Shadowslash then brought JM and Banjo near a river to hunt a body of water is a place which monster would eventually come to drink

He did not bring Sans with him because he tasked Sans a mission to hunt Yin Type monster the SYSTEM gave him a tip that if Sans devoured a Yin Type monster while in the pond it can hasten the process of turning the water in the pond into Yin Water

He also tried to use his free summon but was eventually did not because the SYSTEM also gave a tip to him he can use an item or a monster as a sacrifice the information was if he sacrificed a Rock Type bear monster and a Fire mouse monster the SYSTEM can use the monsters and combined them producing a Rock Clawed Flaming Mouse or a Vulcan Bear

So he decided to use his time to help Banjo and JM into ranking up while Flare was left to Mary and the other foxes

Shadowslash was looking at the river deep in thought he was thinking of connecting this river into the creak near the cave

They then follow where the river flows and found out that the river actually already connected to the creak there was a waterfall connecting the two

So Shadowslash decided to scare some of the monster in the river and make them swim towards the water eventually going to the creak

Shadowslash and Banjo started to firing into the river scaring away the monsters JM was widening the waterfall letting more water to flow it was not scared of falling because the waterfall is not that high

The continues attack coming from Shadowslash and Banjo made the monster living in the river confused and afraid so they started swimming in different direction some of them goes to the direction where the waterfall is and the others swims in the opposite

Seeing Tens of fishes swimming toward the waterfall Shadowslash and Banjo stop attacking and brought JM to hunt in the forest

While passing through the forest they met different type of monsters but none of them made shadow interested

After 2 hours of searching for a suitable prey they finally found one

Earthen Rock Monster (Bronze Lvl 6) (Good Grade) (Earth and Rock Type)

Shadowslash then fought with it alone he wants to learn a new skill so he did not use [Fireball] but concentrate in using dark elements and his claw he only use his active ability [Shadow Clone]

After fighting with the Earthen Rock Monster for an hour the SYSTEM finally notified him that he learned a new skill [Dark Slash]

After learning [Dark Slash] he immediately level up the skill to Lvl 3

He then use the skill to know how powerful it became

The attack split the Earthen Rock Monster into three

Shadowslash blank out he never thought that the Lvl 3 [Dark Slash] would be that powerful so he decided to level it up again

He then pick the Earthen Demon core and throws it to JM

JM blank out then looks at Shadowslash in daze seeing him nodding at him JM felt crying it then swallowed the core

After an hour JM finally Rank up to Bronze Rank his data shows

JM(John Mark) (Bronze Lvl 1) (Fake Rare Grade) (Iron Scaled Earth Armadillo) (Steel and Earth Type)

'Fake Rare Grade?'

(Once a monster rank up it will use the monster grade making it much weaker than its other counterpart making them fake)

'What about me and Sans'

(Yours are a special case of evolving while Ranking up)

'Oh' he just forget about it and they continued hunting JM also wanted to know how much stronger he got

They then kept searching but now Shadowslash don't care about types anymore it is extremely difficult to find another Space Type monster

So he decided to hunt prey that hasbVery Rare Grade and above monsters as supplement for Banjo

After searching for a couple of hours they did not find any suitable prey when he was just thinking that he would lower his criteria they saw a donkey and when he scanned it his eyes lit up

Rocky Donkey (Bronze Lvl 7) (Very Rare Grade) (Nature and Rock Type)

"Banjo this monster is a high level Bronze Rank monster with this we can push your level to Level 10"

After saying that Shadowslash then dash towards the donkey and use [Dark Slash]

The donkey was startled and use a skill turning its body into rock

*Ping* the attack might not have killed the donkey but its skill was worthless to Shadowslash [Dark Slash] was a Lvl 4 Red Quality Skill it destroyed the donkey's armour leaving a deep slash mark

Seeing that it was nearly killed the Rocky Donkey immediately tried to flee

'I am not letting you go' seeing that the donkey was trying to flee Shadowslash hurriedly used [Fireball] hitting the donkey making it fall down

He was just about to dash toward it and finish it using another [Dark Slash] when suddenly let out some noise grasses started to bind him

Seeing this he burns the grasses away by covering himself with Fire Element the passive ability [Flame Lord] was not just for show

Seeing the grasses cannot bind Shadowslash the donkey let out a sound of despair

Hearing the donkey wailing he finish it off by using [Dark Slash] splitting the donkey even though it was very pitiful when it started wailing he won't hesitate as long as the monster is not intelligent

He then let Banjo devour all the donkey since the donkey was shredded by Shadowslash swallowing the donkey became much easier

They then started to search for another prey even though Banjo was already digesting a monster but with the passive ability [Enhance Digestion]

After searching for hours they did not find any monster that fits Shadowslash criteria it was already noon

'????Hmmm' Shadowslash remembers that deeper in Jade Forest stronger monster lurks and roam so he decided to leave JM behind and bring Sans to hunt deeper in the forest

He then called Sans using the SYSTEM and asks JM what he wants to do

"Boss can I come with you I have that can trap a monster its called Quicksand it doesn't have any other ability but just trap monster"

Hearing JM skill Shadowslash was startled he never thought that JM learned such a convenient skill

He then agrees to take JM with him they waited for couple of minutes before Sans came

The 4 then march deeper into the forest deeper in the forest there was much more spirit energy he decided if they can find a safe place here he decided to move here

He even decided to let Banjo drains all the Yin Water while all of them will be transplanting the plants in the cave especially the glowing small tree

After just about a couple of minutes they managed to find a suitable prey but the battle will be dangerous because the monster they found was a Bulky Bull (Silver Lvl 1) (Normal Grade) (Strength Type)

They then huddle up and listen to his plan "Heres the plan JM will trap the bull after trapping the bull both me and Banjo will open fire Sans I want you on standby if the bull came close ambush it"

All of them nodded JM then used [Quicksand] making the Bulky Bull sink slowly the bull panicked and started stomping making it sink much faster but JM also started to sweat the skill [Quicksand] is great but it has drawback the user must held on if it can't then the skill will disappear

Seeing the bull sink in both Shadowslash and Banjo started to open fire targeting the bull's face

The continuous attack of Shadowslash and Banjo enraged the bull it lets out an enraged Moo and started to struggle harder even though it sinks much faster but JM can't hold on any more and slumps down in exhaustion

The bull broke free first it raised its front hooves and stomp into the ground causing an earthquake it then let out another Moo and becomes bigger and bulkier it then charge towards Shadowslash and Banjo

Seeing the bull charging towards them Shadowslash then dash towards it while firing [Fireball] making the bull focus on him

he then jumps and used [Dark Slash] and targeted the bull's eyes seeing the incoming attack the bull turns its head but still lost its left eye

The bull got even more enraged but this time its different it now targeted Shadowslash solely

Shadowslash then nimbly used his tail to slap the bull he then used the force of the slap to distance himself from the bull and flee towards where Sans is
