450 Chapter 450 "Exciting Monthly Test"

The day of the test.

"Alright students, I will explain the method of the test this time." The teacher entered the classroom of heaven class 5'th year students as he brought a box along with him that contained unidentified objects inside it.

All the students including Li Shi Ying and Long Ao Zhen suddenly quieted down to focus on what the teacher would say. As usual, the teachers would enter every class and explain the method of the test.

"So the test this time will be a bit different than your usual monthly test." The teacher began to explain about the new monthly test that the students were about to face.

Usually, the monthly test would be divided into two. Written test and practical test. All these students got separated according to their division and class that's why the students won't meet the students from other divisions.

Even meeting a student from a different year would be difficult. But this monthly test was an exception. In order to do a hidden selection of students who could participate in Sui He continent academy tournament, the principal made a new rule.

This month all students from all year and divisions would do the test together. There would be no written test this time around, only a practical test.

"So you will be divided into a 5 people team using a lottery. Inside the team, there will be 5 students from 5 different divisions. At least only 2 students at the maximum from the same division can be inside one team."

The teacher showed the students in heaven class a box he carried with him which was filled with folded papers. On those paper were written a number of the team so anyone that got the same number would automatically be inside the same team.

"In one team there could be first-year students mixed with 2nd-year students, 3rd-year students, until 7th-year students, so the participants of this month test would be the entirety of the students of this academy."

The teacher put down the box as he explained further about the test method. This test would be held on a big scale so the test method must be practical.

"The test is simple. It's hunting. You guys only need to hunt as many beasts as possible. The team that gets the highest score will then get one immortal pill per each person."

Immortal pill!

The moment the rewards being an immortal pill was mentioned, the students got noisy, partly flustered but mostly excited. This pill was a high-rank pill that was super rare. Once people said that only Dong Xi Academy had it.

But the academy only made 10 pills a month and so this pill in the entire Sui He continent became a very rare pill. Now the teacher said they would give one for each student if their team got the highest score in this test?

"Calm down all of you. The score will be counted according to the level of the beasts you hunt and which part you got from the beast. If it's the best part of a high leveled beast then the point would also be given accordingly."

The teacher tried to make the students calm down as he continued with his explanation. In short, the students need to hunt for the high ranked beast and get their best part.

This requires vast knowledge about beasts since every beast got different best part. This test would also train ones endurance, detection skill, hunting skill and defending skill.

The team had to hunt for beasts and of course, keep their prey safe from other beasts or from other students.

"One more thing. Killing isn't allowed but you can snatch away other team's prey." The teacher ended his words with a serious tone reminding the students about how hard this test would be.

As usual, the students would be left in the academy mountain for a week. After a week the teachers would assemble the students and collect their result.

"Now come get your paper," The teacher then asked the students to come forward one by one to get their paper. Inside the box, there was already a bunch of yellow paper with numbers written from 1-400.

There were approximately 2000 students from the 1st year all the way to the 7th year in this academy so there would be around 400 teams competing in total.

Each division got their own colour code to ensure that in one team there wouldn't be more than 2 students from the same division. This way the academy could divide the teams fair and square.

The rest of it depends on the student's luck on whether they manage to get a powerful team or not.

Li Shi Ying walked to the front after the others got their paper. She was hoping she could be in the same team with Long Ao Zhen but after the teachers explanation...she thought it would be impossible.

Since they were in the same division most likely they could be separated into two different teams. Actually, Long Ao Zhen can just ask the teacher for a favour but sadly Li Shi Ying forbid him.

It wouldn't be fair for other students right and also it would invite suspicions from other students. Now here we go...what number would she get...
