck, kissing the silver haired man, or busy laughing behind a hand.

However, Jenell had used her editing skills and they were now looking at the obvious similarities.

“Did you… fake it?” Lisa questioned slowly and the pretty female scowled at her.

“Do you think I am that skilled?! Why would I even do that?!”

“Ah, calm down, Jenell,” Kola jumped in and patted her friend, “Hm… looks just like Suu Jin. Maybe you should talk to him, Lisa. We’ll reach out to the others.”

The leader nodded and reached to hold Jenell’s arm, “Hey, I wasn’t insinuating. This is good. Just, delete it, okay? We don’t want it accidentally to spread on accident. It would ruin him.”

“Fine.”

No, he was not fine. She could tell from the slur in his voice and the sharp tone that the pinkette was drinking. The idol prince had vowed not to drink anymore, even was a spokesperson for substance abuse, but Suu Jin was drinking again. She was sure of it. Swallowing the lump of concern in her throat, she said what she needed to.

“I know, Ah Jin, about Jinny. Gina is not her.”

“…”

“You have to get Xiong Shun back. Don’t let Gina hurt you again-”

“Heh,” Jin laughed from the other line, “Shun does not want to return to me. He told me himself.”

“W… What? That can’t be true. I’ve seen-”

“Stop. We are over. I don’t care anymore.”

Lisa frowned and rubbed her forehead, trying to understand what was happening.

“Where are you?”

“Eh, a hotel,” she heard the clinking of bottles, “Got to go.”

The call hung up and Lisa was pacing the room with her eyes widen. She looked over at her friends to hear the conversation was ending. Quickly calling their manager, she waited with her hands sweaty and heart hurting.

“Lisa, hello,” Manager Bon greeted, “Something happened? Is my assistant causing trouble?”

“No, he is great. Manager Bon, can I have Manager Yaotzu’s number?”

“…” Her manager was silent for a moment, “You… leaving or something?”

“No, it isn’t that,” she shook her head, “I want to know where Suu Jin is. He is… I have to see him and he won’t tell me where. I am worried, Manager Bon.”

“Mmm, I’ll reach out to him and text you when I get the location.”

“Thank you.”

Lisa hang up and explained the situation to her friends.
