Masamune could not bare to wake her as he looked at her peaceful sleeping expression. The carriage came to a stop.

Their journey to there destination would take at most a week, Masamune wanted to stop by a restaurant to dine. He could not allow Kagura to starve and carried her whilst she slept into the restaurant ignoring the curious gazes coming from every direction.

Who was this devilishly handsome man? The women watched the man with hearts in their eyes. However they could not ignore the immortal like beauty in his arms. They watched the golden pair in a daze as the tall man walked up to the V.I.P room.

The room had a splendid view, spacious and luxurious. Kagura silently looked up at the man, eyes half-lidded, who kept her in his embrace on his lap waiting for their food to be served.

Masamune laughed watching her struggle to scramble out of his embrace. He let her go seeing his little wifes blackening face, he feared she really would beat him.

Although she was quite annoyed being teased she could not help but stare at Masamune's laughing expression, he truly is an evildoer.

The little server watched the husband and wife dazed, such an outstanding couple! Both possessed looks of an immortal and had an undeniable air of nobility and elegance.

Kagura ate light dishes, the waiter stood dumbly as the overbearing man softened his gaze on the woman cutting the meat on her plate.

They continued on their journey, along the way Kagura slept against Masamune. Kagura looked up at the sleeping mans slightly wan face. Although she did indeed treat him coldly, unknowingly she had long considered this man to be her husband.

She worried he was over exhausting himself because of her. She felt her heavy heart lift, even if she did die she felt that she did not mind when her husband treated her so well.

She stretched out her hands towards his cheek, "Thank you" for everything. Her cold tone was much gentler and warm.

Masamune was a light sleeper and naturally woke up feeling her cool smooth hand on his cheek that was rather warm despite her rather cold body temperature. His heart raced somewhat unable to believe that his usually cold wife also had such a gentle voice when unguarded.

Her two words moved the softest part of his heart. He really loved this little wife of his. Masamune laid his head lightly atop Kagura who had fallen asleep against his shoulder.
