Cultivation tiers

(nicks level is based of of his cultivation level for example each tier in body refinement is worth one level for a total of ten as for the body refinement cultivation each is worth two since there is only five in a tier)

:body refinement(refines body so it can withstand the power of the next tier)

:spirit gathering (fills dantian with qi in preparation for creating the origin core)

:origin core(true starting point for cultivators , refines qi in dantian into solid core to use as foundation for the nascent soul.)

:nascent soul(most common cultivation level , uses the origin core in order to manifest the truest form of oneself otherwise known as the nascent soul.)

:copper(has refined blood,flesh,organs,bones and skin the third time making body as strong as copper, equivalent to nacent soul)

:bronze(has refined blood,flesh,organs,bones and skin the first time with minor laws making body as strong as bronze, equivalent to void chasing)

:iron(has refined blood,flesh,organs,bones and skin the second time with minor laws making body as strong as iron, equivalent to void entering)

the world is called restrus

There are three major continents and several small ones,the mc starts on one of the small ones called karas island.(more on that later)
