Chapter 24：She’s Really Talented, Isn’t She?

Aurora make a video call. After a few rings, Athena pick up her call.

"Hey sis. Found your husband yet?" Athena on the other side of line, smiling to her sister.

"Yup. But there is no way for me to drag him back right now. So how was the matrimony? Did daddy cancel it?"

"No.But, don't worry about it. It's already settled long ago."

"Huh? How?"

Athena show her, her ring finger, making Aurora's eyes turns wider. She cover her mouth which is widely open.

"Thena!! I'm so sorry! Did you marry a random man? An ugly man? Tell me, I'll help you to get divorce by blackmailing him." she was so shocked and feel guilty at the same time too.

"No need Aur, he already sign the divorce paper, just waiting for me to sign it."

Aurora turn silent. "Who is this man?"

Smile faintly, she replied. "Aslan."

Aurora's dumbstruck. She lost her word as her face turn sad. "I'm so sorry Thena, I drag you into this mess."

"Hey, don't blame yourself. I am happy right now."

"Are you really happy?" she look at her sister face through her phone screen.

"I do. But, you know..I can't have him forever. So for the time I can have him, I will do anything to make myself happy with him. So don't worry. I should thank you instead." she chuckles with her word.

"Hmm..how about brother Z?"

Athena paused for a moment. "Z..he really loved me. He truly understand me. So don't worry. We stay as friend and he will always be there for me. For at least while I was still alive."

Aurora's eyes start to teary. "Don't say that. You will live. We'll find your cure."

"Hey hey..you call me not asking me about this right? So let's back to the real deal. What do you need me for?" Athena try to change the subject. She doesn't want to make Aurora sad first in the morning.

Wipe her corner of eyes, she revert back to herself.

"Urm..I'm hungry. But I don't know how to make a breakfast."

Athena on the line laughing hearing her reason. "Hahah, that is why I always telling you to take the cooking class. Now see, who's in trouble?"

"Yeah yeah.. help me please."

"Okay..show me what you have there."

Aurora show her the ingredient, soon she teach her how to do it one by one until she successfully done it.

After making breakfast, Athena still guide her sister to do the laundry and wash the dish. Every single thing is guide by Athena.

"Hey Aur, I had an event today, so I can't help you after 3pm. So, don't make mess in your house. Yin Li will not like it later. Clean yourself and wear something nice. Okay?"

"Okay. Hey Thena, you're the best."

"I know."

Ended the call, she bring the phone onto her chest.

"Thena, I hope you find your happiness with him. While there is still time."

6 pm.

"Princess.." Zoro calling out her name in front of the door.

He didn't step in to the house, as he still remember Aslan's word last time.

"Coming!" she run to the downstairs with her night dress and her red stiletto.

Zoro in the entrance mouthed 'Wow!'

"You..really gorgeous. I had no word for it." he extended his hand to her and lead her to his car.

Athena wearing a red backless dress. She used a long and curly at the end of the hair wig. Her make up and everything looks so stunning and she turn into different people.

The choker on her neck make her looks so sexy. Of course, it's her accessories-device that Zoro made for her.

"Ready, princess?"

"Yeah." she feel a bit nervous, however, with Zoro beside her, she can manage to feel calm a bit. He always there for her.

Facing a lot of people in the night event is really not her thing at all. She only went to the night club last time with Zoro. And she also didn't stay long that time. But for today, she need to be there for at least until the event reach its ends.

The sound of his ringtone make him turn to look at the caller on the screen's phone.

Aslan pick up the call.

"Hello?"

"As..did my manager give you the pass?" Jye Yin ask once she get through the call.

He was at the project site so, he turn off his phone for awhile before he turn it on again.

When he want to go to the private room exclusively for him in the famous hotel in city, Eng Suk Chin was waiting for him at the hotel lobby. She was there to give him the entrance pass for tonight's event.

He did not return home for changing his attire. He change his suit in his private room. He didn't want Athena to know he was about to meet up with Jye Yin. Well, he is basically her husband, and meeting another woman is surely will make him looks like he was cheating right?

But for him, Jye Yin was his best friend. He also didn't want to turn her down. She was working hard to get him the pass. He cant just say no to her. While Athena, she doesn't know what he's likes and dislikes. So it's natural for him to do this way. He also think that he will tell Jye Yin the truth once they meet later. That's is what he planned on doing tonight.

"Yeah, she give me the pass fifteen minutes ago."

"Oh great! See you tonight. I miss you so much. I can't wait to see you." she grin happily.

"Yeah..see you later." he ended the call.

He get dressed and went to the lobby after that. The valet open his car door.

"Have a nice trip, sir." the valet said and bow a little to him.

He reply with a smile and take the keys from his hand. Rev the engine, he drive off from the hotel building.

He park his car at the VIP spot. Brushing his black coat slightly, he look at his watch.

"About time." he mumble and walk over to the gallery entrance.

They're so many people wearing a high class dress and suit. All of them looks like a rich people. From young to old, there is such a mixed different age coming to the event.

The event hall looks so grand. There is a lot of painting frame with a different view and vibes that is presenting for each of the art work. The background sound which is on air soothing the visitor. The light setting makes it look so exclusive and rich.

He look at all the paintings. He really admires this painter. She had a good view and her art was so smooth. Every time he look at her piece of work, he could sense the feeling inside it. He feels like he was absorb into the world that she create.

He finally went to one of the painting frame that is a bit hidden. There is one woman standing there looking at the painting. Somehow, he feels like he knew her.

He approach her and standing behind her, looking at the same painting.

"She's really talented, isn't she?" he said staring at the painting for a quite some time.

The painting is a girl leaning on the rock near the shore. The base color is fill with the white, the brown and the blue. Her face looks a little bit sad. But all surrounding her look so alive. The painting didn't defined the girl's face clearly. So no one will able to guess the real face of the girl.

It's quite familiar to him. The view is very much similar with his view when he was still teenager.

"Huh?" Athena was startle for a moment.

She turn around and look up to the man who standing behind her.

Her eyes turns wide. 'Aslan?!'
