The whole mood became awkward Emi broke the silence by asking her "Do you still need anything? If not you could leave"

Lily snorted as she sat besides Emi and spoke "My duty have already been done and such hard work caused me to be exhausted so I wanted to rest besides the great Luminous Tree of Life"

Emi smiled but her eyes seems to be chilling she then spoke "Oh?! To think miss iron lady is resting it is quite unbelievable since all you do is work and work and work"

Lily smiled calmly as she answered "Of course I work that much since it's all for our kingdom all for lord Shadowslash"

Emi became grumpy but her expression did not change it was still a smiling beauty Lily on the other hand looks cold and aloof but everyone could agree she is beautiful.

Shadowslash was now feeling the heat sparks seems to fly as the two were chatting with each other but each remark seems to be a mock.

Knowing that this situation should not continue and he was processing about the information regarding the kingdom he stops their bicker "Okay you two stop chatting Emi continue telling me about the kingdom's situation"

Emi flash a victorious smile to Lily but her smile fade after hearing what she said.

"Lord Shadowslash other than my duty to Safehaven Paradise I am also the leader of the defence force in the kingdom"

Hearing this Emi became upset but this was the truth since she was busy dealing with the finance and other miscellaneous stuff Lily was responsible for dealing with the defence of the kingdom.

She even trained a couple of elves to monitor the spies in the kingdom and as of now they found more than a dozen spies this was already considered amazing since she and her clansman do not have prior experience in dealing with this kind of stuff.

Shadowslash became interested as he told the two to tell him about the information they have gathered individually or together.

He then look at the two women in front of him and holds their hand.

He then bent his knee and started kissing their soft hands he heard this is a kind of greeting to those noble class.

The two immediately started blushing as they look at Shadowslash who was leaving after kissing their fair hands the two started smiling bashfully.

When Shadowslash figure finally disappears in their sight Lily spoke "Miss Emishia Archinwood I know you are our queen but I will never give him up to you without a fight!"

Their talk lasted till night so after having dinner Shadowslash slept what he did not know is that after he slept the Safehaven Paradise started undergoing changes.

Suddenly Emi and Lily stood in front of him as they started dispersing the crowd below.

Because of their authority and their long relationship with the others they immediately followed their orders but as they left they kept looking at Shadowslash with worship in their eyes.
