It was summer and I had just finished my second year, who knew 2 years from that time I would be in America.

I had just got home when I heard something that broke my heart honestly.

There was only one person I could ever feel safe around and that was Leon, I could say he was my first love but now I know I was lying to myself.

I met him when I was younger and we grew to be really close and one day he promised me that he would protect me as I was weak and fragile back then and he would marry me when we grow up, that was the reason for me smile as I grew waiting for that day. Unfortunately he left to go abroad when we were about to start high school.

He's been abroad and I haven't seen him since then. But on that faithful night I heard what they were talking about as I heard my heart shatter into pieces.@@
