"M-master I give up, let me rest please!" Li Shi Ying was panting hard as she tried to catch her breath. Sweat drenched her whole body making her body feel uncomfortable.

"No. This is the very basic training, do another push-up 10 times!" Qiao Mo sat down on the branch over a certain big tree in the middle of the dimension as he watched over Li Shi Ying down there.

The girl was laying down feeling exhausted only after doing several basic pieces of training. This girl...he didn't expect her to be so weak!

"But I-" Li Shi Ying wanted to say that even though she learned karate for three years and even got the black belt, it was many years ago! When she graduated from high school, she didn't train anymore, leaving her muscles to rot like now.

If before she could at least do a push-up 12 times in a row, now to do just five in a row was so damn difficult!
