When Tengfei group came up with four models derived from the concept of advanced light transport platform under pressure, the air force's previous idea of shrinking the defense line and attacking a little bit was completely thrown into the pile of old paper. It directly reported the achievements of Tengfei group to the decision-making level through the headquarters, and then applied for a big wave of special funding. Regardless, it fell into Tengfei group.
There's no way. It's just that the four models are too compelling. Let alone the air force, the navy is eager to give a try when they learn about the situation. As for the major domestic airlines, they are even more eager to get to know the situation.
Why? It's very simple. The things taken out by Tengfei group are excellent enough.
In addition to the four types of aircraft, namely, six Yun 15 and four Yun 15 plus, which have been equipped to an aviation regiment of airborne troops, there are also two jet aircraft. The internal codes of Tengfei group are haidongqing B and haidongqing bplus.
Of course, yun15 and yun15plus are the names of military models equipped in the air force. At the beginning of the launch of the advanced light transport platform by Tengfei group, the codes of these two models are also called haidongqing, but compared with type B, yun15 series is type A.
The combination of type A and type B is the most important plan of Tengfei group in the past five years, and also the most far-reaching plan for its future image, that is, the "haidongqing" plan sublimated from the concept of advanced light transport platform.
The plan is divided into three phases.
In the first stage, with haidongqing A and aplus as the core and with the support of the military and the state, we accumulated experience in the design, development, production and manufacturing of light transport platforms with take-off weight of 25 to 30 tons during the development of military transport aircraft.
The second stage is to improve the A-type and aplus at the same time, start the development of B-type.
The final third stage is to complete the mass production of 70 to 100 feeder transportation platforms in the late 1990s and early 20th century, laying the foundation for the development of medium and large-scale transportation platforms in the new century.
Based on this plan, Tengfei group's haidongqing A-type benchmark customer is aimed at the military, so it adopts the upper single wing, T-type vertical tail layout.
However, the positioning is not limited to the military. For example, the airborne army equipment Yun 15 is actually positioned as a multi-functional dual-use platform by Tengfei group.
It is a typical 46 seat regional airliner because of the passenger transport transformation, the installation of civil aviation navigation and communication equipment, the addition of luggage storage and toilet kitchen and other facilities.
The designed range is 3500 km, which can immediately carry out the air transportation business in Tibetan Plateau and border areas, as well as the medium range passenger transport business in inland provinces.
On this basis, Tengfei group's plan is to develop it into a professional transport platform for turboprop. When the 3500-4200 kW wd-50j turboprop engine is fully mature, haidongqing a, which is equipped with more powerful engines, will be further improved and upgraded. By then, its take-off weight will reach 35 tons, and it will become an excellent turboprop branch line with 4500 km range and 76 passengers model.
In the military aspect, haidongqing a after deep upgrade will be more flexible and have better performance.
Compared with haidongqing's dual-use military and civilian use, haidongqing aplus is a complete military model. Regardless of the size of the cargo hold, the take-off distance, or the loading of goods, it is completely designed according to the combat needs of the army, and there is almost no civil content.
Therefore, haidongqing aplus will be the signboard and foundation of military transport aircraft of Tengfei group in the future. After the wd-50j turboprop engine with nuclear engine and wd-50s high bypass ratio turbofan engine with 6.5T thrust are put into production, the maximum take-off weight of haidongqing aplus will be close to 40t.
By then, the upgraded aplus will have a loading capacity of about 18 tons, and the further improved warehouse will be able to accommodate a type 63 tank or an "air pickup" helicopter.
In this way, the operational flexibility and mission requirements of the troops will be greatly expanded, and the operational capabilities of airborne troops, amphibious troops in the South and troops in Plateau and mountain areas will be greatly enhanced.
Compared with the turboprop and turbofan of haidongqing a type, the dual-use development is parallel; haidongqing B is more simple at the beginning of the second stage, and its main purpose is to aim at the growing regional air transport market at home and abroad.
Therefore, haidongqing B-type aircraft adopts the lower single wing, T-type vertical tail layout, and the engine is the same wd-48sm turbofan engine of yun15plus. It adopts the tail suspension layout, and the engine is placed under the vertical tail.
The designed range is 4200 km with 50 seats. When the wd-50s turbofan engine with large bypass ratio is put into operation, the range will be increased to 5500 km with 82 seats.
The final third stage is haidongqing bplus, which lays the foundation for future large airliners. The fuselage follows haidongqing B's mature fuselage design, but the overall layout will change from the lower single wing, T-shaped vertical tail layout and engine tail hanging layout to the single wing, high vertical tail, horizontal tail and engine wing hanging layout adopted by Boeing and Airbus.In the initial stage, wd-48sm turbofan engine is used, with a design range of 4500km and 46 seats; in the medium stage, wd-50s turbofan engine with a large bypass ratio is used, with a design range of 6000km and 90 seats.
The final model will use the turbofan engine with a thrust of 10 tons developed by Tengfei group, with a design range of 9000 km and 120 seats. It will become an advanced trunk transportation platform of the same level as Airbus A320 and Boeing 737.
Of course, there is still a long way to go to achieve this goal. At present, the whole haidongqing plan of Tengfei group has just completed the first stage, and the second stage has just begun.
So everything is still in the bud. Just because of this, in order to reduce the cost and development difficulty, haidongqing A and haidongqing B are common in many places. For example, the warehouse size is currently set at 3.2m.
In this way, the same standard, the same set of indicators and even the same production line can be used in the design and manufacture of engine room floor and stiffener.
The same is true for the central wing box, especially for the core components of the wing box connecting the wing. Except for some differences in connection process and assembly, the general manufacturing process of type A and type B is completely the same, which makes the design and production very convenient and greatly reduces the cost.
There is also a T-shaped vertical tail. The three types of aircraft are basically the same, and one production line can cope with it.
Because of this, although Tengfei group has invested a lot in R & D, and the stalls are amazing, the actual cost allocated to each aircraft model is not high. When mass production is further diluting the cost, in fact, the cost of each aircraft is surprisingly cost-effective.
Coupled with the excellent performance of various models of Tengfei group, it can be said that it is a rare product with high cost performance in recent years.
