Ella Lattone's POV

"I don't think this was a good idea," I said as I was looking at the short red dress that was sleeveless. I don't know why I let Daisy has her fun of dressing me up. I was not for one to be dressing up when I was in a public setting except for a few occasions.

"Relax, Elle. It will be fun and I think it will be good for you to forget a certain someone," she said as she was putting my hair in a twist that I think it will not stay there for the rest of the night.

"I don't know—"

"Tut, tut, tut. What did I say? Tonight, we have fun. Just us and no guys. I don't want you to talk about them or even think about them, understand?" Daisy said before I was looking into the mirror. I was wearing a bold red lipstick and the makeup was glam as fuck. I sighed.

"Okay I go but only because I don't have classes tomorrow," I said as I was looking at her. Dee was smiling happily as she was putting on her wedges.

"Now that's the spirit. I heard that there was a new club in town and I heard that all the students were crowding there. If we went early, we will not be in the heat of the night," she said before I was taking my phone that I already have my cards and ID in it.

"But I thought we were going for dinner?" I asked her as she was pushing me to get out of my house. I was trying to stop her but for a slim woman, she was pretty strong.

Damn her!

"Ugh! Fine. Fine. I will do it because I wanted to get you out of my house tomorrow," I said as I was walking through the front door before I locked it as Daisy went to talk to the Lyft driver that will be picking us up.

We waited for a while as we were riding the car before we arrived at our destination. I was looking at the building as neon lights were shining bright in the dead of the night.

"Thank you,'' Daisy said to our female driver.

"Have fun guys!" She replied as I was walking beside Daisy as we were standing in front of the bar. The bouncer looked at us before he asked for our IDs. He looked at us before let us through and we were inside.

I was looking around and the atmosphere of this club was not something that I would expect. It was intense and the aura was suggesting for the people to mingle and maybe get intimate.

I shivered when I think about that.

"So, what do you think?" She asked as we went to the table that was secluded a bit from the dance floor and the entrance.

"It was okay, I guess," I said as I was looking around before someone was coming to get our order. I was smiling at her before I said that I wanted whiskey with ice and Daisy was taking some scotch. I arched my eyebrow at her.

"What? You said that we will not be going out anymore. I might as well get the hard stuff," she said as I laughed at her.

"So," Daisy started after the drinks have arrived and I was taking a sip of it. I turned to look at her and she was wiggling her eyebrows at me. I rolled my eyes as I was looking into the dance floor.

"I am not in the mood to dance, Dee. And you know how sucks I was," I said as I was looking at her. She rolled her eyes at me.

"Oh, I know you are but under the influence of alcohol, you're quite a dancer," Daisy said as she was staring at me with a smirk over the rim of the glass before I rolled my eyes at her.

"Yeah, right," I said as I was looking at her. She was still smirking before she put down her glass.

"We'll see," she said.

After 5 glasses of Whiskey later…

"Woah! Yeah, freedom!" I was shouting at the top of my lungs right now. I was dancing on the dance floor as I did not have a care in the world right now. I don't know why I was so worried about it. I was having the best time of my life.

I was dancing to the music, Disturbia by Rihanna as I was being held by a guy that I don't even know. He looked cute though with his black hair and grey eyes. It was enticing and I think I don't want to know him. It was all mysterious and I loved it.

While I was having fun when he was roaming my body with his hands, I heard that someone was screaming but I don't know at whom they were screaming it. Not that I cared.

"What the fuck are you wearing, Ella?!" A familiar voice was coming through my eardrum but it was not the stranger that was speaking. Oh no.

It was the redhead with emerald hard orbs that I wanted to get lost in.

"I said," Cameron said as he was grabbing my hand and pulled me away from the man, "what the fuck are you wearing and what are you doing here?" He said through his gritted teeth as I was trying to focus on this man. I blinked a few times and it was my boss.

"Hey, it's Cameron. What are you doing here?" I asked as I was looking at him before the man behind me, the one that I was dancing with was chuckling.

"Please do not tell me the Great Cameron Hayes has come home," the stranger said as I turned to look at that turquoise eyed man. He was fine alright but I think I have a fetish for a redhead.

"Eliot Park. I never thought that I would see you again," Cameron said as he was pulling me to his side before the stranger—Eliot—grabbed my other hand. I was stuck in between my redhead and the mysterious stranger.

"Fancy seeing you here. I thought you have packed up and moved to Seattle," Eliot said while he was smirking at Cameron. He gripped my hand as I winced.

"Let her go," Cameron said as he knew I was uncomfortable with Eliot holding my hand.

"And why should I do that? She's not your girlfriend, is she?" Eliot said with a gleam in his eyes as I saw that Cameron's jaw clenched.

"That is none of your business," Cameron said as I was starting to get dizzy. Damn!

"Well then, I cannot leave her with you. Who knows what you might do to her," Eliot said before Cameron laughed bitterly.

"And you do? No, I don't trust you any more than a stranger that I saw in the streets. This woman used to work with me together in Seattle and as you can see," Cameron said as he was pointing at the ruby necklace that I was wearing.

"She's my betrothed after all," Cameron said before he smirked. I looked at Eliot and he was clenching his jaws now.

"Now that matter settled, I will take this woman into my car now. Toodles," Cameron said to Eliot before we were walking out of the dance floor. If I don't know any better, the dance floor was quiet down after we have some little argument there.

"Where's Dylan?" Cameron asked as I was dizzy before I was searching for Daisy.

"Where's Daisy?" I asked as I was feeling something in my stomach before it went up to my throat. I was holding my breath before I was looking at Cameron and I can say that he was distressed.

"Ella, no!" He shouted.

I bent over him and I was throwing up my stomach as he was grunting at me. I was pushing all the content of my stomach as I was trying not to embarrass myself with Cameron on my sight.

Well, I guess that ship has sailed now.

Daisy Dyer's POV

I was staring at Cameron who was trying to get Ella out of the dance floor before the familiar musky scent was behind me.

"It seems that you were having fun on your own with your friend as the main course," Dylan said as I turned to scowl at him.

"It's none of your business," I said as I was leaning against the wall before Dylan was whispering to my ear.

"How about we have our entertainment for tonight?" He said as his hot breath was hitting my skin. I shivered. He chuckled as I knew that he saw me shivering at his words.

"I promise that I won't bite. But of course, I would if you let me then," he continued before he was nipping my earlobe. I slightly moaned before I turned to look into his grey orbs. It was darkening like the storms.

"I thought you don't like me," I whispered as I was leaning toward him. He chuckled before he was pulling my face closer to his, playing with our mouths.

"If you think I hate you," he said before he was staring into my brown orbs.

"You need to reassess it," he said before his warm lips met mine, and fireworks exploded.
