Hailey and Alex saw each other everyday and it was something that made her feel alive and look forward to every single day.

Alex was very attentive to her and all her needs and Hailey fell more for him everyday, the more she more she knew him the more she was in awe and wanted to know more.

His fears, dreams and what he strived for each day.

"Do you need to get off early?"

"Huh? What do you mean?"

Alex chuckled, "For the dinner on Friday."

Hailey nodded and groaned she had forgotten about the dinner, she nodded. "I will figure it out."

He kissed her on the cheek, "That's my girl."

Hailey had to literally make him leave or else they wouldn't get any work done at this rate. When Friday came she went home a bit early to go and try on the dresses that she had ordered online.

She tried on a bunch of dresses until she settled on one and sent Alex a message letting him know which color she had picked so that he could pick out a tie.

"Perfect." He replied.

Hailey went to her room to take a nap. She woke up started to shave her legs and wash her hair, then she went to shower.

When she was done, she went to the shower. When she was done, she put on her gown, then a cloth over so she could apply her make up. When she was done, she took her clutch bag were she filled it with necessities.

She waited for Alex and when she heard him pull up, she went out the door.

"Hailey you look amazing." He placed a light kiss on her lips but his lips still came out tainted with her lipstick color.

"Why thank you. You don''t look bad yourself."

He gave her a single daisy and Hailey couldn't be any happier. He was remninding of their little getaway that they had.

He opened the car door for her and she slid in and he closed her door and he went and got in the other side.

When they got to there, he opened her door and held out a hand for her. They got in and Hailey saw many people also dressed elgegantly.

Alex helped her down the stairs and they took their seats. The dinner commenced, and starters were served and everyone was talking for personal business gains.

Hailey, was breezing through the night, until she heard, "Valerian please come up."

Her eyes widened and she hoped no-one saw that she had jumped. She watched as Valerian walked up the stairs to the stage.

Hailey looked at Alex, who turned and looked at her softly.

"Mam, your food."

Hailey, turned to the waiter and she let the waiter place their food on their table when she looked back on the stage, she thought she was dreaming when she saw that Valerian was looking directly at her.

She slowly turned to Alex who gave her a reassuring smile, and they dug into their meals.

"That's such a cute giggle."
