Ye Mo decided to wait for his Bonus Pack for entering Qi Pa before they go to the Sun Empire. He plans to increase Ye Niu's strength and have her fight weak beasts at the outer region for the next few days.

As such, Ye Mo and Ye Niu found themselves around the place Ye Mo woke up for the first time in this world. He uses his Divine Sense and looks around for a Qi Ji Stage 2 beast. He knows she can fight stronger ones due to her stats, but she doesn't have any combat experience.

"Niu, you will be fighting beasts every day until we leave the forest, so you can get stronger, okay?" Ye Mo gently asks the little girl.

"Will it make you happy if I do?" Ye Niu asks nervously.

"Yes it will, Niu. If you can get stronger, that will allow me to have less worries about your safety." Ye Mo says while smiling at her.

She thinks for a few seconds before nodding her head heavily, agreeing to fight beasts. Ye Mo sighs to himself and guides her to the weak beast. They quickly found a small river where the beast is at. The beast is a Qi Ji Stage 2 wolf.

Ye Niu looks at the wolf in interest before she nods her head and runs towards the wolf at her full speed. She appears at the wolf in a few seconds and punches her tiny fist towards the head of the wolf, as Ye Mo told her that is the weakest parts of living beings.

The wolf didn't even manage to move before it's head popped like a balloon. A bunch of blood got on Ye Niu but she didn't mind due to her Devil side, which flourishes with bloodshed. Looking at the dead wolf, Ye Niu smiles and ran back to Ye Mo happily.

"I killed it! Did I do good Daddy?" Ye Niu asks happily.

"Yes you did. Good job, Niu. We need to keep doing this with stronger and stronger beasts for the next few days, so you can get used to fighting. For now, eat this wolf since you can increase your strength that way." Ye Mo smilingly says towards the grinning Ye Niu.

Ye Mo cuts up the wolf into small pieces and feeds Ye Niu the meat. He thought of cooking the meat, but decided against it since he knows that the Devil part of her will let her get used to it right away.

Looking at Ye Niu happily eating the small wolf pieces, Ye Mo nodded his head slightly and picks up the Inner Core of the wolf. Once Ye Niu finishes eating the meat, Ye Mo calls her over to him.

"Niu, crush this Inner Core. You might be able to get a perk or a skill doing so, and those are very useful." Ye Mo says.

Ye Niu looks at the Inner Core in front of her and crushes it in her hand like Ye Mo says. After which, grey and white dust flew into her body and got absorbed by her, while a screen popped up in front of Ye Mo.

[Ding! 'Ye Niu' has absorbed Qi Ji Stage 2 Null Inner Core. Nothing gained.]

Looking at the screens, Ye Mo is a bit surprised, before he gets a bit disappointed that the Inner Core didn't give Ye Niu anything. He figures it is because they aren't at Qi Lo yet, so they don't have an element.

Ye Niu looks at her hand that crushed the Inner Core for a few seconds before she laughs and runs up to Ye Mo and dives into his embrace. Ye Mo shakes his head and picks her up while smiling to himself.

A few minutes later they are in front of another beast, this one being Qi Ji Stage 4. It is a fox with one tail, and white fur. Ye Niu looks at Ye Mo who nods before running towards the fox. It manages to sense that something was wrong, but it was still too weak to do anything and it's head was helplessly blown apart by Ye Niu.

She eats the meat of the fox and they move on towards another beast. For the next 10 hours, Ye Niu constantly killed weak beasts with once shot. She kept killing the beats instantly until she fought a Qi Ji Stage 8 beast.

Nodding his head being a bit surprised, Ye Mo decides it is time for Ye Niu to rest since it is dark and she is still young and tired. He carries Ye Niu towards a cave and blocks it's entrance with a large rock and buys some soft bedding for Ye Niu to sleep on. Looking at the sleeping Ye Niu, Ye Mo brings up her status.

Seeing her cultivation increase by three stages and her stats all going up by over 100, Ye Mo grins to himself. It seems like that Godly Devourer technique is really good for Ye Niu to use. At this rate, she should be able to enter Qi Lo before we leave the forest.

Ye Mo sits down quietly and activates hid Death Mantra, gathering Qi towards himself and guiding it to his dantian and Soul Space for the next few hours before morning comes.

In the morning, Ye Mo opens his eyes a few minutes before Ye Niu starts waking up. When she wake up, she cutely rubs her eyes and looks around. When she spots Ye Mo she happily jumps into his ŀȧp and starts giggling to herself.

Ye Mo smiles gently down to her and rubs her head, straightening out her messy hair from sleeping. Once her hair is all straight, Ye Mo takes out a bit of Qi Ji realm meat from beasts Ye Niu hunted yesterday for her to eat as breakfast. She happily eats the amount of meat from 3 beasts, causing him to shake his head.

Her appetite was even higher than his when he was at her cultivation, causing him to laugh silently. Ye Niu notices this and starts pouting cutely while puffing out her cheeks, causing Ye Mo to laugh loudly while poking her cheeks and rubbing her head until she stops pouting.

For the next 6 days, Ye Mo kept guiding Ye Niu towards beasts for her to gain combat experience on. She was injured a few times and Ye Mo had to stop himself from instantly killing the beast. He is an overprotective father now, huh. Ye Mo silently thinks to himself.

Right after they get out and dress themselves, the System brings up a screen for Ye Mo, telling him his Bonus Pack is ready for him. Ye Mo sits down on the ground and Ye Niu happily sits in his ŀȧp while he checks the screen.

Ye Mo grins happily to himself when he finds out that Ye Niu can uses the Coupons and gain the skill and perk for herself. Looking at her, Ye Mo starts explaining it to her.

Hearing she can get stronger by ripping the two pieces of paper, Ye Niu instantly snatches the Coupons from the laughing Ye Mo and rips both of them in half. They turn into multi-colored dust that enter her body.

Ye Mo looks at the screens that came up and looks at the ranks and instantly knows that Ye Niu has a lot of luck. Looking at the two things, Ye Mo asks the System what they can do.

[Ding! Lightning Manipulation(E) will allow 'Ye Niu' to control lightning. It is similar to how the Flood Dragon controlled the lake, just with lightning instead. She can create her own lightning due to this and gained the Lightning Attribute.]

Ye Mo shakes his head due to Ye Niu's insane luck. Looking at the sky, Ye Mo can tell that it is getting dark, so he carries Ye Mo and heads back to their cave. She is very tired so he takes out the bedding from his storage ring and lays her down on it, and she falls asleep almost instantly.

Ye Mo smiles at her and sits down and activates his Death Mantra, gathering Qi to his body. He spreads it to both his dantian and Soul Space, cleansing the red/black balls in both of them.
